Fig. 5 bis 8 verschiedene Profilschienen im Schaubild,
Fig. 10 eine Detail zu Fig. 9.
When connecting two objects that are to be detachable, for example when installing electrical devices such as counters etc. on support plates, spring clips are used on rails to engage and hold fastening screws. The fastening screws must be guided through pre-made holes or holes drilled during assembly in an associated fixed rail. It happens again and again that the holes and the spring clips are not in the correct positions with respect to one another, which requires time-consuming additional work to correct the positional errors. The assembly is made more difficult and, due to the greater amount of work, significantly more expensive.
The reason for this time-consuming assembly is to be seen in the fact that the spring clips are fixed in place and not visible from the assembly side, so that it is very difficult to arrange the holes used to accommodate the fastening screws in exactly the right places and to engage with the spring clips bring to.
In practice it happens again and again that new holes have to be drilled afterwards in order to be able to insert the fastening screws in the right direction to the spring clips.
These disadvantages are remedied by a detachable connection between a support part and a profile rail, in which, according to the invention, the profile rail has at least two elastic clamping parts, connecting elements being inserted between the latter in the longitudinal region of the profile rail at selectable points.
In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely show:
Fig. 1 to 4 each show a horizontal section through vertical profile rails and releasably attached support plates for receiving electrical devices,
Fig. 5 to 8 different profile rails in the diagram,
FIG. 9 shows a detail of FIG. 2 in axial section, and FIG
FIG. 10 shows a detail of FIG. 9.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, various vertical profile rails 2 are fixed at a distance from one another by means of anchoring screws 3 on horizontal support rails 1. The profile rails 2 are made of viscoplastic plastic and have a hollow clamping rib 4 which forms a whole with this and is opened by a longitudinal slot 5, which is formed by two mutually inclined, resilient clamping legs 4 ', which narrow the hollow rib channel towards the longitudinal slot 5.
On the closed side of the hollow rib opposite the longitudinal slot 5, the profile web 2 'is provided on the outside of the profile rail 2 with a keyway 6 which runs in the plane of symmetry E (FIG. 5) passing through the longitudinal slot 5 of the hollow rib 4. A bolt 8 serving as a connecting element is inserted through a bore 7 of the profile web 2 ', which extends at right angles to the web from the keyway 6 used as a centering aid in the plane E towards the longitudinal slot 5. The outer end of the bolt 8 has a head 9 with a slot 10. The middle part 8 has a smaller diameter and allows the arrangement of a resilient locking ring 11 (FIGS. 3, 4 and 10). The inner end 12 of the bolt 8 is conically narrowed.
The tip of the cone 12 is designed as a double hook-shaped locking member 14 by two oppositely milled surfaces 13. The support plate serving to accommodate the electrical devices G (FIG. 2) is designated by 15. The support plate 15 is provided with holes 7 ′ which are arranged in such a way that they coincide with the holes 7 of the profile rail 2. After inserting the fastening bolts 8 through the holes 7 'of the support plate 15, the locking rings 11 are attached to the thinner middle part 8' of the bolts 8, which when the support plate 15 is placed on the vertical profile rails 2 (Fig. 1-4) between these and the support plate 15 come to rest.
Elastic rings 16 are arranged on the fastening bolts 8, resting against their head 9, which come to rest between the latter and the bolt head 9 during the assembly of the support plate and press the support plate 15 resiliently against the profile rails 2.
When inserting the secured to the support plate fastening fastening bolts 8 through the bores 7 of the profile web 2 'with a vertically placed slot 10 of its head 9, the clamping legs 4' of the hollow rib are partially spread apart against the effect of their natural springing to allow the double hooks 14 to pass. If the double hook 14 has passed the slot 5 of the hollow rib 4, the clamping legs 4 ', engaging behind the double hook 14, fall onto the milled surfaces 13, with which the fastening bolt 8 is locked, as illustrated in FIGS. 1-4.
