Device for inserting and removing a low-voltage, high-performance fuse cartridge. The main patent relates to a device for inserting and removing a low-voltage, high-performance fuse cartridge into and from a lower part of an isolating fuse, with a handle and a holder for the fuse cartridge. The invention according to the claim of the main patent is characterized in that the holder can be moved relative to the handle and that an energy storage device and a locking device are arranged between the holder and the handle.
Through this education from the device according to the main patent it is achieved that the force to insert and take out the fuse cartridge in and out of the fuse base is generated by the strong force memory, which causes such a sudden insertion or removal of the fuse cartridge that a Harmful arcing is prevented if the fuse cartridge is inserted into a live isolating fuse base or has to be removed from it.
So that the device according to the main patent when operated, the fuse cartridge sets a total and takes out, d. H. both knives of the fuse cartridge at the same time. Pulls out springs of the separation fuse base and inserts it, the present invention provides that the holder is arranged to be displaceable relative to the handle in the longitudinal direction.
According to the main patent, it can also be provided that the handle is designed to be hollow and the energy storage device can be arranged in the cavity of the handle. However, cases can arise in which the force of a spring is not sufficient, for which it is provided in an embodiment of the present invention that two springs are arranged next to one another in the cavity of the handle.
The faders or springs can be tensioned by hand by moving the holder in the longitudinal direction of the handle. However, it is also possible to carry out this tensioning movement by pulling it up using a screw. To enable even easier tensioning, which is particularly useful when using two springs, a further embodiment of the invention provides that the springs can be tensioned by two ropes which can be rolled up via a ratchet using a hand lever.
The fuse can necessarily be locked on the bracket.
The device can also have arcing chambers with arcing plates in the receiving area of the knife of the fuse cartridge.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a side view of an embodiment of the device according to the invention with a relaxed energy storage device after the fuse cartridge has been removed, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section through the device in FIG. 1 with a tensioned energy store before the fuse cartridge is removed, FIG. 3:
a partially sectioned side view of a second embodiment of the invention, Fig. 4 is a cross section through the handle of the Vorrich device according to Fig. 3 along the line IV-IV in Fig. 3 and Fig. 5 is a longitudinal section through the handle of a further embodiment of the invention. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the device has a handle 1 to which the holder 2 for the fuse cartridge 3 is displaceable in the longitudinal direction.
The fuse cartridge is fixed by means of tabs 4 and 5 in recesses 6 and 7 of the holder 2 by inserting ben. The knives 8 and 9 of the fuse cartridge are inserted into the springs 10 and 11 of the lower part 12 of the separating fuse or pulled out of them. The holder 2 is displaceable in a slot 13 in the handle 1, with a sleeve 14 being attached to the holder.
The handle 1 is hollow and a strong tension spring 16 is arranged in its cavity 15, which on the one hand is firmly connected to the handle at the end 17, while the other end is fastened to the holder 2 at point 18. A catch 19 is provided on the handle 1, which catches in the sleeve 14 of the holder 2. The stop 19 is actuated by the trigger 20 against the compression spring 21.
This device is specially designed for removing the fuse cartridge and the tensioning takes place in such a way that the holding tion 2 is moved by hand from the position shown in Fig. 1 to the position shown in Fig. 2, whereupon the device is attached to the The fuse cartridge located in the lower part of the fuse is attached, see Fig. 2. By actuating the release lever 20, the holder 2 with the fuse cartridge 3 moves upwards under the action of the spring 16 and thus pulls the fuse cartridge out of the lower part of the fuse, see Fig. 1.
According to FIGS. 3 and 4, the holder 32 is slidably mounted on the handle 31, two springs 34 and 35 being arranged next to one another in the cavity 33 of the handle 31. The springs are tensioned by means of ropes 36 and 37 which can be wound onto a roller 38. The roller 38 is connected to the hand lever 40 via a ratchet 39. A rotary movement of the hand lever 40 rotates the roller 38 and thus the ropes 36 and 37 are wound up and the springs 35 and 36 are tensioned. To release the springs, the hand lever 40 is withdrawn in the axial direction of the handle 31, the ratchet 39 opening against the action of the spring 41 and thus releasing the roller 38, the cables 36 and 37 and the springs 34 and 35.
The hand lever 40 can be removed from the handle 31 by pressing the button 42, the lower end 43 of the button 42 being supported on the head 44 of the handle 31. The ropes 36 and 37 are deflected via the rollers 45 and 46.
According to FIG. 5, the two springs 52 and 53 are accommodated in the handle 51 and are tensioned via the cables 54 and 55. The ropes are wound onto rollers 56 and 57. The connection to the hand lever 59 takes place via the ratchet 58. In this embodiment, only the rotational movement of the hand lever 59 is offset by 90 relative to the rotational movement of the hand lever in the embodiment according to FIGS.
