Abstract

Plug, having automatic locking and manual unlocking, comprising a male tubular element (2) carrying at least one elastic terminal blade (13) having a stop catch (14) and sliding in a coaxial tubular female element (1) including an orifice (5) into which this stop catch is engaged. The male element, in the region occupied by the elastic tab (13), has an annular shoulder (20) against which an insulator-carrying ring (21) is gripped by a "chicken" (30). In order to prevent the elastic blade (13) from deforming, during this gripping, the walls of the inner shoulder (20) and of the corresponding bearing surface of the insulator-carrying ring (21) have inclined generatrices forming a retention bearing area having a frustoconical wall whose apex is directed towards the "chicken" (30). <IMAGE>
