Darin zeigt:

Fig. 2 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie II-II in Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie III-III in Fig. 1,
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt gemäss Linie V-V in Fig. 4, und
The present invention relates to a device for the production of casting molds according to claim II of the main patent, wherein two model plates covered with models are provided which have guide elements, furthermore a frame with parallel end faces can be placed between the model plates, the clear dimensions of which are dimensioned so that the frame, when it lies between the model plates, comprises the models with the casting system and holds the model plates at a predetermined distance from one another, furthermore the frame has guide surfaces which are opposite surfaces of the guide elements of the model plates, furthermore the frame has openings through which the molding material is inserted the space, which is formed by the frame and the models, can be filled, and is provided in the further means,
to hold the model plates together with the interposed frame and to separate them from each other.
The invention aims to improve the quality of the casting molds and consists in the fact that clamping devices are provided with which the model plates can be clamped with the frame placed between them. This makes it possible to dimension the means for holding together and separating the model plates with the interposed frame only with regard to the separation process. The clamping devices also make it possible to enlarge the shape format.
Furthermore, clamps can be provided in order to hold the frame when separating the model plates with respect to the devices for separating the model plates.
This prevents the frame from tilting in relation to the model plates during the cutting process.
In addition, springs can be provided as guides on the frame, the width of which does not exceed the smallest dimension of the thickness of the interposed frame and is flush with the frame on one side of the guide. This enables z. B. in a carousel arrangement that model facilities that require frames of different thicknesses can be put into operation simultaneously on the same carousel.
Furthermore, the means which place the model plate on the frame or separate it from it can have a stroke limitation on the side on which the frame and guide are flush. This means that the position of the guide on the frame cannot change in the working position when frames of different thicknesses are used at the same time.
In order to shorten the time required to change the model plate and to make it easier, a model plate carrier or a model plate can be arranged pivotably around a bearing.
In the following the invention is explained using exemplary embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It shows:
1 shows a section along line I-I in FIG. 4,
FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1,
3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 1,
4 is a plan view without the parts located above and below the interposable frame,
5 shows a section along line V-V in FIG. 4, and
6 shows a partial section from FIG. 1, on an enlarged scale, sectioned along line VI-VI.
1 to 4 denotes a frame which can be held by the movable guide 2 and by the movable guide 3. The movable guide 2 can be lowered, raised and held against horizontal displacement by a lifting device 4. The movable guide 2 is guided in the guides 5 to prevent rotation and is also held vertically in the lowered position by the stop surfaces 45 and in the raised position by the stop surfaces 46. The movable guide 3 is designed as a lever 47 and can be raised and lowered by cylinder 48 (FIG. 3). The clamping brackets 6 and 7 can be placed against the clamping surfaces 10 and 11 by lifting devices 8 and 9 or can be lifted into position 12 by reversing the lifting devices 8 and 9.
The clamps 6 are held against horizontal rotation by the guides 13 and the clamps 7 by the guides 14 and, in the lifted position 12, are secured against vertical pivoting movement by stop surfaces 49. The guides 13 are attached to a carrier 15 which is supported on a carrier 16 on which the lifting devices 8 are also held and which forms the support structure for a storage container (not shown) for molding material.
Instead of the clamping bracket 6, a clamping frame can also be used that can be lowered or raised from above via the model equipment instead of the clamping bracket 7. The lifting device 4 and the guides 5 are supported on a support 17, which is supported on a support 18 which is fastened to the floor 19, and at the same time carries the lifting devices 9. The guides 14 are attached to the carrier 17 be
The clamping lever 20 is rotatably mounted on the carrier 15 and can be placed against the frame 1 or lifted off with its clamping surface 22 by a cylinder 21. The clamping lever 23 is rotatably mounted on the carrier 24, which is supported on the carrier 18, whereby its clamping surface 25 can be applied to the frame 1 or lifted from it by actuating the cylinder 26.
The lever 27 is rotatably mounted on a guide 28 and can be placed with a cylinder 29, which is held on the carrier 15, with its clamping surface 30 on the frame 1 or lifted from it. The clamping lever 31, which is rotatably mounted on the carrier 32, can be applied with its clamping surface 34 to the frame 1 or lifted off it by a cylinder 33 which is supported on the carrier 32.
A model plate 40, which can accommodate model plate inserts, can be moved against the frame 1 by means of a device 41 and can be placed against it, or can be separated therefrom by the device 41. By limiting the stroke of the device 41, the position 42 of the model plate 40 on the side of the frame 1 flush with the spring 67 is determined perpendicular to the model plane. The positions of the model plates 40 and 50 are spatially determined by the position of the axes 43, 65 and the guides 44, 64.
The device 41 can be used both as a cylinder with piston and piston rod or z. B. be designed as a motor-driven threaded spindle, wherein the motor can be controlled in a known manner in precisely provided end positions. The spring 67 of the frame 1 is expediently dimensioned so that it does not exceed the smallest dimension of the thickness of the frame 1 and is flush with the frame 1 on one side.
The model plate 50 can be moved against the frame 1 by a device 51 and can be placed against it or can be separated from it. The device 51 is fastened on a part 52 which can be pivoted about a bearing 53.
