Abstract
An integrated circuit for a wrist watch consists of tuning capacitors and components with a control electrode, which form an electronic switch. They are connected with each other and with at least one phase shifting capacitor in the oscillator circuit so that the frequency controlling oscillator capacitor is changed when at least one of the switching components is activated by a d.c. voltage applied to its control electrode. Tuning capacitors and switching components are produced during the same integration process and on the same substrate as the oscillator circuit, mounted with the resonator in a case consisting of a protective cover and an insulating base plate with terminals accessible from outside.
