La présente invention a pour objet une chaussette formée de deux parties séparées et juxtaposées, I'une recouvrant le pied et le talon et l'autre recouvrant la cheville, chacune d'entre elles étant de couleur différente.
On connaît l'inconvénient de porter des chaussettes de couleur avec des souliers ou des sandales largement ajourés qui les laissent apparaître, lorsque les chaussures sont de couleur blanche alors que le reste de l'habillement (pantalon ou jupe) comporte des couleurs de fantaisie. De ce fait, avec une chaussette monocouleur, soit la partie inférieure recouverte partiellement par le soulier blanc ajouré va être en désaccord de ton avec la chaussure (si la chaussette est uniformément de couleur fantaisie), soit le haut de la chaussette, au-dessus du soulier, va être en désaccord de ton avec le reste de l'habillement de couleur fantaisie (si la chaussette est uniformément blanche).
La chaussette selon l'invention se propose de pallier cet inconvénient. La partie inférieure, recouverte par la chaussure, pourra être de couleur blanche, et la partie supérieure, sortant de la chaussure, d'une couleur fantaisie et d'un dessin choisis en harmonie avec la couleur et le style du reste de l'habillement.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'invention.

La chaussette représentée possède un pied 10 comprenant une partie terminale fermée 26 qui recouvre les orteils, et une partie terminale ouverte 14, recouvrant le talon 12. Le pied 10 est fabri qué dans une matière textile de couleur blanche. La partie terminale ouverte 14 est cerclée, à son sommet, par un entourage annulaire 16 réalisé dans une matière textile différente, élastique ou autre. Le haut de la chaussette est formé d'une section séparée 18, recouvrant la cheville et fabriqué dans une matière textile de couleur fantaisie pouvant comporter un éventuel dessin 20. Cette section 18 comprend, à son extrémité inférieure, une partie terminale ouverte, également cerclée par un entourage annulaire 24 d'une matière correspondant à l'entourage annulaire 16. Ces entourages 16 et 24 sont placés bord à bord et solidarisés entre eux par une couture.
Ils peuvent être également réalisés dans un tissu de texture spéciale, auto-adhésif, qui permet, par simple contact, de les réunir puis de les disjoindre au gré de l'utilisateur. La section 18 est prolongée, à son sommet, par une partie élastique 22 permettant à l'ensemble d'être maintenu en place sur la cheville de l'utilisateur.
REVENDICATION
Chaussette, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est formée de deux parties séparées et juxtaposées, la première recouvrant le pied et le talon, et la deuxième recouvrant la cheville. chacune d'entre elles étant de couleur différente.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Chaussette selon la revendication, caractérisée en ce que chacune des deux parties juxtaposées possède, dans sa partie adjacente, une ouverture périphérique ourlée d'un entourage annulaire réalisé dans un tissu différent.
2. Chaussette selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les entourages annulaires des deux parties juxtaposées sont placés bord à bord et maintenus solidaires par une couture.
3. Chaussette selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les entourages annulaires sont réalisés dans un tissu de texture auto-adhésive permettant de les solidariser par simple contact lorsqu'ils se recouvrent.
4. Chaussette selon la revendication et la sous-revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie recouvrant la cheville comporte un dessin fantaisie.
