Aufhänger, insbesondere für eine Bananenhand
Es sind verschiedene Aufhänger für Waren, insbesondere für Bananenbüschel bekannt, mit einem Etikettenträger, der einseitig Aufhängemittel, z. B. eine Öse oder einen Haken zum Aufhängen des Aufhängers an einem Nagel, einer Stange, einem Draht oder dergleichen eines Verkaufgestells, und auf der anderen Seite zum Erfassen der Ware bestimmte Hakenteile aufweist. An solche Halter werden verschiedene Anforderungen gestellt. Sie sollen billig, vorzugsweise einteilig aus Kunststoff herstellbar sein, einfach und sicher mit der Ware verbunden werden können und dann sicher mit der Ware verbunden bleiben.
Das erste Erfordernis wird von auf dem Markt befindlichen, einteiligen Aufhängern weitgehend erfüllt. Eine Ausführung weist zwei entgegengesetzt gerichtete Hakenteile auf, die in einer gemeinsamen Ebene nebeneinanderliegend sich mit ihren gekrümmten Teilen übergreifen. Die Praxis hat jedoch gezeigt, dass diese Haken nur mit grösster Aufmerksamkeit zuverlässig mit Bananenbüscheln vereinigt werden können, weil die zu spreizenden Hakenteile in Längsrichtung des Hakens, in welcher Richtung er auch auf die Ware aufgesetzt wird, nur in geringem Abstand voneinander liegen. Zum Spreizen ist es jedoch erforderlich, nur gegen einen der Hakenteile einen seitlichen Druck auszuüben, was im Hinblick auf den ungleichmässigen und gerundeten Querschnitt von Bananenstielen nicht leicht ist.
Das Anbringen solcher Aufhänger ist also umständlich und führt leicht dazu, dass sie nicht korrekt aufgesetzt werden. Die sich übergreifenden Hakenteile können nicht sehr stark gebogen sein, weil sonst das Aufsetzen noch weiter erschwert wird. Wenn nun der Käufer die am Aufhänger hängende Ware dreht, besteht die Gefahr, dass die Hakenteile gespreizt werden, und die Ware sich vom Haken löst. Ebenso besteht die Gefahr, dass die lose mit der Ware vereinigten Aufhänger schon beim Transport der Ware von der Pack- und Wägestelle in den Verkaufsraum verlorengehen.
Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen diese Mängel beseitigt werden. Sie geht aus von einem Aufhänger, insbesondere für eine Bananenhand, mit einem durch eine im wesentlichen ebene Platte gebildeten Etikettenträger, der von einer Kante vorstehend einen Aufhängehaken und von der gegen überliegenden Kante vorstehend aus der Ebene des Etikettenträgers spreizbare, zum Erfassen der aufzuhängenden Ware bestimmte federnde Arme aufweist, von denen der eine am freien Ende zu einem gegen den anderen Arm gerichteten Haken gebogen ist.
Ein solcher Aufhänger ist gemäss der Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der andere Arm im wesentlichen gestreckt ist, die seitliche Öffnung des gebogenen Armes abschliesst und über das freie Ende des letzteren vorsteht.
Das über den gebogenen Arm vorstehende freie Ende des gestreckten Armes erleichtert einmal das sichere Spreizen und Aufstecken auf die Ware des durch die beiden Arme gebildeten Hakens. Anderseits erschwert dieses überstehende freie Ende des gestreckten Armes das erneute Spreizen des einmal aufgesteckten Hakens.

Der dargestellte Aufhänger ist einteilig aus Kunststoff hergestellt und weist einen durch eine relativ grossflächige Platte gebildeten flachen Etikettenträger 1 rechteckiger Form auf, der mit zwei Querversteifungsrippen 2 versehen ist. Die flache Seite dieses Etikettenträgers dient dem Aufkleben von Etiketten, beispielsweise den von einer automatischen Waage ausgegebenen Etiketten.
An der einen Kante des Trägers 1 ist ein Aufhängehaken 3 vorgesehen, der zum Aufhängen des Halters an einem Nagel, einer Stange, einem Draht oder einer Schnur eines Verkaufsständers dient.
Von der gegenüberliegenden Kante des Etikettenträgers gehen zwei Hakenteile bildende Arme 4 und 5 aus, die an der Wurzel durch einen Schlitz 6 im Etikettenträger 1 getrennt sind. Der Hakenteil 4 ist in der üblichen Weise gebogen und dient als eigentlicher Träger für die aufzuhängende Ware.
Der Hakenteil 5 ist praktisch gestreckt und liegt seitlich gegen das freie Ende des Hakenteils 4 an. Der Teil 5 schliesst somit die Öffnung des Hakenteils 4 ab. Das freie Ende des Haken teils 5 ragt über das freie Ende des Hakenteils 4 nach unten heraus, so dass zwischen ihm und dem anliegenden nach oben verlaufenden Ende des Hakenteils 4 eine V-förmige Lücke entsteht. Die beiden Haktenteile ragen ungefähr gleich weit vom unteren Rand des Etikettenträgers herunter.
