Description

       

  
 



   Die Erfindung   betrifft    eine Niederhaltevorrichtung für eine zu perfonerende Folienbahn oder eine zu perforierende und zu   ver-    schliessende Schlauchbahn.



   Es ist bekannt aus einem Kunststoff bestehende Kehrichtsäcke   derart    herzustellen. dass eine Schlauchbahn mit querliegenden Schweissnähten und   benachbarten    Perforationslinien versehen   wird.      wodurch    die so gebildeten Schlauchbahnabschnitte entlang der Querperforationslinien abgerissen werden und Säcke bilden.



   Solche mit querliegenden   Schweissnähten    und Querperforationslinien versehene Schlauchbahnen werden zu Rollen   gewik-    kelt. die dann in den Verkauf gelangen. Vorher werden solche Schlauchbahnen oft auch noch bedruckt. Es wird dann meistens   so orgegangen. dass eine Schlauchbahn zuerst bedruckt wird.   



  dann   gescheisst    und   perforiert      wird    und von hier aus zu einer Wickelmaschine zum Herstellen der Rollen läuft.



   Da das Herstellen der Rollen ohne innenliegenden Verstei   fungskern    erfolgt. muss die Rolle entsprechend straff gewickelt werden. damit sie   verhältnismässig    stabil   wird.    Aus diesem Grund   R Ird    von der Wickelmaschine her ein   nennenswerter    Zug auf die   aufzu#vickelnde    Schlauchbahn ausgeübt. Hierdurch steht also die in die Wickelmaschine einlaufende Schlauchbahn ständig unter Spannung. Dies ist für die der Wickelmaschine vorgeschaltete Einrichtung zum   Schweissen    und Perforieren der Schlauchbahn ein Problem.

  Beim Herstellen der querliegenden   Schweissnaht    sollte möglichst kein Zug an der   Sch".eissstelle      wirken.    da sich ja das Kunststoffmaterial im Schmelzbereich befindet und zerstört werden könnte. Auch beim   Perforieren    sollte möglichst kein starker Zug an der Schlauchbahn angreifen. da hierdurch auch ein leichtes Einreissen entlang der Querperforationslinie auftreten kann.



   Zusammengefasst   helsst    das also. dass die noch   warme      Scheissnaht    nicht auseinandergezogen   werden    darf. und dass beim Herstellen der Querperforation kein zu starker Zug an dieser Stelle wirksam sein soll. höchstens ein solch geringer Zug. dass sich die Schlauchbahn   während    der Perforation Im straffen Zustand befindet.



   Es soll eine   Niederhaltevornchtung    geschaffen   werden.    mit der   die vorert#ähnten    Erfordernisse erreicht   werden    können.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Niederhaltevorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen Niederhaltebalken. der über zumindest einen federnden Arm an einem länglichen. heb- und senkbaren Träger befestigt ist. wobei der Arm zur Bewegungsebene des Trägers so geneigt liegt. dass der quer zum Träger versetzt liegende Niederhaltebalken gegen die Kraft des federnden Armes in eine andere Lage quer zum Träger   versetzbar    ist.



   Wird der Niederhaltebalken mit genügend grosser Kraft gegen eine Folienbahn oder Schlauchbahn gedrückt.   wobei    sich die Bahn natürlich auf einer Unterlage befinden muss. so kommt die    Se,    Andrücken des Balkens einem Festhalten der Bahn gleich. Da nun aber die Bahn nicht nur festgehalten   werden    soll sondern doch   gestrafft    gehalten   werden    soll. ist der Niederhaltebalken so nachgiebig angeordnet. dass die Bahn   gestnifft    gehalten   wird.   



  aber doch nur im   gewünschten    Mass und auf jeden Fall mit einer wesentlich geringeren Spannung in der Bahn als es durch den   abzug    der Wickelmaschine eintreten   würde.   



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des   Erfindungs-    gegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1. eine schaubildliche Darstellung der   Niederhaltevorrich-       tung.    eines Perforiermessers und eines   Schweissstempel#.      nobel    diese   Bautelle ausier    Funktion sind. und
Fig.   2.    die Bauteile nach Fig. 1 in Funktion.



   Die   Niederhaltevorrichtung    hat einen Niederhaltebalken 1.



   federnde Arme   2    und einen länglichen. heb- und senkbaren Trä ger   3.    Die Arme 2 sind mit   vertikalen    Längsschlitzen 4 versehen.



   so dass der Balken 1 in der Höhe bezüglich seines Trägers 3   ver-    stellbar ist. Der   vom    Träger 3 abragende Teil 5 Jedes Armes   2    liegt zur Bewegungsebene des Trägers 3. also zur Vertikalen geneigt. und   zwar    von oben nach unten aussen. Der Niederhaltebalken kann aus einem in sich nachgiebigen Material   wie    z.B.



  Gummi bestehen.



   Der Träger 3 trägt neben den Armen 2 auch noch ein Perforiermesser 6. Bei der Abwärtsbewegung des Trägers 3 dringt das Perforiermesser 6 in eine Quernut ? eines Auflagetisches 8 ein.



