Die bekannten Gleiter für Vorhänge und Gardinen werden in der Regel an den letzteren angenäht, was eine ziemlich umständliche und zeitraubende Arbeit ist, zwar auch dann, wenn diese maschinell erfolgt. Es sind verschiedene Systeme von Gleitern auf dem Markt und ebensoviele Profile als Vorhangstangen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Befesti gungsvorrichtung für Vorhang und Gardine, welche die den bisherigen Ausführungen anhaftenden Nachteile, und zwar die umständliche und zeitraubende Arbeit zur Herstellung der gegenseitigen Verbindungen, beseitigt. Das Kennzeichen besteht darin, dass ein Gleiter ein Verbindungsorgan aufweist, das Ganze derart, dass der Gleiter mit dem Vorhang oder der Gardine durch Reibungsschluss und zugleich durch Formschluss lösbar verbindbar sind.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:

Gemäss der ersten Ausführungsform in Fig. 1 bis 3 weist der Gleiter 1 ein T-Profilstück 2 auf, das an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Vertikalseiten Nuten 2' besitzt. In letztere greifen lose die Ansätze 3' der U-förmigen Trag- und Laufschiene 3, längs welcher der Gleiter verschiebbar ist.
Eine nach unten vorstehende, flache Zunge 4 bildet die Matrize eines druckknopfartigen Verschlusses. In der Mitte der Zunge 4 ist eine durch Radialeinschnitte 5 federnde Stecköffnung 6 vorgesehen, die zur Aufnahme und Klemmung des Einsteckdornes 7 eines als Patrize verwendeten scheibenförmigen Knopfes 8 dient. Der Dorn 7 der Patrize sitzt in der Mitte des Knopfes 8 rechtwinklig zu diesem und ist mit einer Einstechspitze 7' zum Durchstechen des oberen Randes der Gardine 9 versehen. Zur Gewährleistung eines guten Haltes der Druckknopfpatrize in der Matrize, ist der Patrizendorn 7 vom Kopf 8 bis an die Spitze 7' zweckmässig konisch zunehmend verdickt. Der Klemmdruck in der Stecköffnung 6 kann daher auf den konischen Dorn ein selbsttätiges Lösen der Steckverbindung verhindern.
Die Druckknopfverbindung kann zugleich zur Festlegung der Gardinenfalten dienen, indem die jeweils gefaltete Partie vom Dorn 7 durchstochen wird, wie dies in Fig. 7 veranschaulicht ist.
Die zweite Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 4 bis 6 zeigt einen Gleiter 1', der einen T-profilförmigen Einschnitt 10 mit nach oben gekehrtem Steg 10' aufweist. Der Einschnitt 10 dient als Gleitführung an der Vorhangschiene 11. Die Vorhangschiene 11 hat Doppel-T-Profil, und dessen unterer kleiner Flansch 11' liegt im Einschnitt 10. Die Nuten 2' des Profilgleitstückes 2 sind frei und werden bei der Schiene 11,
12 nach Fig. 4 und 5 nicht gebraucht. Nach Fig. 5 greifen in die Nuten 2' des Gleiters 1' die nach innen gekehrten Ansätze 3' der hohlkörperförmigen, untenseits mit einer Längs öffnung versehenen Trag- und Laufschiene 12. Der Einschnitt
10 im Gleiter 1' findet bei dieser hohlkörperförmigen Tragund Laufschiene 12 keinen Gebrauch. Der druckknopfartige Verschluss ist analog wie in der ersten Ausführungsform gezeigt, und die Bezugszeichen haben den gleichen Sinn.
Der beschriebene Gleiter mit Verschluss besteht vorzugsweise aus farblosem Kunststoff mit federnd-elastischen, zähen, druck- und schlagfesten Eigenschaften. Die Oberfläche ist zweckmässig in mattem Ton gehalten.
Die Erfindung umfasst selbstredend auch eine Ausführungsform mit vertauschten Druckknopfelementen, bei welcher der als Patrize dienende Druckknopfteil einen festen Teil des Gleiters und der als Matrize dienende Druckknopfteil einen vom Gleiter getrennten Teil bildet.
Der Gleiter 1' nach Fig. 4 und 5 hat den Vorteil, dass er wahlweise für Vorhangschienen mit T- und Hohlprofil 11, 12 verwendbar ist. Das Befestigen des Vorhanges 9 resp. der Gardinen am Gleiter ist rasch und leicht durchführbar und kann von Personen vorgenommen werden, welche über kein besonderes Fachkönnen verfügen.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Befestigungsvorrichtung für Vorhang und Gardine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Gleiter ein Verbindungsorgan aufweist, das Ganze derart, dass der Gleiter mit dem Vorhang oder der Gardine durch Reibungsschluss und zugleich durch Formschluss lösbar verbindbar ist.
UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsorgan ein druckknopfartiger Verschluss ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Verschluss ein als Patrize dienender Druckknopfteil (7, 8) ein vom Gleiter (1) getrenntes Stück ist und der matrizenartige Druckknopfteil durch eine nach unten vorstehende, mit Loch versehene Zunge (4) des Gleiters gebildet ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Zunge (4) eine Einstecköffnung (6) vorgesehen ist, welche federnd ausgebildet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch und Unteransprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der als Patrize dienende Druckknopfteil einen scheibenförmigen Knopf (8) und einen von diesem rechtwinklig abstehenden Dorn (7) aufweist:

