Verputz 2 an.
The invention relates to a door frame with a longitudinally extending groove connection between one leg of the door frame and a cladding strip resting against the wall, as well as to a method for producing such a door frame.
The production of a door lining for a wall opening has previously required extensive adaptation work on the construction site in order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the door lining.
To make this work easier, a door frame has become known which has a groove connection extending in the longitudinal direction between a narrow side of the door frame and the decorative or rebate cladding resting against the wall.
This measure made it easy to attach prefabricated door frames in the finished building without the need for major reworking of the door frame or the decorative paneling. However, the disadvantage of this arrangement has been that the prefabricated door frames take up extensive storage space, that they also take up a lot of space for transport to the construction site, and that transporting the prefabricated door frames on the construction site over stairs and around corners is cumbersome and time-consuming .
It is the object of the invention to provide a door frame, the individual parts of which can be prefabricated outside the construction site, which can be stored and transported without requiring a large amount of space, and which can be easily, quickly and reliably installed on the construction site. This is achieved according to the invention for a door frame cited at the beginning in that the trim strip is connected to at least two angle elements arranged on the wall side and attached to the wall, and that the leg is attached to the angle elements and connected to the trim strip.
In the following an embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.
The figure shows a horizontal section through a door frame with a door and the associated panels.
In the opening of a wall 1, which is provided with plaster 2, a board-shaped lining 5 is attached, which is connected to the wall side 3 delimiting the wall opening via an angle element 4 in a manner described later. The one narrow side 9 of the door frame 5 is flush with the Oberflä surface of the plaster 2. A rebate cladding 6, which has a

The narrow side 10 of the door frame 5 is provided with a groove 11.
This groove, as well as the part of the door frame 5, which lies against the wall side 3 and is designed as a tongue 12, serve to connect the door frame to a decorative panel 13, which is also arranged vertically. This is provided with a tongue 14 for the groove 11 and a groove 15 for the tongue 12 of the door frame 5 provided.
For a clean connection of the decorative cladding 13 to the plastering of the wall, the decorative cladding also has a rebate 16 so that the decorative cladding 13 can be easily adapted to any differences in the wall thickness, such as tiles, by machining the edge 20 on the construction site.
Of course, the groove connections between the door frame 5 and the rebate cladding 6 or the decorative cladding 13 can be designed in a manner other than that described. The groove connections essentially serve to compensate for slight differences between the actual and the planned wall thickness. It is also possible to prefabricate door frames for specific, graduated wall thicknesses and to compensate for the mass in between with the help of the groove connection.
The door frame 5 is attached to the wall side with the help of an angle element 4. The short leg of the bracket shown in the figure is connected to the rebate cladding 6, while the long leg of the bracket element is attached to the wall side 3 before the door frame 5 is installed. Fastening can be done, for example, with the aid of countersunk screws that engage in previously attached wall anchors. The door frame 5 is fastened to the angle element 4 with the aid of a push-button connection, which consists for example of a push button 18 connected to the angle element 4 and a sleeve 19 fastened in the door frame 5.
The push button 18 can be attached to the angle element by riveting or screwing. A screw can also be used as a push button if the sleeve 19 is selected to be flexible. A plastic, for example PVC, is preferably provided as the material for the sleeve 19. Several such snap-fastener connections are arranged over the entire length of the door frame, which are sufficient for fastening the door frame to the angle element 4. The groove connections on both sides of the door frame serve to guide the door frame sideways and for additional support.
The door lining is produced, for example, by cutting and milling out the rebate lining 6, the door lining 5 and the decorative lining 13 outside the construction site.
Furthermore, the rebate cladding 6 and the angle element 4 are attached to the wall side 3 with the necessary bores for attaching the drill-in tapes or for fastening the angle element. Finally, the various parts are painted or given a surface coating prior to assembly. B. consists of varnish, paint, PVC or synthetic resin panels.
After these operations, the individual parts are packed and transported to the construction site. There, the rebate cladding 6 is first connected to the angle element 4 with the aid of the drill-in straps 8, whereupon the resulting arrangement is attached to the wall side 3 with the aid of screws 17.
The door frame is then pushed into the groove of the rebate cladding 6 with the tongue, on the one hand, and fastened with the aid of the push-button connection 18, 19 on the other. Instead of the push-button connection, an adhesive connection can also be made. As the last work step, the decorative panel 13 is attached to the door frame 5 with the aid of the groove connection.
Both this groove connection and the groove connection between the door frame 5 and the rebate trim 6 can be supported by a glue connection.
The advantage of the described arrangement and the described method consists in the rational industrial prefabrication as well as the easy storability and good transportability of the individual components of the door frame. Furthermore, the assembly times on the construction site are extremely short, since the essential manufacturing steps can be carried out mechanically in a factory. In addition, there are no externally visible screw connections or other holes in the door frame itself that are necessary due to the connection between the door frame and the wall. No work step is envisaged that could damage the paintwork or surface coating already carried out in the factory, so that there is no need for reworking in this regard.
