Abstract

The protection lens is used for protecting lamps on machine tools against splashing liquid and chips. The lens also ensures that light is concentrated on the workpiece. The use of the lens is also justified if no dirt is present which could impair the light, because the light is concentrated better on the actual workpiece. The protection glass (2) with lens section (3) is fitted into the reflector housing (1). An O ring (4) is used for sealing. This seals the lens housing and enclosed reflector housing (5). A spring ring (6) is used for holding the lens in the housing.

   An Werkzeugmaschinen sind Arbeitsleuchten dem Spritzwasser und Späne anfall ausgesetzt. Durch ein Vorsatzglas kann der Leuchtkörper und der reflektierende Innenteil des Reflektors geschützt werden.



   Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Schutzglas für eine Arbeitsleuchte, welches eine optische Linse aufweist, um das Licht im erforderlichen Abstand auf das Arbeitsstück zu konzentrieren.



   Wenn an einer Arbeitsleuchte aus erwähntem Grunde ein Schutzglas nötig ist, wird mit einem Schutzglas gemäss vorliegender Erfindung bedeutet mehr Licht auf das Arbeitsstück gelenkt, damit ist der Wert der Arbeitsleuchte erhöht.



   Eine Arbeitsleuchte mit Schutzglas gemäss vorstehender Erfindung kann sich auch dann rechtfertigen, wenn   nvar    kein Schutzglas nötig wäre, aber durch die optische Linse mehr Licht auf das Arbeitsstück erwünscht ist.



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt Fig. 1.



   Im Reflektoraussenteil 1 ist ein Schutzglas 2 mit einer optischen Linse 3 eingebaut. Als Dichtung dient ein O-Ring 4, welcher gegen Reflektor-Aussenteil und Reflektor-Innenteil 5 abdichtet, als Halterung im Reflektor ein Sprengring 6.

 

   PATENTANSPRUCH



   Schutzglas für eine elektrische Arbeitsleuchte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine optische Linse aufweist.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Schutzglas nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einstückig ausgebildet ist.



   2. Schutzglas nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die optische Linse als ein Stück ausgebildet ist und am Schutzkörper befestigt ist.



   3. Schutzglas nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzglas aussen konvex ist.



   4. Schutzglas nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzglas am Rande der Linse plan-parallel ist.



   5. Schutzglas nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schutzkörper und/oder die optische Linse aus lichtdurchlässigem Kunststoff besteht.
