Schutzhüllen sind in sehr grosser Zahl bekannt. Sie dienen einerseits dem Schutz und der Aufbewahrung eines Inhaltes sowie der Verwendung der Aussenseite der Schutzhülle für das Anbringen von Aufdrucken, beispielsweise Hinweisen aller Art.
Zur Absatzförderung werden auf die Schutzhülle Gutschein-Marken, beispielsweise mit einem perforierten Kleberand, befestigt, die vom Käufer der Ware gesammelt werden sollen. Nachteilig ist, dass die so befestigte Gutschein-Marke beim Transport abgerissen oder beschädigt werden kann, da sie selbst nicht auf der Schutzhülle haftet.
Aus diesem Grunde ist man auch dazu übergegangen, in die Schutzhülle selbst durch Perforationen getrennte Gutschein-Marken anzubringen, die zum Sammeln aus der Verpackungshülle herausgerissen werden müssen. Abgesehen davon, dass bei nicht exakter Ausführung der Perforation die Gutschein-Marke zerreissen kann oder beschädigt wird, wird durch dieses System auch die Verpackungshülle selbst mit einer öffnung versehen, die gegebenenfalls den Schutz des Inhaltes nicht mehr gewährleistet. Auch dann, wenn die Perforation an einer Stelle angebracht ist, wo der Schutz des Inhaltes nicht beeinträchtigt wird, so stellt doch die fehlende Partie eine Schwächung der Verpackung dar.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Schutzhülle zu schaffen, bei welcher speziell bezeichnete Partien der Schutzhülle so von der übrigen Hülle getrennt werden können, dass die Schutzhülle selbst dadurch nicht in ihrer Funktion beeinträchtigt wird.
Dies wird gemäss der Erfindung durch eine Schutzhülle erreicht, die durch ein Element gebildet ist, das aus einer unteren Papierfolie und einer darauf geklebten oberen Papierfolie besteht, und dass die obere Folie eine vom übrigen Teil der oberen Folie getrennte Folienpartie aufweist, wobei die getrennte Partie nur mit einer solchen Klebfestigkeit auf der unteren Folie haftet, dass sie ohne Beschädigung von der unteren Folie ablösbar ist.
Dadurch erreicht man, dass die getrennte Folienpartie für weitere Einsatzmöglichkeiten, beispielsweise für die Werbung, verwendet werden kann.
Nach einer besonderen erfindungsgemässen Verwendung wird die Schutzhülle zur Herstellung eines Zündholzbriefchens verwendet.
Zweckmässig kann die getrennte Folienpartie so ausgebildet werden, dass sie manuell von der unteren Folie lösbar ist. Die Folie kann hierbei mit einem beliebigen Aufdruck versehen werden, und kann zudem mit der Rückseite an beliebigen Stellen aufklebbar sein.
Die Erfindung ist in der beiliegenden Zeichnung anhand des Beispieles eines Zündholzbriefchens dargestellt und nachfolgend beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach der Linie III-III in Fig. 2.
In Fig. I und 2 ist ein Zündholzbriefchen dargestellt, dessen Streichhölzer 2 durch eine Schutzhülle 1 umgeben sind.
Die Streichhölzer 2 sind von der Schutzhülle 1 so umgeben, dass nur seitlich je eine kleine Öffnung besteht.
Die Schutzhülle 1 besteht aus einem Rücken 3, einer Stirnseite 4 und einem Deckel 5, der bei Nichtgebrauch in ein freies Ende 6 der Schutzhülle 1 gesteckt wird. Das freie Ende 6 trägt eine Reibfläche 7 zum Anzünden der Streichhölzer 2. Die Schutzhülle 1 und die Streichhölzer 2 sind mittels einer Klammer 8 zusammengeheftet.
Auf dem Rücken 3 ist eine ovale Partie 9 vorgesehen, deren genaue Ausbildung anhand von Fig. 3 erläutert wird.
Wesentlich ist, dass die Schutzhülle 1 aus zwei Papierfolien mit einer unteren Folie 10 und mit einer oberen Folie 11 besteht. Die Partie 9, die in beliebiger Weise bedruckt sein kann, ist ein Teil der oberen Folie 11, die jedoch durch eine Trennoperation durch eine Fuge 12 vollständig von der oberen Folie 11 getrennt ist. Die untere Folie 10 und die obere Folie 11 sowie die getrennte Folienpartie 9 sind gegeneinandergelegt und sind an der Kontaktfläche 13 in geeigneter Weise, beispielsweise durch einen Klebstoff, zusammenge- klebt.
Die getrennte Folienpartie 9 weist nur eine so grosse Haftfestigkeit auf der unteren Folie 10 auf, dass es möglich ist, dieselbe, beispielsweise durch Abbiegen, von der unteren Folie 10 zu lösen. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, wird dadurch der Zusammenhang der Schutzhülle 1 in keiner Weise gestört, insbesondere dann, wenn die obere Folie 11 mit der getrennten Folienpartie 9 verhältnismässig dünn ausgeführt werden. Die entfernte Folienpartie 9 beeinträchtigt in keiner Weise die Schutzwirkung der Schutzhülle 1.
Die getrennte Folienpartie 9 kann eine beliebige Form und eine unterschiedliche Bedruckung aufweisen als die restliche obere Papierfolie 11.
Die getrennte Folienpartie 9 kann auf ihrer Rückseite so behandelt werden, dass sie an einer beliebigen Stelle wieder festgeklebt werden kann.
