Abstract
An injection type mixer allows one fluid to be mixed into a flowing stream of another fluid, and is designed as a one piece unit embodying the injector, control valve, press. gauge, non-return valve and fluid connections, together with the mixer vessel itself. Used for mixing such liqs. as fertiliser solns. weed-killer, disinfectant or detergent into a stream of water, the mixt. then flowing through a hose-pipe and being applied for domestic cleaning, garden sprays, car washing etc. A cheap and labour-saving method of preparing solns. of the materials and applying them.
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Ansaugen und Beimischen von Zusatzflüssigkeit in einen Leitungswasser strahl mittels einer Injektoreinrichtung. Dieser Ansaugmischer dient beispielsweise dazu, flüssige Dünger, flüssige Unkraut-Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, flüssige Desinfektionsmittel aus einem Behälter anzusaugen und dosiert dem Leitungswasser-Strahl beizumischen. Auch dient dieser Ansaugmischer dazu, flüssige Reinigungsmittel, z. B. für das Reinigen von Fahrzeugen, aus einem Behälter anzusaugen und dosiert dem Wasserstrahl (Gartenschlauch) beizumischen.
Das Ausbringen von schnellwirkendem, flüssigem Dünger, flüssigem Unkraut-Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel mit Hilfe einer Giesskanne oder Rückenspritze ist bekannt. Auch das Reinigen von Fahrzeugen, mittels Zusatzflüssigkeit (Wasserbehälter) mit Bürste oder Schwamm, ist bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, mühelos, vermehrt und mit genauer Dosierung, die umweltfreundlichere Flüssigdüngung, Unkraut-Schädlingsbekämpfung im Zier- und Nutzgarten anzuwenden. Der biologischen, naturgerechten Boden-Pflanzenpflege (z. B. Stickstoff in Form von getrocknetem Tierblut in Wasser aufgelöst) soll mit diesem Gerät Vorschub geleistet werden. Mit diesem Gerät können die flüssigen Desinfektionsmittel genauer, nach vorgeschriebener Dosierung, verarbeitet werden. Die ungiftigeren Reinigungsmittel für die Fahrzeuge sollen mit diesem Gerät mühelos, nach vorgeschriebener Dosierung, zeitsparend und somit vermehrt Anwendung finden.
Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen der Ansaugmischer näher umschrieben. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 die Kombination der eigentlichen Vorrichtung mit Draufsicht auf den Druckmesser,
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt durch die Injektor-Vorrichtung.
Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Wasserhahn 1 ist auf das Injektorgehäuse 2 geschraubt. Die Injektorvorrichtung ist mittels vier Befestigungsschrauben auf dem Verschlussdeckel 3 befestigt. Der Druckmesser 5 ist über dem Injektorgehäuse 2 angeordnet. Durch den Verschlussdeckel 3 ragt das Ansaugrohr 6 in den Behälter 4. Der Wasseranschluss erfolgt an der Stelle 7 des Hahns 1. Der Anschluss für den Arbeitsschlauch ist beim Stutzen 8.
Aus der Fig. 2 ist ersichtlich, dass direkt über der Düse 9 eine Bohrung 10 zum Druckmesser führt. Die Düse 9 weist nebst einem Einstich 11 vier Bohrungen 12 auf. Der Ansaugventilkörper 13 ist als ein Flüssigkeits-Rücksaugunterbrecher (Kugel, Kugelsitz) ausgebildet, dies, um ein Rückwärtslaufen des Leitungswassers in den Zusatzbehälter 4 bzw. in das Wasserleitungsnetz zu verhindern. Die Ventilkugel 14 ist zufolge eingepresstem Querstift 15 unverlierbar. Am Ausgang des Ansaugmischers wird ein Wasserschlauch 16 mit auswechselbarer Brause, Düse, Bürste oder Schwamm angeschlossen. Infolge des Flüssigkeitswiderstandes erfolgt im Arbeits-Wasserschlauch eine intensive Durchmischung der beiden Flüssigkeiten, so dass bis zum Auslauf ein homogenes Gemisch erzeugt wird.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Vorrichtung zum Ansaugen und Beimischen von Zusatzflüssigkeit aus einem Behälter (4) in einen Leitungswasserstrahl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Hahn (1), ein Druckmesser (5), eine Injektoreinrichtung (2) mit Flüssigkeits-Rücksaugunterbrecher (13/14) und der Behälter (4) eine Einheit bilden.

The invention relates to a device for sucking in and mixing additional liquid into a tap water jet by means of an injector device. This suction mixer is used, for example, to suck in liquid fertilizers, liquid weed pesticides, liquid disinfectants from a container and mix them in doses with the tap water jet. This suction mixer is also used to dispense liquid cleaning agents, e.g. B. for cleaning vehicles, sucking in from a container and metering the water jet (garden hose) to mix.
The application of fast-acting, liquid fertilizer, liquid weed pest control with the help of a watering can or backpack sprayer is known. It is also known to clean vehicles using additional fluid (water tank) with a brush or sponge.
The invention is based on the task of using the more environmentally friendly liquid fertilization, weed pest control in the ornamental and kitchen garden, effortlessly, more frequently and with precise dosing. The biological, natural soil and plant care (e.g. nitrogen in the form of dried animal blood dissolved in water) should be promoted with this device. With this device, the liquid disinfectants can be processed more precisely according to the prescribed dosage. The non-toxic cleaning agents for vehicles should be used effortlessly with this device, according to the prescribed dosage, in a time-saving and thus more widely used.
The suction mixer is described in more detail below with the aid of the accompanying drawings. Show it:

The faucet 1 shown in FIG. 1 is screwed onto the injector housing 2. The injector device is fastened to the cover 3 by means of four fastening screws. The pressure gauge 5 is arranged above the injector housing 2. The suction pipe 6 protrudes through the sealing cap 3 into the container 4. The water connection is made at point 7 of the tap 1. The connection for the working hose is at nozzle 8.
From FIG. 2 it can be seen that a bore 10 leads to the pressure gauge directly above the nozzle 9. In addition to a recess 11, the nozzle 9 has four bores 12. The suction valve body 13 is designed as a liquid back suction interrupter (ball, ball seat), this in order to prevent the tap water from running backwards into the additional container 4 or into the water supply network. The valve ball 14 cannot be lost as a result of the pressed-in cross pin 15. A water hose 16 with an exchangeable shower head, nozzle, brush or sponge is connected to the outlet of the suction mixer. As a result of the fluid resistance, the two fluids are intensively mixed in the working water hose so that a homogeneous mixture is created up to the outlet.
