Abstract
Pedal or small engine powered vehicle has seat at rear of frame with cab which may be partially reflective
Description

The present invention relates to a covered cycle. On the public highway we find the traditional two-wheeled cycles without fairing and any kind of cabin.
As a result, cyclists are exposed to bad weather, moreover, the side wind unbalances them which exposes them to considerable dangers.
The object of the invention is to offer the cyclist protection against bad weather, as well as to provide him with good stability.
The covered cycle according to the invention is characterized by the fact that it has a cabin and that it comprises at least three wheels.
To be within reach of anyone, this cycle is constructed to be light.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the covered cycle, object of the invention:
fig. 1 is a side view, and
fig. 2 a top view.
The cycle shown comprises a frame (1) on which are mounted two wheels (2) at the rear and a wheel (3) at the front.
The latter can pivot around the axis of the fork and thus acts as a steering by means of the arm (4). The chassis supports a cabin (5), a seat (6) and a conventional pedal (7). The cabin consists of three parts dis
tinctures which are: the bottom frame (8), the windshield (9) and the
tarpaulin (10). The bottom carcass is polyester or other
material fulfilling the same conditions of stability and
weight. The windshield integral with the bottom frame is made of
plexiglass or similar material. The cabin is, for the large
part, closed by a tarpaulin. This one is in flexible material,
e.g. plasticized canvas, synthetic material etc., because it is
in the latter that are made the openings giving
access to the seat.
The low weight of this important part of the cabin ensures that the vehicle has minimum weight.
CLAIM
Open cycle, characterized by the fact that it has a cabin and
that it has at least three wheels.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Cycle covered according to claim, characterized by the
causes the exterior surface of the cabin to be partially or
fully reflective.
2. Covered cycle according to claim, characterized in that the cabin is partially made of flexible and light material, such as canvas.
3. Covered cycle according to claim, characterized in that the cabin can be partially open.
4. Covered cycle according to claim, characterized in that the cycle is provided with a low power motor.