Wesentlich ist, dass die getrennte Folienpartie 9 vollständig an der Stelle 12 von der oberen Papierfolie 11 getrennt ist, so dass ein Zerreissen der Folienpartie 9 nicht eintreten kann. Ein solcher Schnitt kann zweckmässig durch eine Stanzoperation erreicht werden, welche eine sehr genaue Einstellung des Messers ermöglicht, so dass mit Sicherheit die untere Papierfolie 10 nicht wesentlich angeschnitten wird. Die Haftung der gegeneinandergelegten beiden Folien 10, 11 kann in beliebiger Weise beeinflusst werden, so dass ein gutes Haften der Folienpartie 9 vor dem Ablösen erreicht wird und trotzdem ein leichtes Ablösen möglich ist.
Die Anwendung der getrennten Folienpartie 9 ist keineswegs auf Zündholzbriefchen beschränkt. Es können beliebige Schutzhüllen auf diese Weise ausgebildet werden, beispielsweise Waschpulververpaclcungen oder Verpackungen von Schokolade. Unter Schutzhüllen sind Abdeckungen jeglicher Art zu verstehen, die einen getrennten Folienteil 9 aufweisen können.
PATENTANSPRUCH 1
Schutzhülle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie durch ein Elementgebildet ist, das aus einer unteren Papierfolie (10) und einer darauf geklebten oberen Papierfolie (11) besteht, und dass die obere Folie (11) eine vom übrigen Teil der oberen Folie getrennte Folienpartie (9) aufweist, wobei die getrennte Partie (9) nur mit einer solchen Klebfestigkeit auf der unteren Folie (10), haftet, dass sie ohne Beschädigung von der unteren Folie (10) ablösbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Hülle nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die getrennte Folienpartie (9) manuell von der unteren Folie (10) lösbar ist.

Protective covers are known in very large numbers. They serve, on the one hand, to protect and store the contents and to use the outside of the protective cover for attaching imprints, such as notices of all kinds.
To promote sales, voucher tokens are attached to the protective cover, for example with a perforated adhesive edge, which are to be collected by the buyer of the goods. The disadvantage is that the voucher stamp attached in this way can be torn off or damaged during transport, since it does not itself adhere to the protective cover.
For this reason there has also been a move to attach voucher tokens that are separated by perforations in the protective cover itself and that have to be torn out of the packaging cover for collection. Apart from the fact that the voucher label can be torn or damaged if the perforation is not executed exactly, this system also provides the packaging sleeve itself with an opening which, if necessary, no longer guarantees the protection of the contents. Even if the perforation is made at a point where the protection of the contents is not impaired, the missing part represents a weakening of the packaging.
The object of the present invention is to create a protective cover in which specially designated parts of the protective cover can be separated from the rest of the cover in such a way that the function of the protective cover itself is not impaired.
This is achieved according to the invention by a protective cover which is formed by an element which consists of a lower paper film and an upper paper film glued to it, and that the upper film has a film section separated from the remaining part of the upper film, the separate section only adheres to the lower film with such an adhesive strength that it can be removed from the lower film without damage.
This means that the separate film section can be used for other possible uses, for example for advertising.
According to a particular use according to the invention, the protective cover is used to produce a match book.
The separated film section can expediently be designed in such a way that it can be manually detached from the lower film. The film can be provided with any print, and the back can also be stuck on at any point.
The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing using the example of a match book and is described below. It shows:

In FIGS. I and 2 a match book is shown, the matches 2 of which are surrounded by a protective cover 1.
The matches 2 are surrounded by the protective cover 1 in such a way that there is only a small opening on each side.
The protective cover 1 consists of a back 3, a front side 4 and a cover 5, which is inserted into a free end 6 of the protective cover 1 when not in use. The free end 6 carries a friction surface 7 for lighting the matches 2. The protective cover 1 and the matches 2 are fastened together by means of a clamp 8.
An oval section 9 is provided on the back 3, the precise design of which is explained with reference to FIG.
It is essential that the protective cover 1 consists of two paper foils with a lower foil 10 and an upper foil 11. The part 9, which can be printed in any way, is a part of the upper film 11, which, however, is completely separated from the upper film 11 by a separating operation through a joint 12. The lower film 10 and the upper film 11 as well as the separate film section 9 are placed against one another and are glued together on the contact surface 13 in a suitable manner, for example by means of an adhesive.
The separated film section 9 only has such a high adhesive strength on the lower film 10 that it is possible to detach it from the lower film 10, for example by bending it. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the connection of the protective cover 1 is not disturbed in any way, particularly when the upper film 11 with the separate film section 9 is made relatively thin. The removed film section 9 in no way affects the protective effect of the protective cover 1.
The separate film section 9 can have any shape and different printing than the rest of the upper paper film 11.
The separated film section 9 can be treated on its rear side in such a way that it can be stuck on again at any point.
It is essential that the separated film section 9 is completely separated from the upper paper film 11 at the point 12, so that the film section 9 cannot tear. Such a cut can expediently be achieved by a punching operation, which enables a very precise setting of the knife, so that the lower paper film 10 is certainly not cut significantly. The adhesion of the two foils 10, 11 placed against one another can be influenced in any way, so that good adhesion of the foil section 9 is achieved before detachment and easy detachment is nevertheless possible.
The use of the separate film section 9 is by no means restricted to match booklets. Any protective sheaths can be formed in this way, for example washing powder packages or chocolate packages. Protective covers are to be understood as meaning covers of any kind that can have a separate film part 9.
PATENT CLAIM 1
Protective cover, characterized in that it is formed by an element consisting of a lower paper film (10) and an upper paper film (11) glued to it, and that the upper film (11) is a film section (9 ), the separate part (9) adhering to the lower film (10) only with such an adhesive strength that it can be detached from the lower film (10) without damage.
