Fig. 1 die Sortiervorrichtung in Schrägansicht von oben,
The invention relates to a device for supplying and continuously arranging cylindrical mass parts with one or two end faces designed as standing surfaces by tilting the mass parts incorrectly above a tilting edge using special features of their center of gravity and / or their surface formation in an inclined storage container with a rotating rigid bottom disk .
In the German patent specification No. 571 961, for example, a comparable device is described.
However, this known device has two major disadvantages. On the one hand, the construction is relatively complicated and requires high construction costs, since two rotating parts, namely a conveyor disk and a conveyor cell ring, with two corresponding drive devices and cells in the conveyor cell ring are required.
On the other hand, the previously known device can only ever be used for a single application, since different shaped bodies to be ordered require different bottom shells with different height reductions in the circumferential groove and other cells in the conveyor cell ring.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding these disadvantages and proposing a device which is constructed in a much simpler manner and which can be used for shaped bodies of different sizes.
This object is achieved in a device of the type mentioned in that the bottom disk of a storage cylinder has a lower-lying flexible edge strip offset by an edge, on which the mass parts standing on an end face are taken to the highest area of the bottom disk, where either the flexible edge strips are locally raised by running onto a deflector that is held fixed to the frame and thus additionally inclined or the mass parts run up against a wedge at the point of their special surface shape and are tilted in such a way that the center of gravity of the mass parts is the vertical plane running through the tilting edge wandered through.
A height-adjustable guide rail, interrupted in the highest area of the bottom disk, is also expediently attached to the inner wall of the stationary storage cylinder, approximately above the flexible edge strip.
It is advisable to manufacture the flexible edge strips from rubber, plastic or similar material with a high adhesive friction force.
The fixed deflector is expediently designed as a roller.
The wedge is advantageously arranged downstream of the local elevation of the flexible edge strip.
The inclined axis of rotation of the bottom disk of the storage cylinder can be adjusted so that the machine can be converted to different shaped bodies.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained and described in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 the sorting device in an oblique view from above,
2 and 3 show two sectional views along the section line I-1 in FIG. 1 with two shaped bodies standing opposite to one another on the edge strip and
4 and 5 two further cross-sections according to FIGS. 2 and 3, with a wedge.
The overall representation according to FIG. 1 shows a cylindrical storage container 2 which is fixedly fastened to a substructure 11 of any configuration and whose bottom disk 1 rotates in a known manner about the inclined axis 10.
The edge area of this stiff bottom disk 1 consists of flexible material and is set off slightly lower, separated by the edge 3. This flexible edge strip 4 is expediently made of rubber, plastic or similar material with high static friction, which promotes the molded parts 5, which are jumbled together in the lower part of the cylindrical storage container 2, by static friction upwards.
The slightly upwardly projecting edge 3 with respect to the flexible edge strip 4 prevents premature falling back of the moldings conveyed upward along the wall of the cylindrical prior to ratsbehiilters 2.
Even better guidance can be ensured by a height-adjustable cover strip or guide rail 7.
The bottom disk 1 rotates in the direction of the arrow 13 and conveys the molded parts 5 standing one behind the other on the flexible edge strip 4 up to the highest area 15, where the sorting process explained in more detail below takes place. The correctly positioned molded parts remain on the flexible edge strip 4, are conveyed to the outside by the discharge stripper 14 and run in the guide rail 12 to the possibly downstream cap applicator, not shown in the drawing.
The actual separation process between correctly and incorrectly positioned molded parts takes place in the highest area 15. This process is explained in more detail in FIGS. 2-5.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 2 and 3, the flexible edge strip 4 is locally deflected or arched up in its highest area 15 by the stationary roller 9, so that the molded bodies 5 located on the edge strip are additionally tilted somewhat.
In the example shown in FIG. 2, the molded body 5 stands on its bottom 16, so that its deep center of gravity S only shifts slightly to position S ′ in the direction of the perpendicular L passing through the edge 3. When the roller 9, which serves as a deflection element for the flexible edge strip and is seated on the stationary stop 8, has passed, the center of gravity falls back from the position S 'to the original position S, and the shaped body, which is temporarily tilted into the position 5', falls into its original position 5 and is conveyed on to the scraper 14 discharge.
In Fig. 3 the reverse case is shown, in which the shaped body is with its opening facing down on the flexible edge strip 4. The center of gravity, which is slightly higher from the start, is at a smaller distance from the perpendicular L and is pushed through the plane determined by the perpendicular L by the roller 9 so that the center of gravity assumes the position S 'and the incorrectly positioned molded part 16 in the direction of the Arrow 17 tilts back into the reservoir 2. This thrown back molding is then conveyed upwards again, where one of the processes just described is repeated.
4 and 5 show a modification in which the roller 9 is followed by a wiper 6 which protrudes into the movement path of projecting profile parts of the molded body. If the shaped body is in the manner shown in Fig. 4 with its bottom 16 facing downward on the flexible edge strip 4, the edge bulge of the profile of the shaped body runs against the From wedge 6 and the focus of the shaped body shifts from position S to S ', so that this shaped body tips back into the storage container 2 in the direction of the arrow 17. The shaped body shown in FIG. 5, on the other hand, is correctly positioned with the opening facing downwards on the edge strip 4 and runs past the scraper wedge 6 without being influenced, so that the center of gravity S does not shift.
It is advantageous here if both sorting elements, that is to say the roller 9 and the wedge 6, are arranged in quick succession so that the opportunity is given to allow both elements to be effective alternatively or together
