The present invention now relates to a process for the preparation of further new active ingredients with the formula I.
EMI2.1
wherein Rl is Cl-C4-alkyl, Cl-G-alkoxy or halogen, R2 is hydrogen, Cl-C3-alkyl, Cl-G-alkoxy or halogen, R7 is hydrogen, Cl-C3-alkyl, Cl-G-alkoxy or halogen, Rs is hydrogen or methyl, the total number of carbon atoms in the substituents Rt, R2, R7 and Rs in the phenyl ring not exceeding 8, X -CH2- or
EMI2.2
R3 -COOR 'or
EMI2.3
represent, where R ', R "and R"' are independently hydrogen, methyl or ethyl and Y is one of the following groups:
:
EMI2.4
where Hal is a halogen anion,
EMI2.5
wherein Rs and R6 are independently Ci-Ct alkyl, with the exception of the compounds described in the main patent, and the use of such active ingredients for the production of microbicidal agents.
Under alkyl or as an alkyl part of an alkoxy group, depending on the number of carbon atoms specified, the following groups are to be understood: methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl, isobutyl, sec-butyl or tert. Butyl.
Halogen is to be understood as meaning fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine.
The process according to the invention is characterized by the reaction of a compound of the formula II
EMI2.6
with a compound of the formula III
EMI2.7
or with thiourea at 0 to 1800C.
In formulas II and III, Rt, R2, R3, Rs, R6, R7, Rs and X have the meanings given under formula I, while Hal is halogen, preferably chlorine or bromine, and M is a metal cation, preferably an alkali or alkaline earth metal Mean metal cation.
The reactions can be carried out in the presence or absence of solvents or diluents which are inert towards the reactants. For example, the following are possible: aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene, xylenes, petroleum ether; halogenated hydrocarbons such as chlorobenzene, methylene chloride, ethylene chloride, chloroform; Ethers and ethereal compounds such as dialkyl ethers, dioxane, tetrahydrofuran; Nitriles such as acetonitrile; N, N-dialkylated amides such as dimethylformamide; Dimethyl sulfoxide, ketones such as methyl ethyl ketone and mixtures of such solvents with one another.
The reaction temperatures are between 0 and 180oC, preferably between 20 and 1200C. The reaction can optionally be carried out in the presence of an acid-binding agent. Tertiary amines such as trialkylamines (e.g. triethylamine), pyridine and pyridine bases, or inorganic bases such as the oxides and hydroxides, hydrogen carbonates and carbonates of alkali and alkaline earth metals and sodium acetate are suitable as such. In some cases, dimethylformamide has a catalytic effect.
Compounds with the structure of the formula I have a microbicidal spectrum, which is very favorable for practical needs, for protecting crop plants without adversely affecting them by undesired side effects.
Compounds of the formula I in which X
EMI2.8
means, have an asymmetric carbon atom and can be split into optical antipodes in the usual way (e.g. fractional crystallization). Normal production usually produces a mixture of isomers.
The following production examples of two active ingredients serve to illustrate. The temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.

Emulsifiable concentrates
The following substances are used to produce a 25% emulsifiable concentrate: 25 parts of active ingredient
2.5 parts epoxidized vegetable oil,
10 parts of an alkylarylsulfonate / fatty alcohol polyglycol ether mixture,
5 parts of dimethylformamide,
57.5 parts of xylene.
Such concentrates can be diluted with water to produce emulsions of the desired concentration, which are particularly suitable for foliar application.
Proof of the biological effect
Action against Plasmopara viticola (Bert. Et Curt.) (Berl. Et DeToni) on vines a) Residual preventive effect
Vine cuttings of the Chasselas variety were grown in the greenhouse. At the 10-leaf stage, 3 plants were sprayed with a broth (0.02% active ingredient) prepared from the active ingredient formulated as a wettable powder. After the spray coating had dried on, the plants on the underside of the leaves were evenly infected with the spore suspension of the fungus. The plants were then kept in a humid chamber for 8 days. After this time, the control plants showed clear symptoms of disease. The number and size of the infection sites on the treated plants served as an evaluation standard for the effectiveness of the substances tested.
b) Curative effect
Vine cuttings of the Chasselas variety were grown in the greenhouse and infected at the 10-leaf stage with a spore suspension of Plasmopara vitioola on the underside of the leaf. After staying in the humid cabin for 24 hours, the plants were sprayed with a 0.006% active substance broth which had been prepared from a wettable powder of the active substance. The plants were then kept in the humid cabin for 7 days. After this time, the symptoms of the disease appeared on the control plants.
The number and size of the infection sites on the treated plants served as an evaluation standard for the effectiveness of the substances tested. Compounds of the formula I showed a good effect in this experiment.
