The present invention relates to a form of form for the production of a polygonal concrete pipe with a lying outer formwork and a core. It also relates to the use of the formwork form for the production of monolithic, polygonal concrete pipes.
The majority of the known concrete pipes are mostly produced in relatively short pieces, with standing formwork being used primarily, i. H. the pipes produced in formwork forms with a vertically directed axis.
As soon as one wants to produce longer pipes in this way, manifold problems arise, e.g. B. with regard to the even distribution of the concrete or its components in the formwork and with regard to the expulsion of air from the formwork. With pipes. which have a round cross-section can be worked up to a certain tube length using the centrifugal method. The pipe shape axis is directed horizontally. However, this method is not suitable for pipes with a polygonal cross-section, which should also have a polygonal cross-section on the inside, because due to the centrifugal technique on the inside of the pipe only curved, i.e. H. cylindrical surfaces are available.
For polygonal concrete pipes, either the above-mentioned technology has been used for the production of short pipe sections with vertical pipe formwork, or longer pipes are produced in horizontal formwork in two stages. In the two-stage production of polygonal pipes in horizontal formwork forms, two production methods are known, namely: a) In the first production method, a U-profile, open at the bottom, is initially produced in a horizontal formwork form.
The web of the U-profile at the top of this first stage is the later channel bottom. After this U-profile has solidified sufficiently, it is removed from the formwork, the U-profile opening is turned upwards and provided with a cover. The tube obtained in this way also has all the known disadvantages of its non-monolithic structure.
b) The inconvenience of reversing the manufacturing method just mentioned is to be avoided according to a second method by first manufacturing a U-profile that is open at the top. After sufficient solidification, the mold core is removed from above. Then you cover the lying U-profile with an asbestos cement plate remaining in the pipe and pour concrete over it. Such pipes cannot be made really tight on either side. The asbestos cement lid also increases the heterogeneous structure. The pipe is at least no better than one obtained after the first variant.
The inventor's task was to create a relatively long, e.g. B. about 20 m measuring monolithic, polygonal concrete pipe.
To solve this problem, a form of form of the type mentioned has been developed, which is characterized according to the invention that the outer formwork is formed by a trough open at the top and at both ends and two front formworks each detachably arranged at one end of the trough, and that the from the Trough longitudinally removable rigid core is supported by the two front formwork.
The inventive use of the formwork form for the production of monolithic, polygonal concrete pipes is characterized in that concrete is poured into the formwork form around the core and compacted, and that after sufficient solidification of the concrete, the core is removed longitudinally from the pipe before the end formwork is removed .
Because the core is supported by the two face formwork, the previously practiced support of the core along its length is unnecessary, so that concrete can be poured above, to the side and below the core in one go and a monolithic concrete pipe can be created . In this way it is possible for the first time to produce monolithic, polygonal concrete pipes of relatively great length (e.g. in the order of 15 to 20 m and more). It is possible to design the later channel bottom in the form of the shuttering on top or on the side, where the best sealing results can be obtained.
Preferably, and this is usually required in the invention, the core is formed from several self-supporting parts, each extending along its length, adjustable in the transverse direction and lockable in mutually expanded working position, so that it is reduced in cross-section after the concrete has solidified (moved together) and can be easily removed from the pipe lengthways. The guidance, locking and anti-movement of the core parts on one another is preferably only provided on the front side. The two core ends should preferably reach through the ring-like face formwork, so that the end faces of the core are easily accessible and the face formwork can serve as a stop when the core is expanded.
This penetration of the core through the front formwork also has the advantage that the core can easily be removed from the pipe lengthways, while the front formwork is still arranged at the ends of the U-shaped trough, so that a protection of the mostly profiled end faces of the Pipe ends results.
The core parts are preferably connected to one another by parallel guides. Usually you get by with two core parts. Neither of the two core parts should have outer surfaces. which run parallel or undercut to its leadership on the other core part. This also applies mutatis mutandis to cores that are more than two-part. This measure aims. that when the core moves together from its expanded working position, there is no friction between the formwork and the inner wall of the pipe.
