Fig. 1 zeigt die Ausgangslage.
Hydraulic control unit
The conventional controls used on machine tool machines with electrical limit switches, contactors, delay relays and electromagnetic hydraulic valves have not always met the requirements and had to be built in a correspondingly complex and expensive manner in such a case.
The present invention relates to a hydraulic control device. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that a working piston arranged in a double-acting working cylinder is constantly under the pressure of a pressure medium on one side and causes the valve system to reverse when the pressure rises when the working piston reaches an end position.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically, namely show:
1 shows a section through the control unit after the return of the working piston has ended,
2 shows a similar section after the rapid traverse has ended and the working stroke of the working piston has begun,
3 shows a further section after the end of the working stroke of the working piston and
4 shows a fourth section, showing the working piston on its way back.
In the oil lines of the control unit shown, the full fluid pressure generated by the pump prevails in the finely dotted lines, a reduced fluid pressure in the coarsely dotted lines, and there is almost no pressure in the empty lines.
In the illustrated embodiment, a reversing slide 5 designed as a stepped piston is movably arranged in two end positions in a valve block 3 separated from the working cylinder 1 with working piston 2 in a guide bore 4 provided with various transverse passages. 6 is a hydraulic fluid line which is connected to a fluid pump and which leads into the valve block 3 and which continuously acts on the end of the reversing slide 5 having the smaller piston cross section.
In the hydraulic fluid channel 6 a pressure ratio valve 7, formed as a stepped piston with a cross-sectional ratio of 8:10, is arranged, whose piston with its smaller cross-sectional area is permanently under the action of the hydraulic fluid, which also acts on the larger cross-sectional area of the valve piston 7 via an axial connecting bore 7 ', seeks to push this into the closed position and thereby causes a pressure-generating throttling of the hydraulic fluid to approx. 80 / o in the line 8. 9 is a narrow bore connecting the pressure line 6 with the line 8 and bridging the pressure ratio valve 7. The change in position of the reversing slide 5 is brought about by a control valve 10 and a control valve 11.
Both control valves 10 and 11 are designed as stepped pistons, which with their smaller piston cross-section are permanently connected to the pressure fluid of the pressure line 6 via the lines 12, 13 and with their larger piston cross-section are alternately connected to the pressure-free fluid return 14 and the pressure fluid . Depending on the position of the working piston 2, its side with the smaller piston cross section is under full or reduced fluid pressure and the side with the larger piston cross section is under full or reduced fluid pressure or under complete pressure relief, depending on the position of the reversing spool. The side of the working piston 2 having the smaller piston cross section is connected to the pressure line 6 via the lines 15 and 8.
A line 16 connects the line 8 via the reversing slide 5 with the side of the control valve 10 having the larger piston cross-section. A line 17 connects the line 8 via the reversing slide 5 with the end of the control valve 11 having the larger piston cross-section, with a throttle in the line 18 is installed. The line 17 is also connected via the throttle 18 and a line 19 to the side of the working piston 2 having the larger piston cross section. A cylinder 21 with a rapid traverse piston 22 is installed in a branch line 20 of the line 17 which connects the line 8 via the reversing slide 5 to the line 19. The rapid traverse piston 22 has a check valve 23 under spring tension and the size of its stroke can be regulated by an adjusting screw 24.
The feed speed of the working piston 2 can be regulated by the throttle 18. The hydraulic fluid return 14 is connected to the lines 17, 20 via the reversing slide 5, depending on its position. 25 are vent lines of the control valves 10 and 11 and of the pressure ratio valve 7 that are permanently connected to the liquid return 14. A line 26 connects the pressure lines 6, 12 via the control valve 10 to the cylinder bores of the reversing slide 5 and the control valve 11. Through an axial bore 27 of the reversing slide 5, the space on the left side of the piston is connected to line 20.
The mode of operation of the described control device or its valve system is described below with reference to Fig. 14:
Fig. 1 shows the starting position. In this the working piston 2 is in the return position. The pressure oil from the pump holds the slide 5 in the position pushed to the left. Pressure oil passes through the bore 9 into the line 8 and via the slide 5 into the line 16 to the control valve 10, the piston of which has thereby moved to the left. Pressurized oil is now directed to the left side of the piston of the reversing slide 5 via the lines 26, 26 ′. Since the reversing slide 5 is built as a stepped piston, it moves to the right. This changes the direction of action of the valve combination.