Das Aufstecken des Aufhängers, z. B. auf einen Bananenstiel, wird durch die dargestellte Ausführung der Hakenteile sehr erleixhtert, weil beide Hakenteile an ihrem freien, federnd spreizbaren Ende eindeutig voneinander getrennte vorstehende Partien aufweisen. Es ist daher leicht, einen dieser Teile seitlich gegen den zu erfassenden Bananenstiel anzudrücken und damit federnd aus der gemeinsamen Ebene der beiden Hakenteile 4 und 5 zu spreizen.
Dann können die gespreizten Hakenteile über den Gegenstand geschoben und der Aufhänger losgelassen werden, womit sich der Haken schliesst Es ist auch möglich, zum Aufstecken vorerst die ungespreizten Hakenteile so gegen den zu erfassenden Bananenstiel anzulegen, dass der Bananenstiel in die V-förmige Lücke zwischen den Hakenteilen eindringt, dann den Halter um 900 zu drehen, um die Hakenteile zu spreizen, und dann in der erwähnten Weise einzufahren.
Ist der Aufhänger einmal aufgesetzt, so ist eine unbeabsichtigte Trennung desselben vom erfassten Gegenstand praktisch unmöglich, weil der am unteren Ende infolge der beiden getrennten Hakenteile besonders breite Haken die Drehung des ganzen Halters gegenüber der erfassten Ware hindert.
Das ist besonders der Fall, wenn der Halter zum Aufhängen von Bananen dient, wo die Drehung durch dem erfassten Stiel benachbarte Stiele der Bananenhand erschwert wird.
Es sind verschiedene Ausführungsvarianten möglich. Der Hakenteil 5 kann gerade ausgeführt werden. Die Krümmung des Hakenteils 4 kann etwas stärker oder schwächer sein als dargestellt.
In Fig. 3 ist eine Ausführungsvariante dargestellt, bei welcher der gestreckte Hakenteil 5 eine den gebogenen Hakenteil 4 teilweise überdeckende Nase 7 aufweist. Auch in diesem Falle erleichtert das über den Hakenteil 4 vorstehende freie Ende des gestreckten Hakenteils 5 das Anbringen des Aufhängers an einem Bananenstiel oder dergleichen erheblich, während die Nase 7 den Halt des aufgesetzten Aufhängers noch verbessert.
Während bei den dargestellten Ausführungsformen die beiden Hakenteile 4 und 5 gleich kräftig, d.h. praktisch gleich breit und dick ausgeführt sind, kann der gestreckte Hakenteil 5 schwächer, z. B. nur so dick wie der Etikettenträger 1 und weniger breit als der gebogene Hakenteil 4 ausgebildet sein.
Das Anbringen des Aufhängers an einem Gegenstand, insbesondere an einer Bananenhand, wird damit noch leichter, ohne dass der zuverlässige Halt leidet.
Der Hakenteil 5 kann andere Formen aufweisen als in den Figuren dargestellt. In gewissen Fällen, z. B. wenn einzelne Halter einer automatischen Ausgabevorrichtung entnommen werden sollen, kann die relativ grosse Breite des Hakens an seinem freien Ende nachteilig wirken. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass in diesem Falle mit Vorteil das über den Hakenteil 4 vorstehende Ende des gestreckten Hakenteils 5 etwa parallel zur Längsachse des Hakens, d.h. etwa senkrecht in Fig. 1 und 3 verlaufend angeordnet werden kann. Es genügt die Voraussetzungen zu erfüllen, dass der Haktenteil 5 seitlich neben dem Hakenteil 4 liegt, und dass die beiden freien Enden der Hakenteile einen etwa V-förmigen Orientierungseinschnitt bilden, in welchem der zu erfassende Gegenstand beim Aufsetzen des Aufhängers eintreten kann.
Hangers, especially for a banana hand
There are various hangers for goods, especially for banana tufts known, with a label carrier, the one-sided hanging means, for. B. has an eyelet or a hook for hanging the hanger on a nail, a rod, a wire or the like of a sales rack, and on the other hand has certain hook parts for gripping the goods. Various requirements are placed on such holders. They should be cheap, preferably one-piece made of plastic, can be easily and securely connected to the goods and then remain securely connected to the goods.
The first requirement is largely met by one-piece hangers on the market. One embodiment has two oppositely directed hook parts which, lying next to one another in a common plane, overlap with their curved parts. However, practice has shown that these hooks can only be reliably combined with tufts of bananas with the greatest care, because the hook parts to be spread are only a small distance from each other in the longitudinal direction of the hook, in which direction it is also placed on the goods. For spreading, however, it is necessary to exert a lateral pressure only against one of the hook parts, which is not easy in view of the uneven and rounded cross-section of banana stalks.
