PATENTANSPRÜCHE

PATENT CLAIMS
1. spherical container for gases or liquids, with storage on a foundation arranged in the area of the vertical axis of the container and with one arranged between the spherical container and the foundation, with both firmly connected support layer made of a material with elastomeric behavior, characterized in that the support layer consists of a mat, which has a grid-like distribution, protruding from the mat surface pegs with widened heads, which are anchored in the foundation.
2. A method for producing a spherical container for gases or liquids with storage, according to claim I, wherein first the dome-like support part of the spherical container is created, whereupon the support layer is glued to the bearing surface of the dome and the dome part is placed in the correct position on a support frame, which was erected on a lower part of the foundation, characterized in that the upper part of the foundation is then erected in the second concrete within the auxiliary scaffolding in such a way that the grid-like distributed pegs of the support layer are concreted in, whereupon the auxiliary scaffolding is removed.
The invention relates to a spherical container for gases or liquids with storage. The applicant has already proposed a spherical container for gases or liquids, with storage on a foundation arranged in the area of the vertical axis of the spherical container, in which storage a cushion is arranged between the foundation and the spherical container and firmly connected to both. The pad consists of a material with an elastomeric behavior and is composed of support plates that cover the entire support surface in such a way that only narrow joints remain between the individual plates, which are filled with a sealing compound. In this way, an almost completely shape-supported mounting of the spherical shell is achieved, which is effective both when emptying and when filling, the stress is significantly reduced when the load changes.
The purpose of the present invention is to improve and simplify the structure and manufacture of the spherical container with storage, so that an ideal, correct support of the shell is guaranteed at every filling level. Furthermore, the spherical container should also be usable in areas with tectonic vibrations, in that the bearing construction should have such a low natural frequency that it does not respond at all to the frequency of vibrations.
The ball container proposed according to the invention for
Gases or liquids is on a foundation arranged in the area of the vertical th axis of the container and with one between the spherical container and the foundation is arranged, with both firmly connected support layer of one
Material with elastomer behavior, stored. The Kugelbe container with storage is characterized in that the
The support layer consists of a mat which is distributed in a grid-like manner and has pegs protruding from the mat surface with widened heads that are anchored in the foundation.
The invention also relates to a method for producing such a spherical container for gases or liquids with storage. The proposed method consists in that first the dome-like support part of the spherical container is created, whereupon the support layer is glued onto the bearing surface of the dome and the dome part is placed in the correct position on a support frame that was erected on a base part. What is new and inventive is that the upper part of the foundation is then erected in second concrete within the auxiliary scaffolding in such a way that the pegs of the support layer distributed in a grid-like manner are concreted in, whereupon the auxiliary scaffolding is removed.
In the accompanying drawing, a partially drawn ball container with storage is shown schematically as an embodiment.
1 with the spherical cap of the spherical container, which is only partially drawn, is referred to, which rests on a support layer 2. This support layer consists of a mat which has a grid-like distribution, protruding from the mat surface Zap fen 2 ', which have widespread heads 8. The strength ratio between the thickness of the mat and the height of the
The pin is chosen so that a force transmission in the sense of a horizontal displacement is completely prevented by the load being transmitted vertically in the sense of an orthotropic plate. The ball 1 rests with the help of the support layer 2 on the upper foundation part 3 on second concrete, which in turn was built on a lower foundation part 4 made of first concrete.
To manufacture the spherical container and to erect the
Storage is first created the dome-like spherical part, with the mat-like on the bearing surface 9 of the dome
Support layer 2 is glued on. This support layer 2 is expediently made of a plastic compound which has sufficient compressive strength until it occurs
Has deformations, but at the same time is characterized by a rubber-elastic behavior with sufficient resilience. The layer is made hot on the surface and bonds directly to the metal surface of the spherical cap as a hot glue. The bitumen-filled polyethylene copolymers are used as an example of a suitable material. Furthermore, plastic granules of an elastomeric substance, which are poured into the shape of the mat, are also suitable.
The spherical cap provided with the support layer 2 is placed in the correct position on a support frame 6, which was fastened to the lower foundation part 4 by means of anchor bolts 7. The upper part of the foundation 3 is then erected in second concrete within the auxiliary scaffolding in such a way that the pegs 2 'of the supporting layer distributed in a grid-like manner are concreted in.
For sealing purposes, a drip ring 5 is attached, after which the support frame 6 is removed.
In the manner described, the ball container is stored in such a way that the load is absorbed vertically. By the
Concreting the pin 2 'a horizontal shift environment of the load is reliably prevented.
