L'objet de la présente invention est une boîte postale, comprenant deux compartiments pourvus chacun d'une porte, l'un formant boîte à lettres, I'autre case à colis, la porte de la boîte à lettres s'ouvrant au moyen d'une clé.
On sait que, pour alléger le service des postes, certaines administrations exigent, en plus de la boîte à lettres normale, une deuxième boîte destinée aux colis, afin d'éviter aux facteurs d'avoir à livrer les colis aux étages des immeubles ou au fond des propriétés.
La case à colis n'étant pas verrouillée, ces derniers sont à la portée de n'importe quel malfaiteur.
Le but de l'invention est de remédier à cela.
La boîte postale, objet de l'invention, est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un mécanisme de verrouillage de la porte de la case à colis, mécanisme agencé de manière à maintenir cette porte verrouillée seulement lorsque la case contient au moins un objet.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, plusieurs formes de réalisation de l'invention.
La fig. I est une vue de face de la première forme de réalisation.
La fig. 2 est une vue en coupe, selon II-II, sans le dispositif de verrouillage du compartiment destiné aux colis.
Les fig. 3, 4, 5 et 6 représentent diverses formes de réalisation dudit dispositif.
La boîte postale représentée au dessin présente un corps parallélépipédique 1 fermé par deux portes 2 et 3.
Ce corps I est divisé en deux compartiments 4 et 5 par une partie fixe 6. Le compartiment 4 est destiné au courrier et le compartiment 5 aux colis.
Les deux portes sont disposées sur un ou deux axes ou charnières. On peut introduire le courrier dans le compartiment 4 par la fente qui se trouve dans la porte 2, les colis 8 dans le compartiment 5 par la porte 3.
Pour accéder au courrier contenu dans le compartiment 4, on ouvre la porte 2 avec une clé introduite dans la serrure 10.
Pour rendre inaccessible le compartiment à colis 5, on a prévu un verrouillage de la porte 3 par un ou plusieurs leviers de verrouillage 12 disposés sur le corps 1 de la boîte, ce ou ces leviers étant mis en position de verrouillage par un dispositif actionné par la butée, le poids ou le passage du colis 8.
Sur la fig. 3, on voit un dispositif actionné par butée du colis, monté sur le corps 1, par exemple à l'arrière. Le levier de verrouillage 12 est actionné par une plaque de commande de levier 13 lorsqu'un colis 8 est introduit et déplace ladite plaque de commande 13; un ressort 11 maintient le levier 13 en position inactive.
Sur la fig. 4, on voit un dispositif actionné par le poids du colis, monté sur le corps 1, par exemple à la partie inférieure. Le levier de verrouillage 12 est actionné par une plaque de commande de levier 13 lorsqu'un colis 8 est introduit et déplace ladite plaque de commande 13; un ressort 1 1 maintient le levier 13 en position inactive.
Sur la fig. 5, on voit un dispositif actionné par le passage du colis, monté sur le corps 1, par exemple latéralement. Le levier de verrouillage 12 est actionné par une plaque de commande de levier 13 lorsqu'un colis 8 est introduit et déplace ladite plaque de commande 13.
La présence de colis est contrôlable par un bouton témoin 14 qui apparaît dans le compartiment de la boîte à lettres, lorsqu'un colis a été introduit; dans les formes d'exécution des fig. 3 à 6, il est alors nécessaire d'appuyer sur ledit bouton pour libérer le dispositif de verrouillage.
On voit l'avantage de cette boîte à lettres et à colis: la fabrication est simple et économique, la protection des colis est assurée, car ils ne peuvent être retirés que par le possesseur de la clé.
REVENDICATION
Boîte postale, comprenant deux compartiments pourvus chacun d'une porte, I'un formant boîte à lettres, I'autre case à colis, la porte de la boîte à lettres s'ouvrant au moyen d'une clé, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un mécanisme de verrouillage de la porte de la case à colis, mécanisme agencé de manière à maintenir cette porte verrouillée seulement lorsque la case contient au moins un objet.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS

The post office box shown in the drawing has a parallelepipedic body 1 closed by two doors 2 and 3.
This body I is divided into two compartments 4 and 5 by a fixed part 6. The compartment 4 is intended for mail and the compartment 5 for parcels.
The two doors are arranged on one or two axes or hinges. Mail can be introduced into compartment 4 through the slot in door 2, parcels 8 in compartment 5 through door 3.
To access the mail contained in compartment 4, door 2 is opened with a key inserted in lock 10.
To make the parcel compartment 5 inaccessible, there is provided a locking of the door 3 by one or more locking levers 12 arranged on the body 1 of the box, this or these levers being placed in the locking position by a device actuated by the stop, the weight or the passage of the package 8.
In fig. 3 shows a device actuated by the stopper of the package, mounted on the body 1, for example at the rear. The locking lever 12 is actuated by a lever control plate 13 when a package 8 is introduced and moves said control plate 13; a spring 11 maintains the lever 13 in the inactive position.
In fig. 4 shows a device actuated by the weight of the package, mounted on the body 1, for example at the lower part. In fig. 5 shows a device actuated by the passage of the package, mounted on the body 1, for example laterally. The locking lever 12 is actuated by a lever control plate 13 when a package 8 is introduced and moves said control plate 13.
The presence of packages can be checked by a control button 14 which appears in the compartment of the letterbox, when a package has been introduced; in the embodiments of FIGS. 3 to 6, it is then necessary to press said button to release the locking device.
We can see the advantage of this letter and parcel box: the manufacture is simple and economical, the parcels are protected, because they can only be removed by the owner of the key.
CLAIM
