Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine weitere Ausbildung des Nagelfeilgerätes gemäss dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes.
Das Nagelfeilgerät gemäss dem Hauptpatent ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einem rotierenden, durch motorische Kraft angetriebenen Feilwerkzeug versehen ist, und dass an dessen der Aufnahme des Motors und als Handgriff des Gerätes dienendem Gehäuse ein zum Gebrauch ausstellbarer Nagelreiniger angeordnet ist.
Nach der weiteren Ausbildung zeichnet sich das Gerät dadurch aus, dass im als Handgriff dienenden Gehäuse eine Bat- terie und Ansehlussorgane zum Anschliessen an ein Stromnetz zwecks Aufladens der Batterie vorgesehen sind.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:

1 ist das als Handgriff des Gerätes dienende, zweckmässig aus Kunststoff bestehende Gehäuse, auf dessen verjüngt abgesetztem Hinterteil 1' ein haubenartiger Gehäusedeckel 16 leicht abnehmbar aufgeschoben ist. Der Gehäusedeckel 16 bildet in aufgeschobenem Zustand, Fig. 1 und 2, mit dem Gehäuse 1 einen geschlossenen Teil und ist wegnehmbar. An dem Gehäusedeckel 16 ist der um den Achsbolzen 6 schwenkbare Nagelreiniger 7 angeordnet.
Das aus der Öffnung 17 der vorderen Gehäusestirnseite vorstehende, rotierende Feilgerät 2, 3 lagert auf dem Vierkantteil 18' einer Antriebswelle 18, welche im Gehäuse 1 angeordnet und durch Anfassen an einem am Gehäuse vorstehenden Kopf 18" zwecks Auswechslung des Feilgerätes 2, 3 teilweise herausziehbar ist. 19 ist ein mittels einer axialen Vierkantbohrung auf dem Vierkantteil 18' mitdrehbares und mit einem zylindrischen Ansatz 20 in einer entsprechenden Lagerbohrung einer Konsole 21 drehbar gelagertes Kegelrad, das mit einem auf der Antriebswelle 22 eines Elektromotors 23 aufgekeilten Kegelrad 19' kämmt.
Mit dem Schalter 11 verschiebbare bandförmige Leiter 24, 25 gleiten auf den Polen 26, 27 einer konventionellen aufladbaren Batterie 28 und sind durch Betätigung des Schalters 11 aus einer neutralen Zwischenstellung wahlweise mit den Polen 29, 30 des Elektromotors 23 oder mit den an die Pole 31, 32 der Glühbirne 13 angelegten Kontakten 31', 32' in stromleitende Verbindung bringbar. Die Glühbirne 13 ist an der Aussenseite des Gehäusedeckels 16 angeordnet, und deren Kontakte befinden sich am Inneren des letzten im Bewegungsbereich der Leiter 24, 25 des Schalters 11. 33, 34 sind Steckerstifte, welche durch den Gehäusedeckel 16 abgedeckt sind. Zum Anstecken der Steckerstifte 33, 34 an eine Steckdose des Stromnetzes zwecks Aufladung der Batterie 28 wird der Gehäusedeckel 16 entfernt.
Die Glühbirne 13 ist in einer im Deckel 16 eingebauten Fassung 13' auswechselbar eingesetzt. Zwei freiragende Kontaktzungen 31 32' liegen mit ihren in der Fassung 13' eingebauten Teilen den Polen 31, 32 der Glühbirne 13 an. Die freiragenden Teile der Kontaktzungen 31', 32' greifen beim Aufschieben des Gehäusedeckels 16 auf den Hinterteil 1' des Gehäuses 1 in eine Enveiterung 35 des Führungsraumes der Leiter 24, 25 ein, so dass beim Verschieben des Schalters 11 in der Richtung des Pfeiles a (Fig. 2) die Bänder 24, 25 mit den Kontaktzungen 31', 32' verbunden werden. Beim Verschieben des Schalters 11 in entgegengesetzter Richtung laufen die Oberenden der Kontaktbänder 24, 25 auf die Pole 29, 30 des Motors 23 auf, während die Unterenden der Kontaktbänder 24, 25 die Kontaktzungen 31', 32' der Glühbirnenpole 31, 32 verlassen.
