la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective d'une première forme d'exécution de cette installation;
table, de même que les contacteurs 6.
On obtient donc
The present invention relates to an installation for body treatments by sweating under the effect of heating the body by at least one infrared ray emitting device.
This installation is more specially designed for treatments resulting from the prior application of a treatment product to the whole body or to certain parts only, for example a composition or cream based on algae.
The apparatus then allows the fusion of this composition or this cream and its penetration into the skin, this being accompanied by sweating, moreover promoting the treatment. However,
The installation is also intended to be able to be used for other treatments and in particular simple sweating.
The present installation is arranged so as to include a structure as simple as possible and a low cost price.
In addition, its design is such that it can be dismantled and that it occupies as little space as possible.
The installation according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a table intended to receive the person to be treated and a horizontal plate placed above this table and which serves as a support for at least one infrared ray emitting device, as well as a retractable curtain suspended from this plate and able to form, between the latter and the table, a closed enclosure capable of enclosing the person to be treated, the head of the person remaining outside the enclosure.
Two embodiments of the present installation, given by way of example, are described below with reference to the appended drawing, in which:
fig. 1 is a perspective view of a first embodiment of this installation;
fig. 2 is a perspective view of the removable frame provided in this embodiment:
fig. 3 is a perspective view of a second embodiment.
The present installation comprises a table, the horizontal plate I of which is intended to serve as a sort of bed for the person to be treated, the latter being able to lie down on this plate. Moreover, it includes a mattress for this purpose. Optionally, the latter can be a vibrating mattress of a type known per se.
allowing vibrations to be transmitted for certain muscular or other treatments.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. I and 2, the plate I of the table is supported by a frame shown in FIG. 2. This is formed by a series of removable elements, for example tubular elements 2 capable of being joined together by means of connectors 3 and 4.
This frame has the general shape of a parallelepipedal cage comprising a horizontal intermediate frame intended to support the table top 1. At its upper part, this cage also supports a horizontal plate 5, thus placed above the table 1. On its underside, this plate is provided with one or more electrical devices emitting infrared rays, for example tubes emitting such rays. These devices are supplied by an electrical circuit comprising control contactors 6 arranged on one of the edges of the plate 1.
Two movable curtains 7 are slidably mounted along the perimeter of the upper plate 5. These curtains extend down to the level of the table 1 or below it, so as to be able to constitute a completely closed enclosure. between the table I and the upper plate 5. These two curtains are preferably made of transparent plastic. Their upper edge can be slidably mounted by means of suspension members mounted to move on a rail carried by the perimeter of the upper plate 5. In addition, these curtains include pull handles allowing them to be maneuvered in one direction or in the same direction. 'other.
At one of its ends, the upper plate 5 has a large cutout 9 recessed inward. The rail for mounting the corresponding curtain 7 matches this shape.
It is the same for this curtain so that it clears
a space 10, which is reserved for the head of the person to be treated. This therefore allows to leave the head of this one in the open air outside
the enclosure closed by the two curtains.
In addition, a fan 11 is advantageously provided opposite this location. This fan is mounted so as to pulsate air towards the head of the person to be treated, to prevent the latter from being inconvenienced by the high temperature.
reigning inside the enclosure formed by the curtains 7.
As shown, this fan 11 is fixed by means of tabs 12 on the upper plate 5. The contactor 13 ensuring the control of this fan is arranged on one of the edges of the
table, as well as the contactors 6.
This installation can also be equipped with appliances.
complementary reels intended to allow additional treatments or to make more pleasant the time spent on the treatment table. For the first purpose, a device can be provided
oxygenation system comprising an oxygen inhaler. Otherwise,
The installation may include a broadcasting device or a
music or other cassette player, fitted with headphones
appropriate, in order to allow musical relaxation of the person to be treated.
The upper plate can be in metal or possibly in
synthetic resin, for example polyester. As for the plateau of
Table. it consists of an ordinary mattress or possibly a vibrator mattress as already indicated.
This installation is more specially designed for
treatments based on a composition or cream containing
an active agent intended to penetrate into the skin, for example a cream based on seaweed. This cream is then applied to the
preliminary on the whole body or only certain parts.
After which, the enclosure provided between the table and the top
laughter 5 is closed by means of the curtains 7.and the devices emit
Infrared ray torches are put into operation.
Under the effect of heating, the treatment product is brought to
melt and penetrate deep into the skin. So we get
the maximum penetration and therefore the effectiveness of this product,
especially since this is accompanied by sweating.
This allows results also in the case of milking.
ment by means of a composition in the form of a cream based
fresh seaweed and halibut oil. Such treatment turns out
then particularly beneficial because of the properties of
fresh seaweed and the supply of vitamins provided by
halibut.
However, the present installation also makes it possible to process
der to slimming or strengthening treatments
tissues by simple sweating. accompanied or not by the application
prior to an appropriate treatment product. Relaxation and relaxation treatments can also be carried out
tion of tissues. or sports massages or all treatments
desired aesthetics.
It should be noted that the head of the person being treated is kept insulated from heat because it remains placed in the air.
free and that it receives the air pulsed by the fan II. In these
conditions. it is possible to provide an important heat input
both on the whole body inside the enclosure closed by
curtains 7. Of course, the importance of this heat input
can be set by switching on a plus or minus number
important devices emitting infrared rays and this, in
depending on the treatments carried out. Optionally, a timer
can be incorporated into the control circuit of these devices
to ensure automatic shutdown after a determined time.
Due to the design of the frame shown in FIG. 2, the one
it can be easily disassembled and installed anywhere.
This installation can moreover be temporary. However. it is obvious that this frame could also be replaced by a non-removable frame, or one having any other suitable structure.
Moreover, fig. 3 shows a second embodiment in which the support of the corresponding upper plate Sa is independent of the frame of the table la. This simply rests on feet 2a and is provided with a mattress 13 of the ordinary type or possibly a vibrator mattress.
As for the upper plate Sa, it is carried by a bracket 14 slidably mounted in a vertical shaft 15 integral with a base 16.
The position of the end of the bracket 14 can be adjusted by sliding in the barrel 15 and immobilization at the desired level by means of a locking member, for example a screw 17. This makes it possible to adjust the position of the upper plate as desired. Its in the direction of the height and this, according to the desired treatments. In addition, it is thus possible to momentarily raise the plate 5a while a treatment product is being applied to the body of a person to be treated. After which this tray can be lowered to its normal position of use.
Optionally, elastic return means can be provided to maintain the bracket 14 and the plate 5a in the desired position.
The lower face of this plate is provided, as above, with devices emitting infrared rays, for example ramps 18 capable of producing such rays. However, all the electrical equipment is carried by the plate 5a, and no longer by the lower table, since this plate is independent thereof.
Consequently, the control contactors 6a are provided on one of the sides of this plate.
As in the previous embodiment, one of its ends has a wide notch 9a allowing the corresponding curtains 7a to clear the head of the person to be treated. In addition a fan It has is arranged opposite the location reserved for the head.
The present installation makes it possible to carry out the same treatments as previously. But it has additional advantages, in particular with regard to the possibility of raising the upper plate 5a and possibly using the table 1a independently thereof.
Moreover, this installation is very easily transportable to be installed at the desired point.