The profile rails 2 according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 have a U profile, with the profile web 2 'carrying the hollow rib 4 in the central position between the profile legs 2 /'. The profile legs 2 ″ have, on the inside, mutually opposing web extensions 17 which run in the longitudinal direction of the rail and which form two opposing hollow grooves 18 (FIG. 5). The hollow grooves 18 serve to engage and guide a rectangular clamping nut 19, which is located in a central threaded hole of the Anchoring screws 3 of the support rails 1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) are detected. By tightening the anchoring screws 3, the profile rails 2 are pressed against the support rails 1 by the clamping nuts 19.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the anchoring screw 3 is inserted from the front of the profile rail 2 through a bore 7 of the profile web 2 'and engages a clamping nut 19 guided in the guide grooves 18 of the carrier rails 1 in a threaded bore. The profile rails 2a used in FIG. 4 are arranged at a distance from one another as an intermediate piece by a connecting profile 24 serving as a bracket. The two ends 23 and 23 'of the connecting profile 24 are toothed on one or both sides and engage in correspondingly toothed grooves 22 of the profile rails 2a fixed at a distance from one another.
According to Fig. 3, 6, 7 and 9, a double profile rail 2b with two spaced apart hollow ribs 4 is used, on which the support plates 15 by means of connec tion bolts 8 are stretched. This profile rail 2b has, between the hollow ribs 4, two toothed legs 25 (FIG. 7) which form a U-profile with the web 2 '. These legs 25 are used to connect to a profile rail 2c, which has the counter profile, with two toothed grooves 22 (FIG. 6), in which the legs 25 engage, see FIG. 3. The hollow rib 4 of the profile rail 2c is used for the detachable connection to the anchoring bolt 8 an intermediate piece 26. This forms a projecting connecting element which is detachably connected to the mounting rail 1 via a profile rail 2d by an anchoring screw 3.
The double profile 2b serving to hold two separate support plates 15 is held at a greater distance from the support rail 1 by the intermediate piece 26 serving as a boom. According to FIG. 9, the intermediate piece 26 has a transversely positioned guide sleeve 27, the parts 27 'and 27 of which bear against one another with abutment surfaces 28 running in a plane inclined to the sleeve axis. One sleeve part 27 'is firmly connected to the anchoring screw 3, while the other sleeve part 27 "is firmly connected to a bolt 29 protruding into the cavity of the fixed sleeve part 27'. The bolt 29 is secured against the bolt head 29 'on the one hand and loaded against a deposition 31 of the bore of the fixed sleeve part 27 supporting spring 30.
The sleeve part 27 ″ firmly connected to the head tool 29 is axially displaceable and rotatable and is pressed by the spring 30 with its inclined surface 28 against the inclined surface 28 of the fixed sleeve part 27 '.
The movable sleeve part 27 carries the connecting bolt 8 with the hook-like locking member 13, 14, 15. The connecting bolt 8 is fixed with its head 9 in a bore widening 32 of the movable sleeve part 27 by an eyebolt 33, from which the connecting bolt 8 protrudes. By rotating the movable sleeve part 27 ″, it is also displaced axially at the same time. This axial displacement pushes the conical part 12 of the bolt 8 between the clamping legs 4 ′ of the hollow clamping rib of the profile rail 2c. The movable sleeve part 27 is in the position shown in FIG the connecting bolt 8 is in the coupled position.
By turning the movable sleeve part 27 ″ in the other direction of rotation, the connecting bolt 8 is withdrawn from its anchoring position.
In order to remove the support plates 15, the connec tion bolts 8 are rotated 90 degrees using a screwdriver, so that the slot 10 of the bolt head 9 assumes the horizontal position. During this rotation, the ends of the clamping legs 4 'come to rest on the conical part 12 of the connecting bolts 8, so that these are pushed forward by the spring force of the clamping legs and the support plate 15 together with the connecting bolts 8 can be removed.
The double profile rail 2d in FIG. 8 has, between the two hollow clamping ribs 4, two legs 2 ″ which form a U-profile with the bar 2 ′. Web attachments 17 of the profile legs 2 ″ that are facing one another delimit two opposite guide channels 18 for receiving a clamping nut 19 As in FIG. 2, this double profile rail 2d is pressed onto the support profile 1 by means of an anchoring screw 3 engaging in the clamping nut 19.