The front formwork, which is preferably ring-like in said manner, can preferably serve as an abutment for tie rods, for. B. wear such abutments.
Another advantage of the invention is that the reinforcement of a pipe can be prefabricated as a cage and can be introduced into the formwork in a prefabricated manner. The tension rods can be led out through the face formwork, tensioned and supported on the face formwork. The cage can be self-supporting to a certain extent, e.g. B. suspended from the tie rods, or at a few points, e.g. B. be formed on the core supported. Reinforcement that is self-contained in this way has not previously been achievable.
The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawing, for example. It shows in a schematic representation:
1 shows a perspective representation of the broken outer formwork of a formwork form with parts drawn apart from one another and some reinforcing rods,
FIG. 2 shows a broken perspective view of the core belonging to the outer formwork of FIG. 1,
3 shows a fragment, partially cut lengthways, in a side view of a formwork form with the parts shown in FIGS. 1 and 2,
4 shows an end view, enlarged compared to FIGS. 1 to 3, of the core according to FIG. 2 with a dash-dotted modification,
FIG. 5 shows a guiding and locking element, enlarged compared to FIG. 4, of the end face of the core, and FIG
FIG. 6 shows a cross section without reinforcement, approximately on the scale of FIG. 4, through a concrete pipe with a variant projected over it.
The outer formwork shown in Fig. 1 has a U-shaped trough 1, the (unspecified) side walls can be designed to be pivotable relative to the floor. The trough 1 usually consists of a steel structure which, for. B. by hydraulic vibrators (not shown) for compacting the concrete is movable.
If desired, it can be heatable and / or coolable.
Furthermore, the two ring-like front formworks 2 are part of the outer formwork. The reinforcing bars 3 indicated by thin lines are passed through holes in the front formwork 2 and can be supported on them after tension. In use, the front formworks 2 sit at the two ends of the trough 1. They close it at its all around the core 4 shown in FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. The front formwork 2 carry the core 4.
The core 4 consists of the two halves 40 and 41, which are guided and held against one another by parallel guides 43 and can be displaced along these guides against one another by pneumatic or hydraulic elements 42 (cf. in particular FIG. 4). In the expanded position shown in all figures, the two halves 40, 41 of the core 4, for. B. be locked together in that (see. Fig. 5) through corresponding openings of the parts 43 ', 43 "of the guides 43 a conical bolt 5 is passed, which mutually centers the parts 43', 43". The bolt 5 can be secured by a wedge 6. After the molding process has been completed, the wedge 6 and bolt 5 can be removed and the core can be moved together by the pneumatic or hydraulic system 42, with its halves 40 and 41 approaching one another.
As can be seen in Fig. 4, the ends of the joint 44 between the halves 40 and 41 of the core 4 z. B. be sealed by means of expandable sealing tubes 45 by means of pressure medium. However, other sealing methods are also possible.
In Fig. 4, dash-dotted lines can be seen an attachment 40 ', which can optionally be placed on the core and which can be covered by concreting the top of the channel element accordingly. The outer formwork only needs to be changed with regard to the front formwork. So you can produce two channel cross-sections by simple measures in the same trough using the core 4 only supplemented by the attachment 40 '. This is particularly clearly visible in FIG. 6, where the cross section corresponding to the core 4 without attachment 40 'is obliquely and the cross section corresponding to the core 4 plus attachment 40' is hatched horizontally and parallel. Other variants are similarly achievable.
In Fig. 4, extensions of the guides 43 and the hydraulic system 42 are also shown, and a line a perpendicular to these extensions is indicated. The line a is intersected by the extension b of one side of the attachment 40 'at an angle a which is greater than 90 ", which means that this side is not parallel or undercut to the guides 43. The remaining core sides If a were less than 90, the core 4 would have to consist of additional parts, so that when the core is moved together, there is no friction between the core and the concrete pipe.
Such formwork forms and concrete pipes are preferably 8 to 12 m long. With increasing length, the requirements naturally also increase in mechanical terms.
