87 an Versorgungsspannung + geführten Transistoren 81, 82 gebildet.
The invention relates to a sending and receiving device with a transmitter and a receiver, in which at one and the same time either only sent or only received, and in which a send filter downstream of the transmitter and a receiving filter upstream of the receiver are provided .
Such transceivers can, for. B. serve to catch telecontrol signals transmitted in substations of telecontrol systems via a conference line or to send messages to the conference line.
In telecontrol devices, it is often common to use several substations connected to one and the same conference line z. B. with the help of a call-up procedure to give only one transmission permission. For this purpose, control criteria are formed in such telecontrol devices that characterize a transmission authorization or readiness to receive the relevant station. This is e.g. B. the case with the circuit arrangement for transmitting signals over a common signal channel in remote control systems according to German Auslegeschrift 1 169 069: In the case of transmit and receive circuits of the type described in more detail above, a separate transmit and receive filter are generally required, which can lead to difficulties, especially in the case of a frequently desired downsizing of the devices.
The object of the invention is therefore to create a transmitting and receiving device that can be implemented with as little effort as possible and at the same time offers the possibility of using the transmitting / receiving device as universally as possible.
For this purpose, the line-side transfer device of the filter can be designed as a fork and both the incoming and the incoming line can be connected in such a way that the two lines are decoupled from one another by the fork attenuation, and the device-side transmitter of the filter as well Design the fork and connect it to the transmitter and receiver, which are then decoupled by the fork damping.
According to the invention, the transmitting and receiving device is designed in such a way that the transmitter and receiver are connected via a hybrid circuit to a filter that serves as both a transmit and a receive filter, which, with the help of an electronic switch, determines the readiness to transmit or receive The control criterion characterizing the transmit / receive device can optionally be connected to a first connection or to a second connection, and that the connection options are such that the device can be connected to a four-wire transmission path or a two-wire transmission path. It can, for.
B. with the help of a STEU criterion that is available in a remote control device without, while the transmission of a telegram the outgoing line or during the readiness to receive the incoming line verbun with the filter and the line that is not needed separated who the . The fact that either only sending or only receiving is carried out at one and the same point in time is used to make do with a common send / receive filter, so that a significant reduction in effort and space requirements is achieved.
Furthermore, a particularly large return loss can be achieved between the incoming and outgoing line, which enables the transceiver to be used even in larger telecontrol systems in which a large number of stations are connected to one and the same transmission path.
From the hybrid circuit, especially in cases where no potential-free output or no counter-clock amplifiers are provided, parts, e.g. B. windings or winding parts are omitted. Furthermore, other fork circuits can be used in a corresponding manner.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the embodiments dargestell th in the figures. 1 shows a block diagram of a transceiver device and FIG. 2 shows a circuit diagram of a transceiver device which is constructed according to FIG.
For the transmission of message and command telegrams in telecontrol systems you can z. B. provide unreinforced four-wire or two-wire lines. The DC characters issued by a telecontrol station who the corresponding FIG. 1 on the transmission side by means of a signal transmitter 6 z. B. converted into amplitude-modulated 3000 Hz characters and fed into the outgoing line F-1. On the receiving side, a Signalemp receiver 5 converts the incoming 3000 Hz characters back into direct current characters and sends them to a remote control device, not shown in detail, for evaluation.
The circuit according to FIG. 1 contains the generator 7 with the transmitter 6 containing the transmission modulator, the signal receiver 5, the transmission and reception bandpass 3, transmission and reception-side switching amplifiers 1 and 2 with line transmitters 16 and 26.
The electronic switch is formed by the two switching amplifiers 1 and 2, which can be mutually blocked by the control criterion St of a telecontrol station not shown in detail in the figure. Since the amplification of the respective unlocked amplifier is fully available, the output stage of the transmitter 6 and the input stage of the receiver 5, in particular the first stage of an input amplifier, can be omitted.
Without control voltage St, amplifier 2 is blocked; the amplifier 1 is permeable. A 3000 Hz character step arriving at the incoming part F1 of the four-wire transmission path passes via the input transmission 16, after amplification in the switching amplifier 1, to the bandpass 3 and on to the signal receiver 5. Here the signal is further amplified, rectified and controlled a correction of the level-dependent step length in a control circuit, via a Schmitt trigger an output transistor. This gives reference potential to the telecontrol device via line E.
If the telecontrol station wants to deliver a telegram, it gives an existing control criterion on the line St, which blocks the switching amplifier 1 and the blocking of the switching amplifier 2, which is already present in the telecontrol device for other purposes, in particular to characterize a Sen debefugnis or readiness to receive .
The transmitter 6 is now ready for operation and the telecontrol station can send its telegram to the transmitter 6 via the line S. The transmitter 6 contains a transmitter modulator which samples the 3000 Hz voltage of the generator 7. The keyed 3000 Hz tone reaches the outgoing part F'1 of the four-wire transmission path via the bandpass filter 3 after amplification in the switching amplifier 2 via the output transformer 26.