In der Zwischenstellung des Schiebeweges des Schalters 11 sind die Kontaktbänder 24, 25 sowohl von den Polen 29, 30 des Motors 23 als auch von den Kontaktzungen 31 32' der Glühbirnenpole 31, 32 getrennt. Der Schalter 11 erlaubt somit die wahlweise Ein- und Ausschaltung des Motors 23 oder der Glühbirne.
Zwecks Auswechslung des Feilgerätes 2, 3 nach Abnutzung desselben kann die Antriebswelle 18 an ihrem vorstehenden Kopf 18" so weit zurückgezogen werden, dass der Vierkantteil 18' die Vierkantbohrung des Feilgerätes 2, 3 verlässt. Zwecks Aufladung des Stromspeichers 28 können die Steckerstifte 33, 34 durch Abnahme des haubenförmigen Gehäusedeckels 16 freigelegt werden, so dass das Gerät an jede beliebige Steckdose des Stromnetzes ansteckbar ist. Fliesst Wechselstrom durch das Stromnetz, an welches das Gerät anzuschliessen ist, so muss zwischen den Steckerstiften und der Batterie ein Gleichrichter, zweckmässig ein Halbleiter-Gleichrichter, eingebaut sein.
Die Schaltung der verschiedenen elektrischen Teile kann in bekannter Art je nach Einstellung zugehöriger, nicht besonders dargestellter Schalter wahlweise durch die Batterie oder durch den Netzstrom betrieben werden. Ebenfalls erfolgt das Aufladen der Batterie über den Gleitrichter automatisch, ähnlich wie es bei Trockenrasierern mit eingebauter Batterie, Stromnetzanschluss und Gleichrichter der Fall ist.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Nagelfeilgerät zur Pflege der Finger- und Zehennägel nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im als Handgriff dienenden Gehäuse (1) eine Batterie (28) und Ansehlussorgane (33, 34) zum Anschliessen an ein Stromnetz zwecks Aufladens der Batterie vorgesehen sind.
UNTERANSPRUCHE
1. Nagelfeilgerät nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussorgane (33, 34) Steckerstifte sind, welche durch einen hauben artigen, wegnehmbar auf dem Gehäuse (1) aufgeschobenen Gehäusedeckel (16) abgedeckt sind.
2. Nagelfeilgerät nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Polen (26, 27) der Batterie (28) in Berührungsverbindung stehende, mittels eines Schalters (11) verschiebbare Kontaktbänder (24, 25) wahlweise mit den Polen (29, 30) des Antriebsmotors (23) des Feilgerätes (2, 3) oder mit an die Pole (31, 32) einer Glühbirne (13) anliegenden Kontaktzungen (31', 32') in Berührungsverbindung bringbar sind.
3. Nagelfeilgerät nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fassung (13') für die Aufnahme der Glühbirne (13) in den Gehäusedeckel (16) des Gehäuses (1) eingebaut ist und an die Pole (31, 32) der Glühbirne (13) anliegende Kontaktzungen (31', 32') trägt, die derart freiragend sind, dass sie beim Aufschieben des Gehäusedeckels (16) in einen entsprechend erweiterten Teil (35) des Führungsraumes der Kontaktbänder (24, 25) eingreifen.
4. Nagelfeilgerät nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäusedeckel (16) der Nagelreiniger (7) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist.
5. Nagelfeilgerät nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäusedeckel (16) eine Glühbirne (13) vorgesehen ist, deren Kontakte (31, 32) im Inneren des ersteren und im Bewegungsbereich von Leitern (34, 35) eines Schalters (11) liegen.
