La présente invention a pour objet un parfum solide et un procédé de fabrication de ce parfum.
Le parfum selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est composé d'un mélange de produits organiques odorants cristallisés, naturels ou synthétiques, tels que l'héliotropine, la vanilline, des muscs (cétone, xyléne, ambrette), etc., imprégnés de principes odorants organiques, naturels ou synthétiques, tels que l'essence de lavande, le géraniol, le vétiver, le patchouli, etc.
Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé par le fait que l'on mélange d'abord lesdits produits organiques odorants sous forme finement divisée, que l'on porte ce mélange à sa température de fusion, que l'on ajoute au bain de fusion lesdits principes odorants, que l'on rend le tout homogéne, puis que l'on verse cette préparation dans un bac de refroidissement et la laisse se solidifier.
Suivant une mise en oeuvre particuliére de ce procédé, on opére comme suit: a) on mélange les produits odorants pulvérulents suivants:

- musc cétone 5-25%
- musc xyléne 17-70%
- ambrette 1-17%
- vanillinine 17-70%
- héliotropine 5-70%
(cette liste n'est pas limitative) b) on porte ce mélange avec précaution à son point de fusion; c) on ajoute à cette préparation un ou plusieurs des principes
suivants, selon la note désirée:

- essence de lavande 0,1-10%
- géraniol 0,1-10%
- patchouli 0,1-10%
- vétiver 0,1-10%
(ou d'autres sans limitation) d) on verse le mélange obtenu, bien homogénéisé, dans un bac de
refroidissement; e) on le laisse se solidifier, en couvrant ou non le bac, pendant
une durée comprise entre 0 et 48 h selon le degré de dureté
désiré;
f) le produit solidifié constitue un parfum solide conforme à
l'invention, que l'on peut débiter de toutes façons adéquates,
par exemple par sciage.
Dans une variante, on peut, dans un premier temps, mélanger les muscs à la vanilline, porter le mélange à sa température de fusion puis, dans un second temps, ajouter l'héliotropine, porter le mélange à la fusion totale, dans un troisième temps, mêler à ce mélange les principes odorants.
Dans une autre variante, on peut mélanger d'abord ensemble tous les composants organiques odorants cristallisés et principes odorants, puis porter le tout à sa température de fusion avant de procéder au refroidissement comme indiqué plus haut.
Les parfums solides ainsi obtenus, qui sont destinés à être frottés contre la peau, sont composés uniquement de corps organiques; ils peuvent être utilisés intégralement sans résidu.
Leurs notes, constantes jusqu'au coeur, ne sont pas limitées; elles résultent d'un choix et d'un dosage judicieux des divers composés cristallisés et des principes odorants.
Leur fabrication, et notamment le découpage du produit solidifié, s'opére pratiquement sans perte.
Enfin, il faut insister sur le fait que les produits odorants organiques cristallisés participent également, avec les principes odorants, à la note du parfum.