After the telegram has ended, the telecontrol device removes the control voltage St. The switching amplifier 2 is blocked, the switching amplifier 1 is permeable. The receiver 5 is ready to receive again.
Telecontrol signals or other voltages arriving at the incoming part F1 of the four-wire transmission path cannot reach the outgoing part of the four-wire transmission path, since a switching amplifier is always blocked for both sending and receiving. This results in a particularly high blocking attenuation.
In the transceiver shown in FIG. 2, the switching amplifiers 1 and 2 have a common upper support 9, which is at the same time the output transformer of the receiver stage 1 and the input transformer of the transmitter stage 2. This transformer 9 has a winding to which the capacitor 92 is connected, at the same time to the bandpass filter 3 and to the collectors of the transistors 11 and 12 contained in the switching amplifier 1. About carrier 9 and capacitor 3 can be included in the bandpass filter.
Another winding of the transformer 9 is connected to the base of the transistors 21 and 22 contained in the second switching amplifier 2 out.
The base connections of the transistors 11 and 12 are connected to the symmetrical secondary winding of the transformer 16, the collectors of the transistors 21 and 22 to the symmetrical primary winding of the transformer 26.
The input transformer 16 of the amplifier stage 1 on the receiving side and the output transformer 26 of the amplifier stage 2 on the transmitter side are each designed as a fork transmitter and are part of a hybrid circuit for connecting a service device. The transformer 16 forms together with the replica 18, the transformer 26 together with the replica 28 each a hybrid circuit.
Both transformers 16 and 26 have connections a2 and a5, which allow the transformers to be operated as simple line transformers, if desired.
The emitter of the transistor 11 is led via the resistor 13, the emitter of the transistor 12 via the resistor 14 to the collector of the transistor 82. The emitter of transistor 21 is across resistor 23, the emitter of transistor 22 across resistor 24 at the collector gate of transistor 81.
The resistors 13 and 14 are bridged by the step-adjustable resistor 15, the resistors 23 and 24 by the step-adjustable resistor 25, so that the gain of the switching amplifier can be set.
The control potentials for the two switching amplifiers 1 and 2 are formed by the collector potentials of the transistors 81, 82 contained in a two-stage control circuit, emitter side directly at the reference potential - and on the collector side each via a resistor 84 or 87 to supply voltage +. The first transistor 81 can be controlled at the base by the control criterion St. The base of the second transistor 82 is connected to a collector voltage divider of the first transistor 81. This collector voltage divider consists of the resistors 85 and 86.
The arrangement of the two switching amplifiers between Filter.3 and the lines of the four-wire transmission path offers advantages for adapting the devices to the different line types and levels. So the non-constant apparent resistance profile of the bandpass filter 3 is decoupled from the line by the Schalt Amplifier. Furthermore, the sending-side output A1 and the receiving-side input E1, which are each located directly on the transformer, can be designed for high internal resistance and therefore advantageously connected in parallel to a line terminated at both ends with 600 S2.
To connect the device at the end of a line, the internal resistance is set to 600 S2 by connecting resistors 17 and 27. Operation on a two-wire line is also possible. To do this, input E1 (connections a2 and a3) and output A1 (connections a5 and a4) must be connected in parallel and connected to the line with one another. The switching amplifiers 1 and 2 assume the function of a two-wire amplifier with a feedback lock. In this operating mode, the internal resistance can also be set to high resistance or to 600 S2. Resistors 17 and 27 are disconnected for setting to high resistance.
The setting to 600 S2 takes place in that only one of the two resistors 17 and 27 is switched on.
For a further connection option, the line transformers 16 and 26 are ausgebil det as asymmetrical forks. This allows the transceiver device to be looped into a four-wire line with low resistance, to which other devices, e.g. B. service facilities are switched on. In the case of two-wire lines, both transfer transformers must be connected in series.
The adjustment to the line level or switch-on level is also made in the switching amplifiers 1 and 2. By changing the negative feedback, with the help of solder bridges, tap changers or rotary resistors 15 and 25, the amplification of both the transmitting side and the receiving side and thus the transmission level or the sensitivity of the receiver can be adjusted to the respective line conditions.
The circuit is expediently dimensioned so that when sending and receiving the telecontrol signs approximately the same level is at the send / receive Fil ter 3 and thus the filter 3 is operated in the most favorable Arbeitsbe rich.
With this dimensioning, it is also particularly difficult to use the fork damping of the device-side transmitter 40 to ensure that the receiver does not respond to the 3000 Hz characters coming from its own transmitter.
In the case of particularly high demands on the fork damping, the receiver 5 itself can be blocked by a suitable blocking circuit that is controlled with the switching criterion St from the remote control device.