  Cber den Auflagetisch läuft eine zu behandelnde Folien- oder Schlauchbahn 9 in Richtung des Pfeiles 10. Vor dem Perforiermesser 6 liegt ein   Schweissstempel    11 mit einem Gegenstück 12.



  Der Schweissstempel 11 ist ebenfalls heb- und senkbar und dient zur Herstellung einer querliegenden   Schxveissnaht    bei einer aus einem Kunststoff bestehenden Schlauchbahn 9.



     Mit    der dargestellten Einrichtung wird also die Bahn 9 mit querliegenden   Schweissnähten    und mit   Querperforntionslinien    versehen. Beim Beispiel   werden    der Träger 3 und der   Schweiss-    stempel 11 gleichzeitig nach unten und dann   wieder    nach oben be   liegt.    Das   Schweissen    und   Perlbrieren    erfolgt also gleichzeitig.



  Die Bahn 9 läuft mit ihrem Ende   13    zur eingangs   ertvähnten      NVik-    kelmaschine. und von dieser Seite her erfolgt ein   verhältnismässig    grosser Zug auf die Bahn 9. Soll nun eine Schweissnaht und eine   Querperforationslinie    im Schlauch 9 hergestellt   werden.    so   bex-e-    gen sich der Träger 3 für das Perforiermesser 6 und die Arme 2 sowie der   Schweissstempel    11 nach unten. Bevor das Perforiermesser 6 und der   Schweissstempel    11 zur Anlage an die Schlauchbahn 9 kommen. gelangt der Niederhaltebalken 1 zur Anlage mit der Schlauchbahn 9.

  Beim   weiteren    Nachuntengehen des Trägers   3    werden die federnden Arme 2 elastisch verformt.   wobei    die vom Träger   t    abragenden Teile 5 der Arme bezüglich ihrer Befestigungsstelle am Träger   3    elastisch verschwenkt   werden.    Das bedeutet. dass der Niederhaltebalken 1 in eine andere Lage quer zum Träger versetzt   wird:

  :    beim dargestellten Ausfihrungsbeispiel wird der Balken 1 noch   weiter    weg   vom    Träger   3      bewegt.    Dieses Weg   besegen    des Balkens 1 vom Träger   3    und damit vom Perforiermesser 6 hat zur Folge. dass die   zwischen    dem Balken 1 und dem Tisch 8 festgeklemmte Bahn 9 im Bereich zwischen dem   Schweiss-    stempel 11 und dem Balken 1 leicht gestreckt wird. aber nur so   eit    als es zur Herstellung einer guten Perforation und nicht störend für die   Schweissnaht    ist.

  Durch den Balken 1 und den Tisch 8   wird    also die Bahn 9 festgeklemmt. so dass der von der   Wickel-    maschine ausgeübte   verhältnismässig    grosse Zug vom Balken 1 und vom Tisch 8 aufgenommen wird. Diese Stelle 1 und 8 ist also eine Halterung für den gezogenen Bahnteil 13. Gleichzeitig wird diese Halterung 1 und 8 aber etwas vom   Perforiermesser    6 ent   fernt.    damit die Bahn 9 beim Perforieren straff gehalten wird. Das Perforiermesser 6 kann dann besser in die Bahn 9 eindringen. da kein   Niaterial    der Bahn mit in die Nut hineingezogen   werden    kann.

  Dieses geringe   Strafthalten    durch das Deformieren der Arme 2 hat auch keine nachteilige Einwirkung auf eine noch   warme      Schxeissnaht.    d.h. diese   Schweissnaht    wird nicht   auseinan-    dergezogen. Durch dieses Nichtbeschädigen der noch warmen   Schsneissnaht    und dadurch. dass nur ein geringer Zug in der Bahn 9 im Augenblick bei der Herstellung der Perforierung wirkt.   xnird    ein   Einrissen    an der   Perfonitionslinie    vermieden. Dadurch   zird    auch ein ungestörter Weitertransport einer geschweissten und perforierten Bahn zur   Wickelmaschine    gewährleistet.



   Der Schweissstempel 11 mit Gegenhalter 12 kann bei einem anderen   Ausführungsbeispiel    an einer anderen Stelle. also weiter eg vom Träger 3 plaziert werden. Soll eine Folienbahn 9 nur   perforiert      werden.    kann auf die Bauteile 11 und 12 ganz   verzichtet      erden.    Es ist ¯weiterhin möglich. die Arme 2 nicht an dem das    Perforiermesser    6   tragenden    Träger 3 anzuordnen.   sondern    für die Arme 2 einen gesonderten nicht dargestellten Träger vorzusehen.



   Ein solcher Träger kann dann in der Zeichnung rechts vom Träger   3    liegen. Es ist weiterhin möglich. anstelle der einzelnen schmalen Arme 2 einen einzigen sich über die ganze Bahn 9 er streckenden federnden Arm vorzusehen.
