Abstract

A snow plough has two blades (1, 2) joined at a common edge by a hinge (3) designed to prevent entry of snow at the common edge and supported at the rear by a pair of arms (4, 5) by means of intermediate bolted on members (8). Between the main carrier frame (6) at the rear, and to which the hinge (3) is attached, and the arms (4, 5) are pistons by means of which the blades can be angled. Various angular positions of the blades are shown.