With the help of the hybrid circuit 4, the transmitter 6 and the receiver 5 are connected to a common two-wire transmission path. The common two-wire transmission path is formed by the common send-receive Fil ter.
The winding 41 of the transformer 40, to which the capacitor 93 is connected in parallel, is located on the two-wire transmission path.
The transformer 40 designed as a fork transformer is expediently included in the bandpass filter 3. The transformer 40 has the windings 42 and 43, which are each provided with a tap. The windings. 42 and 43 are on the one hand through the resistor 1 'and on the other hand through the resistor from the Teilwiderstän 46 and 47 existing 2' connected to each other. Between the taps of the windings 42 and 43 is the resistor 3 'consisting of the partial resistors 44 and 45.
The winding 42 is connected to the soldering pins b and c, the further winding 43 to the soldering pins f and g. Between the connection points of the partial resistors 44 and 45 on the one hand and the partial resistors 46 and 47 on the other hand, the supply voltage is +, -. At the connection points of the winding 42 with the resistor 46 on the one hand and the winding 43 with the resistor 47 on the other hand, there is therefore a DC voltage that serves as the supply voltage for the output stage and as a base bias voltage for the input stage.
From the receiver 5, only part of the input stage is shown in the figure. This is designed as a push-pull circuit with transistors 51 and 52. The transistors are connected in the basic emitter circuit and counter-current-coupled via the emitter resistors 53 and 54, which are each connected to reference potential. The resistors 53 and 54 are bridged by the potentiometer 55 to adjust the gain. The base connections of the transistors 51 and 52 are connected to the soldering pins d and e.
The DC operating points of the input stage and the output stage are designed so that the galvanic connection is possible via the fork transmitter.
From the transmitter 6, only part of the output stage is shown in the figure, which can be a modulator or amplifier circuit. The output amplifier stage contains the transistors 61 and 62, which stands via the emitter resistors 63 and 64, which are bridged jointly sam by the potentiometer 55, to reference potential - are out. The collectors of the transistors 61 and 62 are connected to the soldering pins a and h.
The connection point of the resistors 53 and 54, the partial resistors 46 and 47, and the resistors 63 and 64 is in each case at reference potential -.
According to the figure, the soldering pins a and c, b and d, e and f and g and h are connected to one another by a soldering bridge.
The envisaged common level and sensitivity switching can be carried out in a simple manner that the mentioned solder bridges are removed and in their place the solder pins a and b, c and d, e and g as well as f and h are connected to each other by a solder bridge .
In the case of the transceiver, the signal level is for normal operation to -0.9 Np at the relative level 0, i.e. H. set to a level of -0.9 Npm0. At the same time Be using the line together with other transmission systems, z. B. together with a device for the transmission of business calls up to 2400 Hz, or with several telecontrol channels with different signal frequencies, it may be necessary to lower the signal level to the level of -1.7 NpmO suggested by CCIT. The transmitter must then be switched to a transmission level 0.8 Np lower and at the same time the receiver must be switched to a sensitivity 0.8 Np higher.
In order to be able to undertake such a level switching, one can provide a setting option for the transmission or reception level for both the transmitter and the receiver. The twofold adjustment to be made in this case is, however, associated with a relatively large expenditure of time, especially if the tight tolerances required in many cases are to be adhered to.
A joint reduction in the transmission level and an increase in the sensitivity of the transmission and reception device on the reception side can be carried out in a simple manner on the fork 4. The fork is for this purpose un symmetrical, in particular with a gear ratio of 2.23 corresponding to 0.8 Np, designed and completed with the matching resistors 1 'and 2'. The resistance was 3 'is the afterimage resistance.
If ü is the transmission ratio of the asymmetric fork, the resistance 1 will be measured with x (1 + ü), the resistance 2 with x (ü + ü2) and the resistance 3 with xü. The factor x in this case is the product of the terminating resistance on the winding 41 and the square of the transmission ratio of the sum of the two winding halves with the low number of turns of the windings 42 and 43 to the number of turns of the winding 41.
For the signal level -0.9 Npm0, the transmitter 6 is connected to the fork side with the high number of turns via the short-circuit bridges a-c and g-h and the receiver 5 is connected to the low number of turns via the short bridges b-d and e-f.
With the switchover to the signal level -1.7 Npm0, the fork sides are interchanged, so that the transmitter 6 is now on the short-circuit bridges ab and fh on the low number of turns and the receiver 5 on the short-circuit bridges cd and eg on the high number of turns .
If the output stage connected to the fork with high output resistance and impressed collector current and the input stage with high input resistance and impressed base-emitter voltage are operated, the corresponding receiver sensitivity is inevitably set for the respective transmission level.
The DC operating points of the input stage and the output stage are designed so that the galvanic connection is possible via the fork transmitter.
The level switching provided on the fork 4 has the advantage that the setting to be made in the switching amplifiers to the respective connection level of the line, which is possibly calibrated, is not changed.
