  Haltevorrichtung für Heizungsradiatoren
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung für Heizungsradiatoren und hat die Aufgabe, diese Vorrichtung so zu gestalten, dass die damit befestigten Radiatoren nach Austrocknung des Neubaus durch die Radiatoren von der Wand, an welcher sie befestigt sind teilweise, d. h. zum mindesten so weit weg entfernt werden können, dass die Wandfläche hinter den Radiatoren mit einem Farbanstrich versehen werden kann.



   Die bekannten Haltevorrichtungen für Heizungsradiatoren sind starr und lassen eine nachträgliche, teilweise Entfernung der bereits montierten Radiatoren von der Wand nicht zu. Damit aber die Wandfläche hinter den Radiatoren nach Austrocknung der Wände gestrichen werden kann, müssen die bereits montierten und zur Trocknung der Wand benutzten Radiatoren entweder vollkommen von der Wand abmontiert werden, was sehr zeitraubend ist oder aber es muss darauf verzichtet werden, diese Flächen zu streichen, was nachteilig ist.



   Demgegenüber ist die Haltevorrichtung für Heizungsradiatoren, welche eine untere und eine obere Abstützung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Abstützung eine an einer an der Wand befestigten Grundplatte beweglich angeordnete und durch Federkraft mit dem Radiator in Eingriff bringbare Rastklinke aufweist.



   Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung kann dadurch erzielt werden, dass die Rastklinke in einem mit der Grundplatte verbundenen Lagerbock um einen Lagerbolzen schwenkbar gelagert und durch die Kraft einer Blattfeder mit einer Raste in Eingriff mit einer am Radiator befestigten obern Haltestange bringbar ist und gegen die Kraft der Feder nach oben verschwenkbar und damit ausser Eingriff mit der Haltestange bringbar ist, demzufolge der Radiator um eine an diesem befestigte untere Haltestange von der Wand wegschwenkbar ist.



   Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 die Vorrichtung im eingebauten Zustand,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Vorrichtung in Richtung des Pfeiles A in Fig. 1,
Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Grundplatte 1, an welcher ein aus zwei Schenkeln bestehender Lagerbock 3 und eine Blattfeder 2 bespielsweise angeschweisst sind. Auf einem im Lagerbock 3 befestigten Lagerbolzen 5 ist eine Rastklinke 4 schwenkbar gelagert, welche Rastklinke in Wirkverbindung mit der vorgespannten Blattfeder 2 steht. Die Rastklinke 4 weist eine Raste 6 auf, welche im Eingriff mit einer am Heizungsradiator 8 angeschweissten, obern Haltestange 7 steht und in dieser Stellung durch die Vorspannung der Blattfeder 2 festgehalten ist.

  Der Radiator 8 weist an seinem unteren Ende eine zweite Haltestange 9 auf, mit welcher der Radiator in einen unteren Befestigungswinkel der üblichen Art eingehängt ist.



   Wenn der bereits montierte Radiator nach Austrocknung der Wand an welcher dieser befestigt ist wieder soweit von der Wand weg entfernt werden soll, dass die sich hinter dem Radiator befindliche Wandfläche gestrichen bzw. gespritzt werden kann, braucht lediglich die Rastklinke 4 mit einem geeigneten, in die Öffnung 10 eingreifenden Werkzeug entgegen der Blattfeder 2 nach oben verschwenkt zu werden. Nach Lösung der obern Rohrverschraubung des Rohrverschraubung des Radiators kann dieser jetzt um seine untere Haltestange 9 um einen gewissen Winkel, beispielsweise   30-45"    gegnüber der Wand von dieser weggeschwenkt werden, womit hinter dem Radiator Platz geschaffen wird, um die Wand an dieser Stelle streichen zu können. 

  In dieser ausgeschwenkten Stellung kann der Radiator beispielsweise durch eine an der Haltevorrichtung einen Ends am Bolzen 5 und an   dem    Endes am Radiator befestigten Kette gehalten werden.

The invention relates to a holding device for heating radiators and has the task of designing this device in such a way that the radiators fastened therewith after the new building has dried out by the radiators from the wall to which they are fastened partially, i.e. H. can at least be removed so far that the wall surface behind the radiators can be painted.



   The known holding devices for heating radiators are rigid and do not allow a subsequent, partial removal of the already mounted radiators from the wall. However, so that the wall surface behind the radiators can be painted after the walls have dried out, the radiators that have already been installed and used to dry the wall must either be completely removed from the wall, which is very time-consuming, or it is necessary to forego painting these surfaces which is disadvantageous.



   In contrast, the holding device for heating radiators, which has a lower and an upper support, is characterized in that the upper support has a detent which is movably arranged on a base plate attached to the wall and can be brought into engagement with the radiator by spring force.



   An advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention can be achieved in that the latching pawl can be pivoted about a bearing pin in a bearing block connected to the base plate and can be brought into engagement with an upper holding rod attached to the radiator by the force of a leaf spring with a latch and against the force the spring can be pivoted upwards and thus brought out of engagement with the holding rod, as a result of which the radiator can be pivoted away from the wall about a lower holding rod attached to it.

The device consists of a base plate 1 to which a bearing block 3 consisting of two legs and a leaf spring 2 are welded, for example. A latching pawl 4 is pivotably mounted on a bearing pin 5 fastened in the bearing block 3, which latching pawl is in operative connection with the pretensioned leaf spring 2. The latch 4 has a catch 6 which is in engagement with an upper holding rod 7 welded to the heating radiator 8 and is held in this position by the bias of the leaf spring 2.

  The radiator 8 has at its lower end a second holding rod 9 with which the radiator is suspended in a lower mounting bracket of the usual type.



   If the already mounted radiator after the wall to which it is attached has dried out again to be removed far enough away from the wall that the wall surface located behind the radiator can be painted or sprayed, only the latch 4 with a suitable one needs to be inserted into the Opening 10 engaging tool against the leaf spring 2 to be pivoted upwards. After loosening the upper pipe screw connection of the pipe screw connection of the radiator, it can now be pivoted around its lower support rod 9 at a certain angle, for example 30-45 "opposite the wall, creating space behind the radiator to paint the wall at this point to be able to.

  In this swiveled-out position, the radiator can be held, for example, by a chain fastened to the bolt 5 at one end and to the radiator at the end.
