In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen;
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Fallengehäuses.
Hardware, especially for doors and cabinets by LClihhnöbein
The invention relates to a fitting in particular, for doors or drawers of Kühlmö elements, with a handle, a pivotably supporting bearing part with a bearing surface with which the bearing part is intended to be attached to the outside of a wall, and also with one of the bearing part separate trap housing to accommodate the trap.
In such, per se known fittings, which are usually used in cooling systems, the bearing part for the handle is designed so that the axis of rotation is arranged sunk in the wooden wall.
The pivotably mounted latch has an essentially V-shaped cross-sectional shape, and the actuating arm connected to the handle lies directly against the latch. In addition, a considerable wall thickness is required to accommodate the trap housing on the upper end of the wall. The disadvantage, however, is that relatively large and complexly shaped recesses are required in the wall.
Although fittings are already known in which the handle is pivotably attached in a drawer on the outside of a cooler or the like. The housing also surrounds the trap and protrudes above the top of the drawer.
However, this requires a relatively large vertical distance or a large frame height between the drawers, which reduces the available usable height.
The object to be achieved by the invention consists in creating a fitting which can be produced simply and cheaply, which can be installed with little effort and which takes up little space.
The invention is characterized in that the axis of rotation of the handle is spatially located between the bearing surface of the bearing part and the handle, the latch housing has a certain surface to rest against the inside of the wall, which extends essentially parallel to the bearing surface of the bearing part and from that of Handle protruding, protruding through the wall certain beak is penetrated, and means for guiding an actuating pin are present in the latch housing and the actuating pin cooperates with the trap via at least one tab.
This makes it possible to considerably simplify the structure of such a fitting. It can also be used for different wall thicknesses, and the recesses required in the wall are easy to produce.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. Show it;
1 shows a section through the fitting attached to a drawer,
Figure 2 is a view of the trap housing.
A bearing part 2 for holding a handle 4 by two screws 3 is rigidly attached to the outside of a vertical wall 1 - which can be the drawer front wall of a refrigerated cabinet, for example.
In this bearing part 2, the handle 4 is fastened in a pivotable manner with the aid of a horizontal bolt 5. The handle 4 is provided with a beak part 7 which penetrates the wall 1 and engages in the interior of a trap housing 6 located on the inside of the wall 1. The latch housing 6 sits in a recess or in a slot of a crossbar 8 or a door panel.
The trap 9 pivotable about a horizontal bolt 13 is penetrated by a pin 11 to which two tabs 10 are hingedly attached. The lower end of these tabs 10 is penetrated by an actuating pin 15, which is guided at its ends in vertical slots 16 in the side walls 12 of the latch housing 6. The beak part 7 protrudes between the two arms 10, and its lower surface 28 is intended to interact with the actuating pin 15. A spring 14 wound around the bolt 13 has the tendency to turn the latch 9 into the position shown in FIG. The latch 9 is rounded in the area of engagement with a plate 18 curved downwards at the front. The sheet metal 18 is fastened in a stationary frame part 17 by screws.
The latch housing 6 has at the top two horizontal, outwardly projecting tabs 20 which are fastened to the top of the crossbar 8 by screws 21.
The latch housing 6 and the bearing part 2 are fastened by common screws 3 provided with nuts 22. The rear wall 23 of the latch housing 6 is penetrated by the screws 3 and thus lies with its bearing surface 24 against the inside of the wall 1, while the bearing surface 25 of the bearing part 2 rests against the outer wall side. The bearing part 2 and the latch housing 6 are therefore directly opposite and have approximately the same extent in height.
A relatively weak spring 26 presses the beak part 7 upwards against a stop, not shown, between the handle 4 and the bearing part 2.
Since the bearing part 2 is separated from the latch housing 6, the thickness of the wall can vary within wide limits, with only the shaft length of the screws 3 having to be adapted depending on the wall thickness.
The lower surface 28 of the beak 7 runs approximately at right angles to the handle 4 or approximately horizontally in the resting state, so that with different wall thicknesses the contact point with the actuating pin 15 only moves horizontally, but does not change in height.
The openings in the wall 1 consist of an elongated hole 27 and a screw hole above and below the same. These openings can easily be made by machine and do not require high precision.
To pull out the drawer or to open the door, the handle 4 is pulled in the direction of arrow A. As a result, the beak part 7 pivots downwards and presses on the actuating pin 15, which - guided in the vertical slots 16 - is moved downwards. The tabs 10 are also moved downwards and pull the latch 9 downwards so that it disengages from the sheet metal 18, whereby the drawer or door can be opened.
When the drawer or door is closed, the latch 9 is pushed downwards by the curved part of the sheet metal 18 and then passes behind its curve, whereupon the drawer is closed again.
It would also be possible to provide a bolt that moves in a straight line instead of a pivotable bolt.
