Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine selbstklebende Schlingetikette.
Selbstklebende Schlingetiketten sind bereits bekannt. Sie dienen im wesentlichen zum Zusammenhalten und/oder zur Bezeichnung eines bestimmten Gegenstandes. Solche Etiketten finden vorwiegend Anwendung zur Bezeichnung und Preisbeschriftung einer Ware, die zum Verkauf angeboten wird.
Ein Nachteil der bisher bekannten Etiketten der umschriebenen Art besteht darin, dass diese Etiketten von der Ware nicht ohne weiteres entfernt werden können. Ein weiterer Nachteil besteht darin, dass bekannte Etiketten nur als Ganzes vollständig vom bezeichneten Gegenstand entfernt werden können. Dies ist dann nicht erwünscht, wenn die Beschriftung mit der Bezeichnung des Gegenstandes am letzteren beibehalten, jedoch die Bezeichnung mit der Preisangabe vom genannten Gegenstand entfernt werden sollte.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt die Behebung der genannten Nachteile bei einer Schlingetikette der eingangs umschriebenen Art. Die erfindungsgemässe Etikette soll insbesondere zur Bezeichnung und Preisangabe von Blumen und Pflanzen dienen. In der Tat ist es einerseits für den Käufer von Vorteil, wenn er eine genauere Bezeichnung der Ware mit näheren Angaben über die Behandlung, Pflege und Unterhalt der Pflanze mitbekommt. Andererseits ist es erwünscht, wenn die Bezeichnung mit der Preisangabe vom gekauften Artikel entfernt werden kann, insbesondere dann, wenn der Artikel als Geschenk vorgesehen ist, was insbesondere für Blumen und Pflanzen zutrifft.
Zur Lösung des gestellten Problems schlägt nun die vorliegende Erfindung eine Schlingetikette vor, welche erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie aus einem Grundstreifen und einem auf diesem lösbar geklebten Hauptteil besteht, dass eine erste Perforation den Grundstreifen allein und eine zweite Perforation den Grundstreifen zusammen mit dem Hauptteil durchdringt, derart, dass einerseits ein Abschnitt des Grundstreifens allein und andererseits ein Abschnitt des Hauptteils zusammen mit dem darunter befindlichen Grundstreifen-Abschnitt wegtrennbar ist.
Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

Die in den Figuren dargestellte Etikette besteht aus einem Grundstreifen 10 aus schwer reissbarem Papier mit einer Perforation 16, welche einen Abschnitt 11 begrenzt.
Auf diesem Grundstreifen 10 ist die eigentliche Etikette 12 wegnehmbar aufgeklebt. Hierzu ist die Etikette 12 mit einer gummierten Selbstklebeschicht versehen, welche sich, mit Ausnahme eines etwa 5 mm breiten Abschnittes 13 am einen Ende der Etikette, über die gesamte Rückseite der Etikette erstreckt. An dem dem nicht gummierten Abschnitt 13 gegenüberliegenden Ende ist die Etikette 12 und der Grundstreifen 10 mit einer Perforation 14 versehen. Diese Perforation 14 begrenzt einen etwa quadratischen Abschnitt 15 der länglichen Etikette, welcher zur Aufnahme der Preisbeschriftung dient.
Der verbleibende Hauptteil der Etikette dient zur Aufnahme einer Beschriftung, welche der näheren Bezeichnung einer Ware dient. Bei der Verwendung der Etikette für Blumen und Pflanzen kann der genannte Hauptteil zur Aufnahme der Blumen- oder Pflanzenbezeichnung sowie von zusätzlichen Angaben bezüglich der Aufstellung, Pflege usw.

Die Verwendung der beschriebenen Etikette erfolgt wie nachstehend umschrieben:
Die Schlingetikette wird um die Ware (Blume, Pflanze) geschlungen, wobei der Stengel, Ast oder dergleichen durch den Hohlraum 18 der Etikette ragt. Nun wird der abstehende, an der Rückseite nicht gummierte Abschnitt 13 der
Etikette 12 erfasst und dieser soweit von dem Grundstreifen 10 gelöst, bis der Abschnitt 11 dieses Grundstreifens freiliegt. Dieser Abschnitt wird nun längs der Perforierung 16 vom übrigen Grundstreifen gelöst. Die nun freiwerdende, gummierte Rückseite des freigelegten Etikettabschnittes wird mit einer Stelle der Rückseite des Grundstreifens selbstklebend verbunden. Die Etikette ist damit am zu beschriftenden Artikel festgelegt.
Die Perforation 14 ermöglicht eine nachträgliche Abtrennung des die Preisangabe enthaltenden Abschnittes 15 der Etikette mit dem Grundstreifenabschnitt, so dass nur der Hauptteil mit der interessierenden Beschriftung 17 übrig bleibt.
Damit besteht also die Möglichkeit, die Preisbezeichnung nach Verkauf der Pflanze oder dergleichen unabhängig vom übrigen Teil der Etikette von dieser zu trennen und zu entfernen.
Die Herstellung der Etiketten kann in grösseren Bogen erfolgen, welche die Grundstreifen 10 bilden, auf denen die einzelnen Etiketten 12 aufgeklebt sind. Vor der Verwendung können dann die einzelnen, aus Grundstreifen und Etikette bestehenden Abschnitte vom grossflächigen Bogen abgetrennt, beispielsweise ausgeschnitten, werden.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Selbstklebende Schlingetikette, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aus einem Grundstreifen (10) und einem auf diesem lösbar geklebten Hauptteil (12) besteht, dass eine erste Perforation (16) den Grundstreifen allein und eine zweite Perforation (14) den Grundstreifen zusammen mit dem Hauptteil durchdringt, derart, dass einerseits ein Abschnitt (11) des Grundstreifens allein und andererseits ein Abschnitt (15) des Hauptteils zusammen mit dem darunter befindlichen Grundstreifen-Abschnitt wegtrennbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Selbstklebende Schlingetikette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptteil (12) der Etikette bis auf einen kleinen Abschnitt (13) auf seiner ganzen Rückseite gummiert ist, welche Gummierung die Selbstklebeschicht bildet.
2. Selbstklebende Schlingetikette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden wegtrennbaren Abschnitte (11 bzw. 15) an den einander gegenüberliegenden Enden der Etikette gebildet sind.
3. Selbstklebende Schlingetikette nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Perforation (14) den Hauptteil in zwei Stücke von ungleicher Länge aufteilt, deren längeres (12) zur Aufnahme einer Warenbezeichnung und deren wegtrennbares kürzeres (15) Stück zur Aufnahme einer Preisbeschriftung dient.
