The subject of the invention is an underfloor warm water heating device with a water-carrying pipe coil having parallel pipe strings.
It is common nowadays to make the pipe coil out of plastic. It turns out that not only the heat dissipation to the surrounding concrete or the even distribution of heat over the entire floor area are relatively poor, but that proper laying of the pipe coil also causes difficulties. Known pipes of this type are formed by bending in place to form a coil and then z. B. fixed by means of clamps or binding wire on the insulating pad or a concrete net, whereupon the concrete is introduced. In this case, however, it is practically impossible to fix the parallel pipe strings at exactly the same intervals and with exactly the same pipe bends connecting them.
The relatively rigid plastic pipes usually have to be heated in order to be able to fix them in the correct position using the clamps previously laid according to a specific assembly plan.
In cases where the parallel pipe runs for better heat dissipation by z. B. brid-like attacking metal sheets are connected to each other, an exactly parallel and constant spacing of the parallel pipe runs is particularly important.
The aim of the present invention is to create a heating device of the type mentioned which enables the coiled pipe to be deformed and fixed in the correct position without laborious assembly work. For this purpose, the heating device according to the invention is characterized in that the connecting bends of the pipe coil are looped around bend pieces attached to strips which run transversely to the parallel pipe strings and are fixed to the floor.
When assembling this pipe coil after fixing the strips provided with the curved pieces the z. B. made of plastic pipe coil fixed with one end in the area of the first bend of one side and then alternately laid around the corresponding bend in a meandering shape; the arched pieces fixed by means of the strips, e.g.
B. from this upright flat iron, allow the deformation under tension, so that after fixing the pipe end after the last looped bend, the pipe coil is completely in the correct position, i. -H. is fixed to the floor with exactly parallel and constant spacing of pipe strings connected by exactly the same connecting bends. This pipe coil can also be easily provided with heat distributors. It has also proven to be particularly advantageous to mix metal powder with the plastic of the pipe coil in order to improve the heat transfer to the concrete or to any heat distribution plates that may be provided.
The invention is illustrated by way of example in the accompanying drawing. In the drawing show:
1 shows a plan view of part of an example of a heating device according to the invention,
Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line II-II in Fig. 1,
3 shows, on a larger scale, a front view in arrow direction a of a detail from FIG. 1,
4 shows, on a larger scale, a cross-section along the line IV-IV in FIG. 1,
5 shows a part of the device during assembly on a larger scale, and FIG
6 shows, on a larger scale, a cross section along the line VI-VI in FIG. 1.
In the underfloor heating device shown in the drawing, two parallel support strips 1, which are expediently formed by flat iron, are fixed to the sub-floor at some distance from opposite side walls of the room to be heated. B. in Figs. 4 and 6 can be provided by means of bolts 4 shot through the insulation 2 into the concrete 3, these bolts 4 in the area of the strips 1 by insulating plugs 5 inserted into the latter, for. B. made of rubber, are insulated; this can prevent cold bridges. On the above-mentioned support strips 1, curved pieces 6 formed from upright, circular-arc-shaped flat iron are fastened at a distance from one another in such a way that their free ends protrude slightly inwards beyond the strips 1.
On both sides of these curved piece ends, flat iron pieces 7 are provided which run transversely to the strips 1 and are fastened to them at a distance corresponding approximately to the diameter of the heating coil pipe. The curved pieces 6 with their associated flat iron pieces 7 of the two strips 1 are offset from one another in such a way that the two channels created between the end parts of an arched piece 6 and the flat iron pieces 7 of one supporting strip 1 assigned to it with a corresponding channel of two adjacent curved pieces 6 of the other supporting strip 1 align exactly. As can be seen in FIG. 1, a corresponding inlet and outlet channel is created on two end parts of the support strips 1 that face away from one another and are free of arcuate pieces by means of two flat iron pieces 7.
The hot water-carrying heating coil pipe 8 is laid in a meandering shape through these channels and the respective curved pieces 6, wrapping tightly over the two strips 1, with perfectly parallel straight pipe strings being created between the two support strips 1 thanks to the described arrangement of the curved pieces. The laying of the pipe 8 is particularly easy here, since the bends 6 with their grooves form a laying template around which the z. B. made of plastic pipe can be laid under tension. Not only parallelism, but also constant spacing of the straight pipe strings connected by exactly the same bends is guaranteed. The pipe coil laid in this way is in the area of said channels against slipping out, z. B. secured by clamps 9, as shown in FIG.
In the foregoing it is assumed that the curved pieces 6 and the flat iron pieces 7 are permanently fixed to the strips 1; however, these parts 6, 7 can also be detachably arranged and interchangeable with those of a different size and with a correspondingly different offset, so that after the strips 1 have been mounted on the spot, the most suitable pipe string spacing can be selected for the respective application.
Basically, the heating coil pipe 8 could also consist of metal, but laying a plastic pipe is easier to carry out thanks to its greater flexibility. Plastic pipes, however, have the disadvantage of relatively poor heat conduction. It has therefore proven particularly advantageous to add a metal powder, eg. B. copper or aluminum to be mixed; as a result, the thermal conductivity of the pipe can be increased considerably without significantly reducing its flexibility.
A further improvement in the heat output and at the same time a particularly even heat distribution over the entire floor area is achieved by sheet metal lamellas 10, e.g. B.
made of copper or aluminum, which bridges the space between the parallel straight pipe strings with these in a thermally conductive connection. The assembly of such lamellas 10 is particularly easy here thanks to the constant tube spacing. Depending on their spacing, one-piece or, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, slats divided into sections can be provided between the two support strips 1.
In the example shown, the lamellae 10 have a central field of approximately pyramid-shaped depressions 11 arranged in rows; these wells 11, which of course also have a different, z. B. cone or hemispherical shape, cause in addition to a stiffening of the lamellae a considerable increase in the heat output or distribution area. The edge parts of the lamellas 10 running at the same time as the parallel pipe strings are provided within the flat, free lamellar edge with an upwardly or downwardly arched channel 12 that is adapted to the pipe diameter.
The groove 12 of the one lamella 10 comprising the lower tube half is closed to form the tube shape by the groove 12 of the adjacent lamella 10 surrounding the upper tube half; the edge portions of the lamellas 10 surrounding the coil 8 and overlapping one another are firmly connected to one another on both sides of the tube 8, whereby a perfect, highly thermally conductive contact between the tube and the lamellas is achieved.
In order to facilitate the mutual connection of the slats 10 and at the same time to ensure their support on the insulation 2, wooden strips 13 are arranged on both sides of the pipe strings under the flat sheet metal strips of the slats 10 lying on top of one another; the connecting of the lamellas 10 can be done by means of clamps, adhesives or the like that are shot into the wooden strips 13. As shown in FIG. 5, the wooden strips 13 are expediently attached to the underside of the edge portion of the slats 10 having the lower channel 12 before assembly; this ensures that the slats 10 are fitted quickly and safely.
The floor heating device described is not only easy and precise to assemble, but also leads to a flawless, evenly distributed heat emission over the occupied floor area.
