The subject of the main patent is a building structure formed from prefabricated parts, in particular for housing construction, which has at least one unit frame as Raumumfas sungselement, which is formed from firmly connected metal profiles that limit the flat bottom, side and top surfaces, with the corners of the Unit frameworks each have a fastening element for the connection of the unit framework.
The present invention is now a further development of the construction of the main patent and aims that in a space connection between jets and downpipes are arranged outside of the living cells, whereby the cell connection is simplified and the tightness against rain water is increased.
The construction according to the invention is characterized in that the upper longitudinal edges of the Einheitsge rib each consist of an upright U-profile with the flanges laterally outwardly directed, an upright flat profile beam welded to the flanges of the same and an upright flat profile beam connected to it, flat on the upper one Legs of the U-profile lying, serving as a gutter U-profile are formed, and that the upper transverse edges of the unit frame have the gutter U-profiles on their underside connecting L-profiles, the upper leg hori zontal inward and the lower leg downwards is directed so that it acts as a drip edge.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. They show: FIG. 1 a longitudinal section through a living cell part with a transverse wall.
Fig. 2 shows a vertical section in the transverse direction of living cells through the ceiling connection of two living cells.
Fig. 3 is a horizontal section through the longitudinal wall connection of two living cells.
The unitary framework of the building structure formed from prefabricated parts has a base frame formed from a pair of profiles 1, 2, consisting of a hochgestell th U-profile 1 and an overlying, the thighs of the U-profile 1 outwardly overlapping Z-profile 2 (Fig. 1). The vertical side edges are each formed by an L-profile 3 facing outwards with the leg edge (FIG. 3). The corners of the base frame 1, 2 are each provided with a box-shaped fastening element 4, which is used for the connection of the unitary framework.
The upper longitudinal edges of the unitary framework are each made up of an upright U-profile 5, with the flanges laterally outwardly directed, an upright flat-profile support 6 welded to the flanges of the same and an abutting this, lying flat on the upper leg of the U-profile 5, formed as a gutter serving U-profile 7 (Fig. 2).
The upper transverse edges (Fig. 1) of the unitary framework each have an L-profile 8, which connect the gutter U-profiles 7 as traverses. The upper leg 9 of the L-profile 8 is directed inwards and the lower leg 10 of the same outwards downwards, so that it acts as a drip edge, under which a can not shown in the drawing can be attached.
The floor of the living cells 11, 12 has, from bottom to top, a straw cement plate 13, an air gap 14 and a synthetic wood floor plate 15 provided with covering 16. The latter is supported by wooden beams 17 in the transverse direction of the cell. These are reinforced below by inverted Omega profiles 18 ver. The upper legs of these profiles 18 serve to support the straw cement panels 13.
The ceiling of the living cells 11, 12 has from bottom to top a synthetic wood panel 19, an air gap 20, a straw cement panel 21, an air gap 22 and a synthetic wood cover panel 23. This is provided with a metal skin 24 which overlaps the inner edge of the gutter U-profile 7 in the longitudinal direction of the living cell and the ceiling edge protruding in the horizontal direction over the transverse wall in the transverse direction of the living cell. In the transverse direction of the cell, the synthetic wood cover plate 23 is supported by wooden beams 26 reinforced on both sides by means of L-steel profiles 25, the legs of the profiles 25 carrying the straw cement plates 21.
The transverse walls of the living cells 11, 12 are provided from the inside to the outside with a cover layer 27, a synthetic wood panel 28 and a straw cement panel 29. This is covered from the Basisrah men upwards by a galvanized steel sheet 30 whose trapezoidal grooves are directed vertically. To fasten the upper edge of the steel sheet 30, an L-profile 31 is provided at a distance from the ceiling. A sheet metal strip 32 is attached to this, which engages behind the Tropfkan tenchenkel 10 of the L-profile 8 and below has a U-shaped bent edge 33, which prevents dripping water on the steel sheet 30 can run down.
To form a spatial connection of living cells 11, 12 placed side by side in their longitudinal direction Rich, a ceiling connection is provided (Fig. 2). The opposite outer legs of the gutter U-profiles 7 are covered by a U-profile 34 which is directed downwards with the legs. The raised U-profiles 5 and flat profile carriers 6 are enclosed on the inside of the living cells 11, 12 with a cladding 35 made of straw cement and synthetic wood.
Smaller L-profiles 37 are welded to the apex edges 36 (FIG. 3) of the opposing L-pillars 3 of the living cells 11, 12 connected to the room unit. These serve for the releasable fastening of a flat profile 39 provided with screw bolts 38, which covers the space between the living cells on the outside.
The after the Raumin nern directed legs of the L-pillars 3 are enclosed on the inside of the living cells 11, 12 with a panel 40 made of straw cement and wood. To position the living cells 11, 12 on top of one another, the gutter U-profiles 7 are provided with support brackets 41 with which the box-shaped fastening elements 4 of the upper living cell are connected (FIG. 2).
