Die Erfindung betrifft einen Baukasten, der aus zahlreichen Bauteilen und Verbindungselementen besteht.
Es sind bereits zahlreiche Baukastensysteme bekannt, deren Bauteile z. B. mit Hilfe von besonderen Verbindungselementen zusammengesteckt oder miteinander verschraubt werden können. Die einzelnen Bauteile sind dabei mit besonderen Aufnahmestellen für die Verbindungselemente, wie z. B. Stecklöchern oder Schraubenlöchern oder auch mit entsprechenden Ansätzen, versehen. Dabei ist jedoch nur einc starre Verbindung herstellbar.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde einen Konstruktionsbaukasten zu finden, dessen Bauteile nicht nur an genau festgelegten Stellen fest miteinander verbindbar sind, und die für ihre Verbindung miteinander keine Vertiefungen oder Erhebungen benötigen. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein Konstruktionsbaukasten vorgeschlagen, der erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass an jedem Verbindungselement mindestens zwei Saugkappen vorgesehen sind und die Bauteile mindestens an den für die Verbindung mit anderen Bauteilen vorgesehenen Bereichen ihrer Oberfläche eine glatte Oberfläche aufweisen, so dass sich durch Anpressen der Verbindungselemente an die Bauteile zwischen den Verbindungselementen und den Bauteilen eine Saugverbindung ergibt.
Durch die Elastizität der Saugkappen ergibt sich eine für Konstru ktionsbaukästen neuartige, elastische Verbindung zwischen den Bauteilen.
Ist die gesamte Oberfläche der Bauteile glatt, so können die Verbindungselemente an jedem Teil ihrer Oberfläche angebracht werden, der die Grösse der Saugfläche einer der Saugkappen hat. An einer Verbindungsstelle können an dem Verbindungselement auch mehrere kleinere Saugkappen nebeneinander vorgesehen sein, die gemeinsam die Verbindung mit einem gleichen Bauteil herstellen.
Mit Hilfe der Verbindungselemente kann weiterhin auch eine zusätzliche Verbindung zwischen den Bauteilen und einer glatten Unterlage hergestellt werden.
Sind an einem Verbindungselement Saugkappen nach mehr als zwei Richtungen hin vorgesehen, so kann es eine Verbindung zwischen entsprechend mehr Bauteilen bilden.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele für die Teile des Konstruktionsbaukastens dargestellt, die in vielen Kombinationen miteinander verbunden werden können.
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch ein Verbindungselement mit zwei runden Saugkappen, die in zwei entgegengesetzten Richtungen an dem Verbindungselement angeordnet sind. In den Fig. 2 bis 4 sind Beispiele für Querschnittsformen der miteinander zu verbindenden Bauteile dargestellt.
Die Bauteile können selbstverständlich auch zahlreiche andere Formen aufweisen, wie z. B. die Form einer Kugel, einer Pyramide, eines Oktaeders, einer Platte usw., da die Saugkappen der Verbindungselemente sowohl an ebenen als auch an gekrümmten Oberflächcn festsaugbar sind. Als Material für die Bauteile eignet sich beispielsweise Kunststoff.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Baukasten mit Bauteilen und Verbindungselementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem Verbindungselement mindestens zwei Saugkappen vorgesehen sind und die Bauteile mindestens an den für die Verbindung mit anderen Bauteilen vorgesehenen Bereichen ihrer Oberfläche eine glatte Oberfläche aufweisen, so dass sich durch Anpressen der Verbindungselemente an die Bauteile zwischen den Verbindungselementen und den Bauteilen eine Saugverbindung ergibt.

The components can of course also have numerous other shapes, such as.
