Möbel mit Beinen
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Möbel mit Beinen, insbesondere ein Sitzmöbel.
Bei Sitzmöbeln, aber auch bei Tischen und anderen Möbeln mit Beinen, besonders solchen aus Holz, werden üblicherweise die Beine an einer Zarge befestigt, die weiter eine Platte, Sitzplatte, Tischplatte oder dergleichen trägt. Diese Zarge bildet von der Platte etwa rechtwinklig nach unten ragende Seitenteile, die sehr oft die eigentliche Platte als schwer und plump erscheinen lassen. Ausserdem ist diese Herstellungsweise sehr aufwendig.
Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe, die Herstellungsweise solcher Möbel wesentlich zu vereinfachen und ein Möbel mit Beinen, insbesondere ein Sitzmöbel, zu schaffen, das sehr elegant und leicht wirkt.
Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass das Möbel eine verwindungssteif ausgebildete Platte aufweist und an dieser die Beine einzeln vermittels Konsolen befestigt sind.
Gemäss einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist jede Konsole zwei rechtwinklig zueinander stehende und durch einen Steg miteinander verbundene, flächige Teile auf, die je an der Unterseite der Platte und an der der Platte zugewendeten Fläche eines Beines befestigt sind, wobei hierzu die flächigen Teile in entsprechende komplementär ausgebildete Vertiefungen der Beine bzw. der Platte versenkt und in diese Vertiefung eingeklebt sein können.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt als beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Möbels nach der Erfindung einen Stuhl. Es zeigt:

Der dargestellte Stuhl weist eine Sitzplatte 1 auf, die verwindungssteif aufgebildet ist. Mit 3 und 4 ist ein Paar der Beine des dargestellten Stuhls bezeichnet, wobei die Beine 4 sich über die Sitzhöhe hinaus erstrecken und zugleich eine Lehne bilden.
Bemerkenswert ist das Fehlen einer Zarge. Im Gegensatz zu bisher bekannten Stuhlkonstruktionen erfolgt beim dargestellten Stuhl die Verbindung der Sitzplatte 1 mit den Beinen 3, 4 vermittels Konsolen 2, wobei jedes Bein einzeln und direkt an der Sitzplatte 1 befestigt ist.
Jede der hierzu verwendeten Konsolen 2 weist zwei zueinander rechtwinklig angeordnete flächige Teile 5 bzw. 6 auf, die durch einen Steg 7 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Konsolen 2 können in der dargestellten Form im Spritzgussverfahren aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Sowohl die Unterseite der Platte 1 als auch die Fläche der Beine 3, 4 welche der Sitzplatte 1 zugewendet sind, weisen Vertiefungen 8 bzw. 9 auf, in welche die flächigen Teile 5 bzw. 6 genau passen. Die Befestigung dieser flächigen Teile 5, 6 an der Sitzplatte bzw.
an den Beinen 3,4 kann über Schrauben erfolgen oder aber wie im dargestellten Beispiel durch Kleben. Zur Vergrösserung der Klebflächen und damit nicht nur bezüglich der grössten durch die Verbindung aufzunehmenden Kräfte, stumpfe Klebeflächen vorhanden sind, besitzen die flächigen Teile 5, 6 vorragende Rippen 10 oder Vorsprünge 11 und/oder Vertiefungen oder treppenförmige Absätze, und entsprechend, d. h. komplementär sind auch die Vertiefungen in der Sitzplatte 1 und in den Beinen 3, 4 ausgebildet, so dass zueinander abgewinkelte, insbesondere rechtwinklige Klebflächen entstehen, die die Haftung wesentlich verbessern.
Gemäss einer für Sitzmöbel besonders vorteilhaften, hier nicht näher dargestellten Ausführungsform könnten die Konsolen als Stapelstufen ausgebildet sein, um ein raumsparendes Stapeln gleicher Sitzmöbel zu ermöglichen.
Analog, wie für den beispielsweise dargestellten Stuhl beschrieben und dargestellt, können andere Sitzmöbel, z. B. Hocker oder Sessel, hergestellt werden, aber auch Tische, bei denen die verwindungssteife Platte die Tischplatte bildet.

The present invention has the object of significantly simplifying the production method of such furniture and of creating a piece of furniture with legs, in particular a piece of seating furniture, which looks very elegant and light.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the piece of furniture has a torsion-resistant plate and the legs are attached to this plate individually by means of brackets.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, each console has two flat parts that are perpendicular to one another and connected by a web, each of which is attached to the underside of the plate and to the surface of a leg facing the plate, the flat parts being correspondingly complementary trained recesses of the legs or the plate can be sunk and glued into this recess.

The chair shown has a seat plate 1 which is designed to be torsion-resistant. A pair of legs of the chair shown is denoted by 3 and 4, the legs 4 extending beyond the height of the seat and at the same time forming a backrest.
The lack of a frame is remarkable. In contrast to previously known chair constructions, in the chair shown, the seat plate 1 is connected to the legs 3, 4 by means of brackets 2, each leg being individually and directly attached to the seat plate 1.
Each of the brackets 2 used for this purpose has two flat parts 5 and 6 which are arranged at right angles to one another and which are connected to one another by a web 7. The consoles 2 can be produced in the form shown by injection molding from metal or plastic. Both the underside of the plate 1 and the surface of the legs 3, 4 which face the seat plate 1 have recesses 8 and 9, into which the flat parts 5 and 6 fit exactly. The attachment of these flat parts 5, 6 to the seat plate or
on the legs 3, 4 can be done using screws or, as in the example shown, by gluing. To enlarge the adhesive surfaces and thus not only with regard to the greatest forces to be absorbed by the connection, there are blunt adhesive surfaces, the flat parts 5, 6 have protruding ribs 10 or projections 11 and / or depressions or step-shaped paragraphs, and accordingly, d. H. The depressions in the seat plate 1 and in the legs 3, 4 are also designed to be complementary, so that adhesive surfaces that are angled to one another, in particular at right angles, are produced which significantly improve the adhesion.
According to an embodiment which is particularly advantageous for seating furniture and is not shown in detail here, the consoles could be designed as stacking steps in order to enable the same seating furniture to be stacked in a space-saving manner.
Analogously, as described and shown for the chair shown, for example, other seating furniture, e.g. B. stools or armchairs, but also tables in which the torsion-resistant plate forms the table top.
