Fig. 1 einen Gebäudeteil mit Seitenwand und Dach im Querschnitt,
Set of building elements
The invention relates to a set of structural elements, consisting of corner wall, plate and roof elements, which can be assembled to create building barracks, residential houses or halls that can be dismantled.
The problem arises of building buildings using a simple construction method and in the shortest possible time.
With the set of components according to the invention this problem can be solved.
This is characterized in that the components have a profiled edge, with at least one side being provided with a comb-and-groove connection shape for connection to an adjacent component, and that the profiled edge has a groove on at least one side which is used for connection to an iron framework is used.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawings.
Show it:
1 shows a part of the building with side wall and roof in cross section,
FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section II-II through the housing wall of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a connection part of the components to the iron framework in horizontal section,
The set of prefabricated structural elements consists of corner wall elements 1, plate elements 2, 3 and roof elements 4, which can be assembled to form walls and roof as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The components 1 to 4 have a profiled edge. At least one side of the same is provided with a comb-and-groove connection form 5 for connection to an adjacent component, in particular in the vertical direction. At least one other side of the component has a groove 6 which is used for connection to an iron framework 7 (FIGS. 2 and 3). The middle ridge 8 of the ridge-groove connection form 5 is folded at right angles on the outside in cross section. The parallel side surfaces 9 of the comb 8 adjoin shoulder surfaces 10 which are symmetrical to one another, the comb side surfaces 9 and the shoulder surfaces 10 forming an obtuse angle.
When the structural elements are arranged on the building, the shoulder surfaces 10 of the wall elements 1, 2 are inclined outwards so that no rainwater can penetrate into the connection section 5 of the wall (FIG. 1).
The wall elements 1, 2, with the exception of the elements 3 abutting the roof, have a profile frame 11 made of aluminum or plastic, which comprises a concrete or plastic layer 12 corresponding to its thickness. The profile frame 11 of the wall elements 1, 2 has a comb-groove connection form 5 on the outside on the joint side and a comb-groove connection form parallel to the outer connection form 5 on the inside against the concrete or plastic layer 12, which serves to hold the concrete or plastic layer 12 in place .
This shape enables the component to be provided with the same frame profile on all abutting sides.
The wall elements 1, 2, 3 can be one-sided or two-sided, i.e. have plastering on the inside and / or outside of the building.
The roof elements 4 are provided with frames 13 which have a comb groove on at least one edge side on one broad side of the panel, in FIG. 1 downwards to the side wall, and on at least one edge side on the other broad side of the panel, upwards in FIG. 1 -Connection shape 5 have. This design of the frame 13 enables the roof elements 4 to be anchored downwards to the wall elements 3, and that noses 14 protrude upwards near the abutting roof elements 4, so that the abutting edges of the roof elements can be covered over in a rainproof manner. A water can 15 can be attached under the downwardly directed outer nose 14 projecting beyond the side wall.
The frame 13 of the roof elements 4 has a groove 16 on the abutting sides so that a cavity is created by two adjacent roof elements 4, which can be provided for an iron girder or a tie rod 7, 20 and for line cables.
On the floor, the wall elements 1, 2 rest on a profile rail 17 which, towards the top, has the same connection shape 5 as the frame 11 of the wall elements 1, 2. The profile rail 17 rests on a U-iron 18.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the wall elements 1, 2 are connected to vertical U-irons 19. A pull rod 20 is provided between the legs of this U-iron 19, with which the components can be pulled towards one another. The U-iron 19 is open to the inside of the building so that it can also accommodate lines and cables that can be connected.
The vertical parting line of the adjoining wall elements 1, 2 are sealed by plastic strips 21.
The wall elements 1, 2, 3 are assembled according to Fig. 1-3. The division of the elements enables door and window openings to correspond to the size of a wall element.
