Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch eine Fassaden-Verkleidungsplatte mit ihrer Haltevorrichtung an einer Tragschiene angeordnet;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Verkleidungsplatte mit ihrer Haltevorrichtung von hinten gesehen;
Curtain wall cladding panel fastened with a holding device
The invention relates to a curtain wall cladding panel fastened by means of a holding device. Facade cladding panels, for example made of asbestos cement, are usually screwed to a substructure or riveted to profile supports, which in turn are supported by special assembly devices. In both cases, the screw or rivet heads are visible on the outside of the facade cladding.
Fastenings for cladding panels that are invisible from the outside have also been developed. With these, the cladding panels are provided with blind holes on the back, into which panel anchors with internal threads are inserted. With these plate anchors, suspension brackets are screwed, which in turn are hung in the profile beams of a mounting device. However, this invisible type of fastening requires that the cladding panels are at least 12 mm thick.
The aim of the invention is to create a fastening of facade cladding panels which is invisible from the outside and which is suitable for much thinner cladding panels.
The invention is characterized in that the holding device has a leg which positively engages in a groove machined on the rear side of the cladding panel and to which a web adjoins practically at right angles, with which a second leg of the holding device is connected, which two legs are designed to to grip over a mounting rail in a clamping manner.
The groove worked into the cladding panels is expediently dovetailed in cross section.
If, according to a preferred embodiment, an adjusting screw is arranged in a threaded bore of the web of the holding device, a height correction of the cladding panel with respect to the support rail can easily be carried out.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention with a variant. Show it:
1 shows a cross section through a facade cladding panel with its holding device arranged on a support rail;
2 shows a view of the cladding panel with its holding device, seen from the rear;
3 shows a longitudinal section along line III-III through the cladding panel with the holding device; and the
FIGS. 4 to 6 show, in the same representations as FIGS. 1 to 3, a cladding panel with a variant of a holding device.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cladding panel 1, which is only partially shown, has a milled, dovetail-shaped groove 2. The angled edges 3a of a leg 3 of a holding device 4 with an L-shaped cross section engage in this. This has a further leg 5 and a web 6 to which the legs 3 and 5 are attached. The web 6 runs at right angles to the legs 3 and 5. The two legs 3 and 5 grip in a clamping manner over a flank of a profile mounting rail 7, which in turn is carried by a holder 8 of a mounting device, which is only indicated. Such a mounting device is for example in Swiss patent no. 417 917.
The web 6 is formed by the parts of the two legs 3, 5 which are angled and connected to one another, for example by spot welding. It contains a threaded hole 9 which receives an adjusting screw 10. This is supported on the horizontal leg of the profile support rail and allows a height correction of the curtain cladding panel 1.
The variant according to FIGS. 4 to 6 only has a somewhat modified holding device 4. This is U-shaped in cross section and also has a leg 3 engaging with angled edges 3a in the dovetail-shaped groove 2 of the plate 1, a web 6 and a second leg 5. The legs 3, 5 grip over a profile support rail 7 in a clamping manner. In this embodiment too, an adjusting screw 10 is arranged in a threaded hole in the web 6.
The holding device 4 is expediently formed on a corrosion-resistant sheet metal. The dovetail groove does not have to start from the edge of a plate 1. It can also be milled inside the panel, for example starting from a blind hole. It is only essential that the groove allows the leg 3 of the holding device 4 to be retracted. The groove 2 could also have a different shape in cross section. It only has to enable a form-fitting mounting of the leg 3 of the holding device.