Attaching such hangers is therefore cumbersome and easily leads to them not being placed correctly. The overlapping parts of the hook cannot be bent very sharply, because otherwise the placement is made even more difficult. If the buyer now turns the goods hanging on the hanger, there is a risk that the hook parts will be spread and the goods will come off the hook. There is also the risk that the hangers that are loosely combined with the goods are lost when the goods are transported from the packing and weighing point to the sales room.
The present invention aims to overcome these shortcomings. It is based on a hanger, in particular for a banana hand, with a label carrier formed by an essentially flat plate, which has a hanging hook protruding from one edge and which is spreadable from the opposite edge protruding out of the plane of the label carrier, intended to grasp the goods to be hung Has resilient arms, one of which is bent at the free end to a hook directed against the other arm.
According to the invention, such a hanger is characterized in that the other arm is essentially stretched, closes the lateral opening of the curved arm and projects beyond the free end of the latter.
The free end of the extended arm protruding over the curved arm facilitates the safe spreading and attachment of the hook formed by the two arms to the goods. On the other hand, this protruding free end of the extended arm makes it more difficult to spread the hook once it has been attached.

The hanger shown is made in one piece from plastic and has a flat label carrier 1 of rectangular shape which is formed by a relatively large plate and is provided with two transverse reinforcement ribs 2. The flat side of this label carrier is used to stick labels, for example the labels issued by an automatic scale.
On one edge of the carrier 1, a hanging hook 3 is provided, which is used to hang the holder on a nail, a rod, a wire or a cord of a sales stand.
Two arms 4 and 5 which form hook parts extend from the opposite edge of the label carrier and are separated at the root by a slot 6 in the label carrier 1. The hook part 4 is bent in the usual way and serves as the actual carrier for the goods to be suspended.
The hook part 5 is practically stretched and rests laterally against the free end of the hook part 4. The part 5 thus closes the opening of the hook part 4. The free end of the hook part 5 protrudes over the free end of the hook part 4 downwards, so that a V-shaped gap is created between it and the adjacent upwardly extending end of the hook part 4. The two hook parts protrude approximately the same distance from the lower edge of the label carrier.
Attaching the hanger, e.g. B. on a banana stem, is very embarrassed by the illustrated embodiment of the hook parts, because both hook parts have clearly separated protruding parts at their free, resiliently expandable end. It is therefore easy to press one of these parts laterally against the banana stem to be grasped and thus to spread it resiliently out of the common plane of the two hook parts 4 and 5.
Then the spread hook parts can be pushed over the object and the hanger can be released, which closes the hook.It is also possible to first place the unspread hook parts against the banana stem to be grasped so that the banana stem fits into the V-shaped gap between the Hook parts penetrates, then turn the holder by 900 to spread the hook parts, and then retract in the manner mentioned.
Once the hanger has been put on, it is practically impossible to inadvertently separate it from the gripped object, because the hook, which is particularly wide at the lower end due to the two separate hook parts, prevents the entire holder from rotating relative to the gripped goods.
This is particularly the case when the holder is used to hang up bananas, where rotation is made difficult by the stalks of the banana hand that are adjacent to the grasped stem.
Different versions are possible. The hook part 5 can be carried out straight. The curvature of the hook part 4 can be somewhat stronger or weaker than shown.
In FIG. 3 an embodiment variant is shown in which the elongated hook part 5 has a nose 7 which partially covers the curved hook part 4. In this case, too, the free end of the stretched hook part 5 protruding beyond the hook part 4 makes it much easier to attach the hanger to a banana stick or the like, while the nose 7 further improves the hold of the attached hanger.
While in the illustrated embodiments the two hook parts 4 and 5 are equally strong, i. are made practically the same width and thickness, the stretched hook part 5 can be weaker, z. B. only as thick as the label carrier 1 and less wide than the curved hook part 4.
Attaching the hanger to an object, in particular to a banana hand, is thus even easier without the reliable hold being impaired.
The hook part 5 can have other shapes than shown in the figures. In certain cases, e.g. B. if individual holders are to be removed from an automatic dispenser, the relatively large width of the hook at its free end can have a disadvantageous effect. It has been shown that in this case the end of the elongated hook part 5 projecting over the hook part 4 is advantageously approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the hook, i.e. can be arranged running approximately perpendicular in FIGS. 1 and 3. It is sufficient to meet the requirements that the hook part 5 lies laterally next to the hook part 4, and that the two free ends of the hook parts form an approximately V-shaped orientation incision in which the object to be grasped can enter when the hanger is placed.
