Fig.
Device for the assembly of wall parts Wall elements and especially wall panels who are usually mounted so that attached to them Stahilprofi, be attached to the building chain. Another method is to mount the wall panel on steel profiles anchored in the building skeleton. When the steel profiles on the wall panel are finished, they are mounted on the building skeleton either from the outside or from the inside. A disadvantage of the assembly from the outside is that the work has to be done from a scaffold.
The assembly from the inside requires recesses in the building skeleton to cover the assembly carried out. On the other hand, concealed installation can also be achieved by arranging special depressions or by attaching the wall panels in nenabdeckuing after the latter has been attached to the building structure. It can generally be said of these known assembly methods that the assembly of the wall panel requires an exact arrangement of the steel profiles.
Further disadvantages of this method can be mentioned that the indentations made in the building's skeleton need to be repaired, that the inside of the wall has to be completed, and that the steel profiles impair the entire connection point.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the device according to the invention, which is characterized in that it has an internally threaded pipe intended for connection with the building skeleton and a rod screwed into this, designed as a pipe screw and provided with a corresponding anse thread, which is attached to the one end has a cutting lip and is designed so
that it can be operated from the side along its part protruding from the pipe to rotate and bead into the building skeleton.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawings.

Fig.
10 a wall panel that has been fully assembled on the building skeleton.
The device 1 has a pipe 2, a screw 3 and a nut 4 intended for pouring. The pipe 2 is provided with an external thread 5, which makes it possible to connect cast pipes by means of a connecting sleeve (FIG. 8) and also to improve the anchoring of the pipe in the concrete.
The tube also has an internal thread 6, into which the screw 3 can be inserted so that it is axially displaced with respect to the tube 2.
At one end, the tube 2 also has a plate 7, the edges 8 of which are bent upwards, and which has a central opening of such a size that the screw 3 can reach through. The height of the upturned edges 8 is dimensioned such that it exceeds the height of the nut 4. The plate 7 is further provided with small assembly openings 9, which are used to insert the pipe 2 into the Ble tonschalungsform shortly before filling the concrete.
The plate can also be provided with a cover 10 to prevent the ingress of concrete.
The screw 3 has two longitudinal notches 11 on its outside. The bore 13 of the nut 4 has smooth sides which are provided with inwardly directed pins or cams 12 which protrude into the notches 11. The bore 13 and the cams 12 are dimensioned so that the nut can be moved freely along the screw without twisting relative to it. This forces the screw 3 to rotate at the same time as the nut. Instead, the screw could also be rectangular, for example square, with rounded corners provided with a thread, whereby it could be turned with a tool. It also has a cutting lip 14 of suitable shape at one end.
A longitudinal bore 15 expediently extends through the screw 3 in order to receive the chips when drilling and screwing the screw into the wall panel.
The assembly of a wall panel or a wall element is carried out, as can be seen from the above, in such a way that when the nut 4 is rotated, the screw 3 is simultaneously rotated and screwed upward into the wall element or the panel 17 with respect to the pipe cast in the building skeleton becomes (Fig. 9). The panel 17 is attached in place with respect to the building by means of spacers or the like. Since the bore 13 and the pins 12 are dimensioned so that the nut 4 can be moved freely along the screw 3, this can be brought into the most favorable position for assembly.
Fig. 10 shows a mounted blackboard, from which the approximate position of the assembly device 1 results. In this figure, the devices are connected in pairs by means of connecting sleeves 18 (FIG. 8) and extend through floors or walls.
The mounting device can be modified in various ways. For example, the plate with its upwardly curved edges can also be designed differently instead of circular, and the screw 3 can be made from rod material. The nut can also have a shape other than hexagonal and special keys can be used to turn the nut or screw.
