Abstract
The bogey comprises two secondary chassis each carrying an axle (A, B), and a main chassis (T) supported by the secondary chassis and providing the link with the body of the vehicle. The secondary chassis are coupled by a coupling (P) allowing their axles to pivot with respect to each other in a horizontal plane. However, the coupling opposes a resistance (k1) to this pivoting and also resists a movement of the axles with respect to each other in the axial direction. The main chassis is supported by the secondary chassis with the aid of elastomer bearing bushes (ka) which oppose a resistance to pivoting of their axles. Elastomer spheres (ke) are arranged between the bogey and the body of the vehicle in order to oppose a relative rotation. The bogey may be used in a road or rail vehicle. <IMAGE>
