Apparatus for driving looms The invention relates to a Antriebvorrich device on weaving machines, during the operation of which sudden load peaks can occur, the device having two mutually rotatable clutch disks about their common axis and a pressure-loaded slip clutch element, which has a braked relative rotation when overloaded of the two clutch disks, a reset device which, after the overload has disappeared, brings about a return movement of the clutch disks in the area of their mutual central starting position, and finally a stop which limits the relative movement of the two clutch disks, and in the tangential direction Acting springs of the restoring device with one end on one,
with the other are supported on the other clutch disk and are pretensioned in such a way that when the clutch disks are rotated against each other, they return them to their original position. A device of this type is explained in main patent no. 465,525.
The characteristic of the restoring force, which tries to turn the clutch disks back into the starting position in the event of mutual rotation, is determined on the one hand by the resulting force of the tangentially arranged, counter-acting return springs, on the other hand by the braking force of the pressure-loaded slipping clutch element. Unless special precautions are taken, the former, i.e. the resulting restoring force of the springs (or their torque) proportional to the twist angle between the two discs. In the rest position, this restoring force is zero. The second component, the friction of the slip clutch element, is set to a constant value and counteracts any rotation of the two clutch disks.
With such an arrangement, at least theoretically, there is no complete return of the clutch disks to the starting point, since with small deflections the restoring force is smaller than the braking force of the slip clutch. In reality, the two disks will eventually find their way back to their original position during operation, since the direction of rotation of the torques to be transmitted changes during the working period of the loom and vibrations also occur, which cause the slip clutch to be influenced by the restoring force gives way over time.
There is thus a certain uncertainty regarding the mutual position of the driving and the driven shaft.
The purpose of the present invention is to create a return device which returns the two clutch disks with certainty to the original starting position despite the braking effect of the slip clutch.
The invention consists in that the return Fe derweg of each of the preloaded return springs acting in the tangential direction is limited by a stop attached to that clutch disc on which the end of the return spring facing away from the stop is supported.
In a preferred embodiment, the device can have an adjusting device that changes the spring travel or the bias of the tangentially acting return springs.
The inventive arrangement it can be sufficient that the restoring force of each of the restoring springs is effective between the two clutch disks only as long as they are rotated against the restoring force of the spring in question in relation to the starting position. As soon as the starting position is reached again and / or as long as there is a rotation in the direction of the restoring force beyond the starting position, the spring force is completely absorbed by the stop, and the spring cannot move the movement of its previous contact surface on the other clutch disc through the attack specific, follow the point designated as the starting point.
In this way, a restoring characteristic is achieved which has a restoring torque in both directions of rotation, which already at the slightest rotation from the initial position assumes a certain, advantageously adjustable initial value, which is determined by the bias of a return spring and subsequently with increasing Twist increases linearly. Based on. Drawings are Ausführungsbeispie le of the device according to the invention as well as their We described in more detail.

FIG. 4 shows the same return device as FIG. 3 in the starting or rest position.

Fig. 6 shows the same restoring device as FIG. 4 again in the rest position, the bias of the return springs compared to FIGS. 3 to 5 is reduced.
7 on a smaller scale and partially in section, a plan view similar to FIG. 1, but of a complete clutch equipped with a reset device according to FIGS. 3 to 6, seen in the axial direction, with the two clutch disks slightly opposite as in FIG are twisted with each other.
FIG. 8 shows the restoring characteristics of a drive device with counter-acting restoring springs of a conventional arrangement according to FIG. 1.
9 shows the reset characteristics of a drive device according to the invention, according to FIGS. 3 to 7. Identical parts are denoted by the same reference numbers in all figures. In the embodiments of FIGS. 1, 2 and 7, a clutch disc 1 is designed as a Ket tenrad. It carries two firmly inserted, e.g. a riveted, screwed or shrunk bolt 3, which protrude into circular arc-shaped cutouts 4 of the other clutch disc 2 and thus the angle of any rotation of the clutch discs ge against each other on the length of the cutout 4 limit zen.
On the right in Fig. 2 ends 3a of the bolt 3 is a thread on which a nut and counter nut are screwed adjustable, which after loading may act the bias of an axial direction to change the spring assembly 7 also carried by the bolt 3 allow. The spring assembly 7 moves a cover disk 6 on the bolt 3 in the axial direction and thereby presses the second clutch disk 2 together between the cover disk 6 and the clutch disk 1. A brake lining 5 is attached to each of the contact surfaces of the clutch disk 1 and the cover disk 6 with the clutch disk 2. This whole device 1-7 forms a spring loaded Rutschkupp treatment element that is capable.
To transmit torques up to a certain, adjustable limit value without slipping. When overload occurs, the two clutch disks 1, 2 rotate against each other until the bolt 3 strikes the end of the arc-shaped section 4 from. The brake pads of the slip clutch have a dampening effect during the twisting movement and destroy part of the overload peak energy by converting it into heat.
The return of the two clutch disks 1, 2 to their mutual starting position, after the overload has disappeared, is carried out by the disk spring assemblies 9a, 9b acting in the tangential direction, one end of which is attached to the spring holder 8 attached to the disk 1 and the other to the corresponding contact surfaces 18 of a section 17 of the disk 2 are supported and when the two clutch disks are rotated they seek to return them to their mutual starting position.