By changing the position of the reversing spool 5 according to FIG. 2, the control valve 10 is vented on the one hand, thereby moving its piston to the right, which results in the pressure oil in the line 26 being blocked. On the other hand, pressure-reduced oil now flows via the pressure ratio valve 7, 7 'into the line 8 and via the line 20 to the rapid traverse piston 22. This moves to the left, and the displaced oil, which it pushes in front of it, reaches the cover side of the Working cylinder 1 and acts on the side of the working piston 2 having the larger piston cross section. This now moves to the right at rapid traverse speed.
Through the control bore 27 of the reversing slide 5, the pressure on the left side of the piston of the reversing slide 5 is maintained and any leakage is replaced (self-holding). Subsequent to the rapid traverse movement of the working piston 2, the feed movement begins, since the pressurized oil now reaches the working piston 2 via the lines 17 and 19 and via the throttle 18.
Through the line 15, the working piston 2 is constantly loaded by the oil pressure column on its side with the smaller piston cross-section, so that it is clamped between 2 pressure columns during the working stroke and moves to the right at the feed speed, which is continuously adjustable by the throttle 18, to the end position .
The working piston 2 has meanwhile moved on and is now up against the right stop of the cylinder 1 according to FIG. The pressure ratio valve 7, 7 'closes and the pressure oil continues to flow via the bore 9 and pushes the piston of the control valve 11 downwards. As a result, the left piston side of the reversing slide 5 is vented via the lines 26 ′, 25 and connected to the oil return 14.
The reversing slide 5 now moves to the left under the pressure of the hydraulic fluid acting on it from the right from the line 6, which results in a change in position of the valve combination.
According to FIG. 4, this change of position causes the working piston 2 to return by venting it via the lines 19, 20, 14. Pressure oil continues to flow to cylinder 1 via lines 8, 15 and shifts working piston 2 to the left. On the other hand, the oil flowing back from the cylinder 1 via the lines 19, 20, 14 passes the check valve 23 in the rapid traverse piston 22, whereby the low oil pressure still existing in the cylinder chamber 21 'due to the overcoming of the spring bias of the check valve 23 after passing the check valve 23 completely drops so that the cylinder space 21 ″ is practically pressureless. As a result, the rapid traverse piston 23 is pushed to the right into its starting position.
The adjustment screw 24 can be used to limit the stroke of the rapid traverse piston 23, so that the position of the rapid traverse feed reversal of the working piston 2 can be adjusted over the course of the process. The oil flowing from the pump through the pressure line 6 reaches the right side of the working cylinder 1 via the pressure ratio valve 7, 7 'and the lines 8 and 15 so that the working piston 2 moves to the left until it has reached its starting position. As a result, the pressure in the lines 15, 8 rises to the maximum level and, as shown in FIG. 1, causes the pressure ratio valve 7 to close. Only through the bore 9 does oil still flow via the lines 8 16 to the control valve 10, which thereby shifts to the left, as Fig. 1 shows. In this position of the control valve 10, a new work cycle is triggered.
So that the reversing slide 5 cannot be displaced over time due to possibly seeping pressure oil onto the left piston surface of the same, this pressure space is vented through the axial bore 27 of the reversing slide 5.
The pressure ratio valve 7, 7 'fulfills a very important function in the mode of operation described.
It regulates the oil pressure to approx. 80 / o of the pump pressure to the working cylinder. This is necessary because otherwise the control spools 10 and 11 could switch immediately when the working piston 2 starts up due to its inertia. However, because the control spools 10 and 11 only respond when the pump pressure is at least 90 / o, this rules out a malfunction. Only when the working piston 2 is at the stop in the cylinder 1 (Fig. 1 and 3) can the pressure in the entire system through the bore 9 next to the pressure ratio valve 7, 7 'increase to 1000 / o, which the switching of the control spool 10 and 11 initiated.
The working piston is switched over only after a small delay, which is due to the increase in the pressure oil to the maximum pump pressure made possible via the bore 9. This enables the tool to cut out the chip.
The rapid traverse of the working piston 2 is continuously adjustable from 0-1000 / o of the piston travel.
The hydraulic control unit described is shown here in single execution that switches itself at the end of the stroke of the working piston. Of course, the control unit can be assembled in a chain to form a control system, with z. B. each valve system passes on its impulse to another valve system and thus a sequence-controlled automatic sequence of a certain cycle can be achieved.
The following, important requirements for operation are met: The control is not affected by the chips or the coolant. The controls are small and not attached to the working cylinder. The working stroke of the working piston is z. B. when drilling blind holes or turning, etc. adjustable to any desired size. At the end of the stroke, the working stroke is only switched back after a short standstill in order to enable the tool to cut out the chip. The control allows the rapid traverse to be activated for the infeed of the tool. During the working stroke, the working piston is clamped between 2 columns of hydraulic fluid.