The known gliders for curtains and drapes are usually sewn to the latter, which is a rather cumbersome and time-consuming work, even if this is done by machine. There are different systems of gliders on the market and just as many profiles as curtain rods.
The present invention relates to a fastening device for curtain and drapery, which eliminates the disadvantages inherent in the previous embodiments, namely the cumbersome and time-consuming work of making the mutual connections. The characteristic is that a slider has a connecting member, the whole in such a way that the slider can be releasably connected to the curtain or curtain by frictional engagement and at the same time by positive engagement.

According to the first embodiment in FIGS. 1 to 3, the slider 1 has a T-profile piece 2 which has grooves 2 'on two mutually opposite vertical sides. The lugs 3 'of the U-shaped support and running rail 3, along which the slider is displaceable, engage loosely in the latter.
A downwardly projecting, flat tongue 4 forms the matrix of a snap-fastener-like closure. In the center of the tongue 4 there is provided a plug-in opening 6 which is resilient through radial incisions 5 and which serves to receive and clamp the insertion mandrel 7 of a disc-shaped button 8 used as a male mold. The mandrel 7 of the male mold sits in the middle of the button 8 at right angles to this and is provided with a piercing tip 7 'for piercing the upper edge of the curtain 9. In order to ensure a good hold of the push-button male part in the female part, the male part 7 is expediently increasingly conically thickened from the head 8 to the tip 7 '. The clamping pressure in the plug-in opening 6 can therefore prevent an automatic loosening of the plug-in connection on the conical mandrel.
The snap fastener connection can also serve to fix the curtain folds in that the respective folded section is pierced by the mandrel 7, as illustrated in FIG. 7.
The second embodiment according to FIGS. 4 to 6 shows a slider 1 'which has a T-profile-shaped incision 10 with a web 10' facing upwards. The incision 10 serves as a sliding guide on the curtain rail 11. The curtain rail 11 has a double-T profile, and its lower small flange 11 'lies in the incision 10. The grooves 2' of the profile sliding piece 2 are free and are located on the rail 11,
12 according to FIGS. 4 and 5 not used. According to FIG. 5, the inwardly facing projections 3 'of the hollow-body support and running rail 12, which is provided with a longitudinal opening on the underside, engage in the grooves 2' of the slider 1 '. The incision

The described slider with closure is preferably made of colorless plastic with resilient, elastic, tough, pressure and impact-resistant properties. The surface is appropriately kept in a matt tone.
The invention of course also includes an embodiment with interchanged snap fastener elements, in which the snap fastener part serving as a male mold forms a fixed part of the slider and the snap fastener part serving as a female mold forms a part separate from the slider.
The slider 1 ′ according to FIGS. 4 and 5 has the advantage that it can optionally be used for curtain rails with T and hollow profiles 11, 12. Attaching the curtain 9 respectively. the curtains on the glider can be carried out quickly and easily and can be done by people who do not have any special skills.