The characteristics of such a simple reset device can be seen from FIG. The restoring force of a restoring element essentially corresponds to the difference in the restoring force of the two spring assemblies 9a, 9b and is proportional to the angle of rotation between the two discs (P = C - S, where P is the restoring force, C is a spring constant and S is the linear deflection along the spring axis). In FIG. 8, the course of the restoring force is indicated by straight line 30. The braking force PB of the slip clutch 1-7 can be assumed to be constant. It acts in the opposite direction to the twisting movement.
The resulting torque opposite to the rotation of the disks due to an overload thus runs from the intersection with the P-axis to the dash-dotted straight line 31a, opposite the straight line 30 in the right branch, parallel to PR upwards, in the left branch to PB downwards postponed.
When turning back after exposing the overload, the resulting restoring force runs from the right according to the dashed straight line 31b offset by P ″ relative to the straight line 30 downwards (or from the left upwards) to its intersection with the S axis in order to designate a zone in the area 35 between the two intersection points in which the reset device is ineffective.
In order to make this ineffectiveness zone 35 disappear, the reset device according to the invention is constructed, for example according to FIGS. 3 to 7. A bolt 25 is screwed into one support surface 18 in the cutout 17 of the disk 2 and is secured with a nut 27. On the bolt 25, a stop piece 26 is fastened, the length of which corresponds exactly to the thickness of the spring holder 8 on the disc 1. In the rest or starting position of the two discs, the stop piece 26 fills a corresponding hole in the spring holder 8.
As can be seen from Fig. 4, the spring guide rings 24 and 21 of the two return springs 9a, 9b rest both on the stop edges of the stop piece 26 and on the support surfaces of the spring holder 8 and hold due to the bias of the two springs 9a, 9b both discs firmly in their mutual starting position. If as a result of an overload, for example, a twisting of the disc 1 counterclockwise relative to the disc 2, so in Fig. 3 of the Federhal ter 8 moves up to the deflection S1 and presses the obe re return spring 9a by this amount together, while rend the lower spring 9b cannot follow this movement because of the stop 26. A gap 23 is created between the support surface on the spring holder 8 and the spring guide ring 21 of the spring 9b.
The spring 9a exerts, since its counter spring 9b is no longer in contact with the spring holder 8, as a result of a bias a considerable Lich greater restoring force on the spring holder 8 than if the spring guide ring 21 were not retained by the stop. After the overload has been suspended, the return spring 9a presses the spring holder 8 back into the starting position according to FIG.
If the rotation of the disc 1 relative to the disc 2 in a clockwise direction, the spring holder 8 moves, as shown in Fig. 5, relative to the disc 2 and to its stop piece 26 to SZ downward and compresses the spring 9b while the spring 9a remains firmly held in the starting position by the stop piece 26. The return to the starting position takes place as described in the previous section, but in the opposite direction and with the roles of the springs 9a and 9b or the spring guide rings 21 and 24 reversed.
Fig. 9 shows the course of the restoring torque P between the two disks 1 and 2 as a function of the deflection S for the inventive Rückstellvor direction. In each direction the restoring force increases proportionally to the deflection, but the curve is broken at the zero point and makes a jump from + Ps to -Ps (Ps = spring preload) when the deflection S changes from positive to negative values. From the curve of FIG. 9 it can thus be seen that despite the braking the effect of the slip clutch 1-7, which, as in FIG. 8, is caused by the straight lines 34a and 34b shifted upwards and downwards by the braking force PB by the braking force PB is indicated, there is no more ineffectiveness area 35, but that, on the contrary, a certain restoring force PR = Ps-PB still holds in the disks in their mutual rest position.
7 shows the construction of a drive device according to FIG. 1, but equipped with a reset device according to the invention according to FIGS. 3 to 6 and FIG. From the position of the bolts 3 or 3a and the spring holder 8, which are carried by the clutch disk 1 and compress the return springs 9a, it can be seen that the disk 1 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to disk 2 (i.e. as in Fig. 3).
The reference numeral 21 denotes the spring holder 8 and the stop 26 coming into contact with the Fe derführungsring of the return spring 9b. He wears a thread on his cylindrical part, on which a white terer sleeve-shaped ring 22 is screwed and is thus arranged displaceably in the axial direction. The Füh approximately ring 21 and the sleeve 22 form a setting device with which the restoring force or the preload Ps of the spring in the rest position of the two discs can be set to the desired value within wide limits. Compared to FIGS. 3 to 5, FIG. 6 shows, for example, a setting in which the sleeve 22 is screwed almost completely upwards onto the flange of the guide ring 21, so that the two springs are largely relaxed in the rest position.
The invention is not bound to the above-mentioned embodiment. In particular, the clutch disc 1 can be designed without a toothed ring and sit with its own hub on a second shaft. The slip clutch 1-7 and the adjusting device 21, 22 can have a different, known form or the spring elements shown can be replaced by resilient ele elements with similar characteristics.
