Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines vorfabrizierten Betonelementes,

The invention relates to a method for producing a concrete component forming a channel or tunnel section.
One purpose is to create a method of the type mentioned, with which one obtains prefabricated elements that have pore-free and plate soles and are therefore particularly suitable for canals or tunnels through which sewage flows.
For this purpose, the method according to the invention is characterized in that the component is shaped with the bottom part pointing upwards.
With this measure, a dense sole is obtained, in that the air bubbles in the bottom part rise from the inside to the outside during the production of the concrete part.
In the following an embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the drawings. Show it:
1 is a perspective view of a prefabricated concrete element,
Fig. 2 is a fragmentary horizontal section through a connection point between two elements,
3 shows a section along the line III-III of FIG. 2 through a channel, and FIG
FIG. 4 shows a section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 2 through an anchor plate.
The element shown in FIG. 1 for a sewer has in cross section the shape of an isosceles triangle standing on its apex with a rectangle placed above it. It is formed in the factory with the bottom part pointing upwards, whereby a smooth and low-pore sole can be achieved and is pretensioned centrally in the bed. In the end regions of the element 1, several grooves 3 lying one above the other are arranged. which are open at the top and protrude outwards.
The lower part of the channel 3 undercuts the side wall so that the clear channel cross section widens from top to bottom. In each case between two coaxially created grooves 3, a tensioning braid 2 is in the side wall of the element 1 bed. which serves as a longitudinal tendon. From this embedding, the tension cord 2 enters the undercut lower parts of the two channels 3, runs through them over the entire length and then forms end sections 7 freely protruding outward from the channel 3. In FIG. 1, only one tension cord 2 is shown for reasons of illustration drawn.
In FIG. 2, the element 1 is alternately connected to an element 101 of the same mirror-inverted design, the common connecting joint being sealed by means of a pressure-resistant joint seal 8.
The channel 3 of the element 1 faces a channel 103 of the neighboring element 101 in such a way that a stranded duct bridging the connection point is created.
The channel 3 adjoining the end wall at one end is delimited at the other end by an anchor plate 4 with recesses 5, 6, which serves as anchoring strand. It extends across the channel and its edges are embedded in the channel walls. The tensioning strand 2 is embedded in the wall of the element at least approximately up to its passage through the anchor plate 4. After passing through the recess 5 of the anchor plate 4, it enters the undercut lower part of the channel 3, runs through it over the entire length and forms an end section 7 protruding freely from the channel 3. This bridges the connection point, penetrates the recess 106 of the opposite Anchor plate 104 in the channel 103 of the neighboring element 101 and is anchored there by means of an anchoring head 109 which can be applied after prestressing.
Since the preload is adjustable, the shape and properties of the joint seal 8 can be taken into account without great effort and in a manner that is always reproducible. In a corresponding manner, the opposite tensioning braid 102 is embedded in the wall of the element 101 at least approximately up to its passage through the anchor plate 104. After passing through the recess 105 of the anchor plate 104, it enters the lower part of the channel 103, runs through it over the entire length and forms an end section 107 protruding freely from the channel 103. This bridges the connection point, penetrates the recess 6 of the anchor plate on this side 4 in the channel 3 of the element 1 and is anchored here by means of an anchoring head 9 that can be applied after prestressing.
On the anchor plates 4, 104, the anchoring recesses 6, 106 are offset outward from the recesses 5, 105, which are only used for passage, so that the protruding ends 7, 107 of the tensioning strands 2, 102 cross in the area of the connection point. The resulting bending of the tensioning strand 2 in the recess 5 is so small with a sufficiently dimensioned length of the channel 3 that it can be neglected even if not only the freely protruding end sections 7 as such but the entire tensioning strand 2 with the same in one operation be excited.
The crossing can be seen in FIGS. 3 and 4, which show a section through the anchor plate 4 and a section through the channel 3 of FIG. 2 at a distance therefrom.
