Die Erfindung betrifft einen Puppenkopf. Dieser Puppenkopf ist dazu bestimmt, mit Stoff (Tricot) überzogen und im Rumpf der Puppe befestigt zu werden. Letzterer besteht z. B. aus Stoff und Polsterwatte.
Bekannt ist die Herstellung der Puppen mittels vorderer Kopfhälfte aus Gips, Plastikschalen und ähnlichen Materialien. Die Puppenherstellung mit diesen Mitteln ist kompliziert und zeitraubend. Ausserdem ist es schwierig den Kopf fest im Rumpf zu befestigen. Die Puppen sind anfällig für Kopfbeschädigungen.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die Puppenherstellung zu vereinfachen, den Kopf im Rumpf solider zu befestigen und die Bruchgefahr zu eliminieren.
Zur Lösung dieser Ausgabe ist der erfindungsgemässe Puppenkopf dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus geschäumten Kunststoff Polyurethan - beispielsweise halbhart - geformt ist, z. B. dessen 2 Komponenten A und B so gewählt und verarbeitet sind, dass er an der Oberfläche eine leichte Elastizität behält, und dass er einen Verstärkungskern aus steifem Material (Holz) aufweist
Nähere Erläuterung der Erfindung folgt anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung:
Fig. 1 zeigt im Vertikalschnitt von der Rückseite ein T-Stück aus Holz, das mit Polyurethan-Schaum umschäumt ist.
Fig. 2 zeigt in der Seitenansicht den Puppenkopf mit dem T-Stück und der Schultertiefe.
Nr. 1 und 2 (v. Fig. 1) ist ein T-Holz, so bezeichnet, das als Stütze und als Verbindungsstück zwischen Kopf und Rumpf dient. Hierbei bezeichnet 1 den senkrechten und 2 den waagrechten Teil des T-Holzes.
Die Giessform besteht aus 3 Teilen, nämlich 2 Kopfhälften und ein Schulterabschluss. Das Holz-T-Stück wird zuerst auf den Schulterabschluss aufgesteckt. Hierauf wird der Schulterabschluss mit der einen Kopfhälfte fixiert.
Anschliessend können nun die beiden flüssigen Polyurethan-Komponenten nach Vorschrift untereinander vermischt und in die vorbereitete Halbform eingegossen werden. Darauf wird die 2. Formhälfte aufgesetzt und die beiden Formhälften zusammengepresst. Der Schäumungsvorgang füllt die geschlossene Giessform aus und nach dem Abschluss der chemischen Reaktion können die Formhälften nach etwa 10 Minuten getrennt und der fertige Puppenkopf entformt werden.
Der Polyurethan-Schaumstoff der dazu verwendet wird, besteht aus 2 flüssigen Komponenten. Die Komponente A ist schwarz und die Komponente B ist gelblichbraun. Der entformte Puppenkopf ist dann schwarz. Der Polyurethan Schaumstoff wird vom Lieferanten unter der Markenbezeichnung Polyurethan, halbhart, geliefert.
Der so hergestellte Puppenkopf hat folgende Vorteile:
Der Hinterkopf ist schon ausgefüllt. Zur Kopfpartie gehört bereits die Hals- und Achselpartie, welche ein separates Zusammenfügen der 3 erwähnten Körperteile erübrigt.
Durch die feste Achsel-Hals- und Kopfpartie lässt sich der Kopf problemlos und solid in den Rumpf einnähen. Die Puppen sind nun mit diesem Schaumkopf, inklusive Hals- und Schulterpartie, gänzlich unzerbrechlich.

Puppenkopf, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus geschäumtem Polyurethan geformt ist, dessen Oberfläche eine leichte Elastizität aufweist und dass er einen Verstärkungskern aus steifem Material aufweist.

The production of the dolls using the front half of the head made of plaster of paris, plastic shells and similar materials is known. Making dolls by these means is complicated and time consuming. It is also difficult to fix the head firmly in the torso. The dolls are prone to head damage.
The object of the present invention is to simplify the manufacture of dolls, to fix the head in the torso more solidly and to eliminate the risk of breakage.

Fig. 1 shows a vertical section from the back of a T-piece made of wood, which is foamed with polyurethane foam.
Fig. 2 shows a side view of the doll's head with the T-piece and the shoulder depth.
No. 1 and 2 (v. Fig. 1) is a T-wood, so called, which serves as a support and as a connecting piece between head and trunk. Here 1 denotes the vertical and 2 the horizontal part of the T-timber.
The mold consists of 3 parts, namely 2 head halves and a shoulder end. The wooden T-piece is first attached to the shoulder end. The shoulder end is then fixed with one half of the head.
The two liquid polyurethane components can then be mixed with one another according to the instructions and poured into the prepared half-mold. The second mold half is placed on top and the two mold halves are pressed together. The foaming process fills the closed mold and after the chemical reaction is complete, the mold halves can be separated after about 10 minutes and the finished doll's head removed from the mold.
The polyurethane foam that is used for this consists of 2 liquid components. Component A is black and component B is yellowish brown. The demolded doll head is then black. The polyurethane foam is supplied by the supplier under the brand name Polyurethane, half-hard.
The doll's head made in this way has the following advantages:
The back of the head is already filled. The head area already includes the neck and armpit area, which makes it unnecessary to join the 3 body parts mentioned separately.
Thanks to the firm armpit, neck and head section, the head can be sewn into the torso easily and securely. The dolls are now completely unbreakable with this foam head, including neck and shoulder areas.
