Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungshülle, insbesondere für Kastanienpüree, zum verschlossenen Aufbewahren des Füllgutes. sowie eine Verwendung der Verpackungshülle beim Zubereiten von Vermicelles-Portionen.
Das im Lebensmittelhandel erhältliche Kastanienpüree gelangt bis jetzt vorzugsweise in Blockform gepresst und dann in Aluminiumfolie verpackt zum Verkauf. Zur Herstellung von Vermicelles-Portionen, insbesondere im Gastgewerbe, bedient man sich einer Vermicelles-Presse, in deren Metallzylinder das der oder den Verpackungen entnommene Kastanienpüree meist von Hand eingefüllt und alsdann mittels eines Kolbens mit mechanisch verschiebbarer Kolbenstange nach Bedarf durch einen Löcherboden des Zylinders ausgestossen wird.
Falls die Zylinderfüllung innert einiger Stunden oder gleichentags nicht vollständig verbraucllt wird. sollte der verbleibende Rest aus dem Metallzylinder entfernt. wieder einigermassen luftabgeschlossen verpackt und kühl aufbewahrt werden. Bei solchen Handhabungen ist das Piiree in hohem Mass dem Zutritt von schädiiclieii Keinen und Verunreinigungen ausgesetzt.
Diesen Unzulänglichkeiten sucht die vorliegende Ertindung zu begegnen. Die erfindungsgemässe Verpackungshülle weist ein Zylinderrohr zur A ufnahme des Füllgutes. einen darin abdichtenden. gegen das Füllgut verschiebbaren Kolben als Verschluss auf der einen Rohrstirnseite und einen mit Perforationslöchern versehenen Boden auf der anderen Kohrstirn- seite auf, der durch einen aufsetzbaren Deckel abschliessbar ist.
Gemäss der Erfindung eignet sich diese Verpackungshülle nicht nur zum verschlossenen Aufbewahren von Kastanienpüree, sondern auch zur Verwendung beim Zubereiten von Vermicelles-Portionen dadurch, dass von der Kastanienpüree enthaltenden Verpackungshülle der Deckel entfernt und vom Füllgut die gewünschte Menge durch den perforierten Boden ausgestossen wird, indem der Kolben gegen das Füllgut verschoben wird. Verbleibt in der Verpackungshülle eine vorläufig nicht mehr benötigte Füllgutmenge, so wird der Deckel wieder auf dem Boden aufgesetzt und es kann dieser Füllgutrest somit ohne Berührung mit der Hand wieder dicht verpackt ohne weiteres, z.B. im Kühlschrank, aufbewahrt werden.
Die Erfindung ist anschliessend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Verpackungshülle im Längsschnitt und
Fig. 2 deren Verwendung in einer Vermicelles-Presse.
Die veranschaulichte Verpackungshülle, insbesondere für Kastanienpüree, weist ein Zylinderrohr 1 zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes, einen darin abdichtenden, gegen das Füllgut verschiebbaren Kolben 2 als Verschluss auf der einen Stirnseite des Rohres 1 und einen mit Perforationslöchern 3 versehenen Zylinderboden 4 auf der anderen Rohrstirnseiteauf. Ein wegnehmbarer Stülpdeckel 6 schliesst das Zylinderrohr 1 auf dieser Stirnseite dicht ab. Das Rohr ist zweckmässig so dimensioniert, dass es bei vollständiger Füllung zwischen Boden und Kolben eine handelsübliche Füllgutmenge enthält, wobei z.B.
für Klein- urtd für Grossverbraucherje eine geeignete Grösse vorgesehen werden kann. Vorzugsweise besteht von den Bestandteilen 1, 2, 4 und 6 wenigstens das Rohr 1 aus transparentem oder milchig durchscheinendem Kunststoff.
Für die Zubereitung von Vermicelles-Portionen kann die beschriebene Verpackungshülle direkt verwendet werden, indem deren Deckel 6 entfernt und der Kolben 2 bei Kleinpackungen von Hand, z.B. mittels eines Lineals oder Kellen- stiels, oder bei Packungen für Grossverbraucher mittels einer gebräuchlichen Vermicelles-Presse, gegen das Füllgut verscho ben wird, um eine gewünschte Füllgutmenge des Kastanienpürees durch den perforierten Boden hindurch in Form von Vermicelles auszustossen.
Bei der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Vermicelles-Presse ist an einem Ständer 10 ein Metallzylinder 11 vertikal angeordnet, in dem die beschriebene Verpackungshülle nach Wegnahme des Dek- kels 6 eingeschoben und mit dein Zylinderboden 4 auf dem nach innen vorstehenden Randflansch 9 des Zylinders 11 abgestützt werden kann. Der am unteren Ende einer Zahnstange 12 angebrachte Kolben 13 lässt sich auf den Kolben 2 der Verpackungshülle absetzen und kann mittels eines am Ständer 10 angelenkten Handhebels 14 über ein Zahnrad 15 und die mit diesem kämmende Zahnstange 12 in das Zylinderrohr 1 hinein bewegt werden, um den Kolben 2 und das Füllgut nach unten zu verdrängen.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Verpackungshülle, insbesondere für Kastanienpüree, zum verschlossenen Aufbewahren des Füllgutes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Zylinderrohr (1) zur Aufnahme des Füllgutes, einen darin abdichtenden, gegen das Füllgut verschiebbaren Kolben (2) als Verschluss auf der einen Rohrstirnseite und einen mit Perforationslöchern (3) versehenen Boden (4) auf der anderen Rohrstirnseite aufweist, der durch einen aufsetzbaren Deckel (6) abschliessbar ist.
II. Verwendung der Verpackungshülle nach Patentanspruch I beim Zubereiten von Vermicelles-Portionen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Kastanienpüree enthaltenden Verpackungshülle der Deckel entfernt und vom Füllgut die gewünschte Menge durch den perforierten Boden ausgestossen wird, indem der Kolben gegen das Füllgut verschoben wird.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Verpackungshülle nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens das Zylinderrohr (1) mit seinem Boden (4) aus Kunststoff besteht.
2. Verpackungshülle nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zylinderrohr (1) transparent oder milchig durchscheinend ist.
3. Verwendung nach Patentanspruch II, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungshülle ohne Deckel in den Ausstosszylinder einer Vermicelles-Presse eingesetzt und der Kolben mittels deren Schubstange gegen das Füllgut verschoben wird.

The illustrated packaging sleeve, in particular for chestnut puree, has a cylinder tube 1 for receiving the filling material, a piston 2 sealing in it and sliding against the filling material as a closure on one end of the tube 1 and a cylinder base 4 provided with perforation holes 3 on the other end of the tube. A removable cover 6 closes the cylinder tube 1 tightly on this end face. The tube is expediently dimensioned in such a way that when it is completely filled it contains a commercially available amount of product between the base and the piston, e.g.
a suitable size can be provided for small and large consumers. Preferably, of the components 1, 2, 4 and 6, at least the tube 1 consists of transparent or milky translucent plastic.
For the preparation of vermicelles portions, the packaging casing described can be used directly by removing its cover 6 and, in the case of small packs, the piston 2 by hand, e.g. by means of a ruler or trowel handle, or in the case of packs for bulk consumers by means of a conventional vermicelles press, against the contents in order to expel a desired amount of the chestnut puree through the perforated base in the form of vermicelles.
