Abstract

The integrated oscillator circuit, associated with a piezoelectric resonator, is provided with a device enabling the frequency of the oscillator circuit to be adjusted in steps. This device consists of a plurality of components for adjusting frequency. Each of these components comprises a capacitive element associated with a control means having a control electrode serving in the triggering of the capacitive element. The components are connected together and to at least one of the phase-shifting capacitors of the oscillator in such a way that they modify the frequency-determining capacitance when they are triggered. The components are made on the same substrate and with the same technology as the components of the oscillator enclosed, with its resonator, in a casing consisting of a protective hood and an insulating base carrying connection terminals for the control electrodes accessible from outside the casing. <IMAGE>