The pivotable part 52 can be clamped in a known manner with a clamping device 54 in the working position on the part 55 by actuating the handle 56. The eyes 57 of the bearings 53 are designed as part of the part 55. The working position 58 of the model plate 50 can be pivoted in the direction of arrow 59 after actuation of the clamping device 54 into the model plate changing position 60 and back. In the clamped position (working position) the pivotable part 52 is supported on the surface 66 of the part 55.
The embodiments of the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 operate as follows: The empty frame 1 is held in the position according to FIG. 4 in the guides 2 and 3 (see FIGS. 1 to 3 and 6). By reversing the device 41, the model plate 40 is brought into position 42 according to FIG. 2, which is determined by a stroke limitation of the device 41, and the model plate 50 is brought into contact with the frame 1 by reversing the device 51. The force that the device 41 can apply in the direction of movement should be selected to be greater than the force that the device 51 is able to exert. Furthermore, the movement of the model plate 40 is to be controlled so that it has at least reached the position 42 when the model plate 50 comes to rest on the frame 1.
The model plate 40 and 50 with their model plate inserts and the intermediate frame 1 now form the mold cavity 61 into which the granular mass can be poured.
By actuating the lifting devices 8 and 9, the clamping brackets 6 and 7 are now brought into the position 12 according to FIG. 2 and their clamping surfaces are thus placed against the clamping surfaces 10 and 11 of the model plates 40 and 50. During this process, it is important that the lifting devices 8 and 9 are connected to a common pressure medium, preferably compressed air, in such a way that a simultaneous and uniform increase in pressure of the pressure medium is only possible after all clamping surfaces of the clamping brackets 6 and 7 have been applied. Furthermore, it is necessary that the clamps 6 are pivotably mounted about a pin 62 and the clamps 7 are pivotably mounted about a pin 63 so that they can adapt to the associated clamping surfaces 10 and 11 in terms of their position.
This ensures that from the beginning until the clamping has taken place, neither a force resulting from the clamping nor a resulting torque is exerted on the model plates 40 and 50. After the mold cavity 61 has been filled with granular mass, the clamping brackets 6 and 7 are pulled back into position 12. In the position 12, the pivotability of the clamping bracket 6 is canceled by stop surfaces 49 of the guide 13 and the pivotability of the clamping bracket 7 by stop surfaces 49 of the guide 14.
After the granular mass is filled and hardened in the mold cavity 61, the clamping levers 20, 23, 27 and 31 with their clamping surfaces 22, 25, 30 and 34 are brought into contact with the frame 1 by actuating the cylinders 21, 26, 29 and 33 so that the frame 1 held. By means of appropriate control processes, the device 41 separates the model plate 40 and the device 51 separates the model plate 50 with the associated model plate inserts from the frame 1, in which the hardened form remains. Since the clamping levers 20, 23, 27 and 31 hold the frame 1 in place, a tilt-free separation process between the shape remaining in the frame 1 and the model plate inserts located in the model plates 40 and 50 is guaranteed.
The following operations of pulling out the frame 1, ejecting the mold located therein and returning the empty frame 1 to the position shown in FIG. 4 have already been described in the main patent.
The part 55 visible in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5 is supported on the floor 19 in a manner not shown. This embodiment is used when working with only one model device. If several model devices are used at the same time, it is advisable to arrange them according to FIG. 5 of the main patent. The number of model devices to be used results on the one hand from the time it takes to pull out the frame 1; ejecting the finished mold, returning the empty frame 1 to the position according to FIG. 1 and filling the mold cavity 61 is required, on the other hand from the time required for the hardening of the granular mass in the mold cavity 61.
If the full capacity is not required for production reasons, the number of model devices used at the same time can be selected correspondingly smaller.
Despite the fact that the carousel arrangement proves to be the most expedient solution when several model devices are used simultaneously, other transport options for the model devices can also be used.
Used with multiple model facilities, i. H. several pairs of model plates, each with a frame, it is necessary to lower the movable guide 2 by actuating the lifting device 4 and to raise the movable guide 3 by actuating the cylinder 48 simultaneously with the retraction of the clamping brackets 6 and 7 into position 12. After the clamping brackets 6 and 7 have been lifted off and the guides 2 and 3 withdrawn from the frame 1, the model devices, each consisting of a model plate 40, a frame 1 and one of the model plates 50, are moved to an operation site. Here, the plate 40, the frame 1 and the plate 50 are held together by the devices 41 and 51.
After the model devices have reached the next position, the guide 2 is raised by actuating the lifting device 4 and the guide 3 is lowered by actuating the cylinder 48. While the operations described are carried out in the surgical site for ejecting the finished mold and filling the mold cavity 61 with granular mass, the other model devices remain in the position held together by devices 41 and 51 for the purpose of hardening the granular mass.
The embodiments according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 to 6 can be operated both manually and in a centrally controlled manner.
If several model devices are used at the same time, the frame 1 with the finished shape can be held in place when the model plates are separated from the frame 1 by holding the clamping levers 20, 23, 27, 31 and also the part holding the devices 41 and 51 stationary will. As a variant, however, it is also possible to support the clamping levers 20, 23, 27 and 31 directly on the supports of the devices 41 and 51. The latter embodiment has the disadvantage that each model setup requires a complete set of clamping brackets.
The embodiment according to the invention according to FIGS.
1 to 6 has the advantage that when several model devices are used at the same time, apart from the filling and mold removal position, the model devices are accessible from all sides and are subject to practically no restrictions with regard to the shape format size.
