Crochet de suspension murale, notamment pour gravures et tableaux
La présente invention a pour objet un crochet de suspension murale, notamment pour gravures et tableaux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps formé d'une plaque découpée à partir d'une tôle, au moins une griffe en tôle, de forme générale triangulaire étant rabattue de cette plaque, une languette de suspension en forme de crochet étant également découpée dans cette plaque et formant saillie sur celle-ci.
Le dessin annexé représente schématiquement, et à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du crochet de suspension murale selon l'invention.

La fig. 3 est une vue latérale du crochet au moment où il est prêt à être hxé contre une paroi.

Le crochet de suspension murale représenté aux dessins annexés comprend un corps 1 formé d'une plaque découpée à partir d'une tôle, de préférence une tôle d'acier. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée aux dessins, ce corps 1 a une forme générale triangulaire, deux griffes 2 et 3, également de forme triangulaire, étant rabattues à partir du côté supérieur 4 du triangle constituant le corps 1. Une languette 5 est découpée dans la partie de ce triangle formant l'angle opposé au côté 4 du corps 1. Cette languette 5, en forme de crochet, est repliée du côté des griffes 2 et 3, par rapport au plan que forme la plaque 1. Comme le montre la fig. 3, les griffes 2 et 3 sont repliées d'un angle a quelque peu supérieur à 90o par rapport à la plaque 1. De préférence, cet angle a a une valeur de l'ordre de 1050.
La languette S est repliée sous la plaque 1 d'une valeur telle que lorsque le crochet est appliqué contre une surface plane telle que la face d'une paroi 6, par le dos de la languette 5 et les pointes des griffes 2 et 3, celles-ci soient sensiblement perpendiculaires à la surface de la paroi 6, avant l'enfoncement des griffes 2 et 3 dans ladite paroi 6.
La mise en place de ce crochet contre une paroi 6 se fait simplement en exerçant une pression dans la partie supérieure de la plaque 1, selon la flèche 7. Cette pression peut être exercée par exemple à l'aide des deux pouces ou éventuellement par l'intermédiaire d'un manche d'outil ou d'un petit marteau. Il se produit alors un enfoncement des griffes 2 et 3 dans la couche superficielle de la paroi 6, la languette 5 se redressant et le crochet formé par elle venant en saillie sur cette paroi 6, comme le montre la fig. 4. Après enfoncement des griffes 2 et 3 dans la paroi 6, celles-ci forment avec la perpendiculaire de cette paroi un angle b d'environ 15 , ce qui assure le maintien stable du crochet contre la paroi et permet à celui-ci de supporter une charge relativement importante par rapport à sa grandeur.
Pour obtenir un crochet de rigidité suffisante, la languette 5 est incurvée transversalement. Cette incurvation transversale de la languette 5, particulièrement visible à la fig. 5, facilite l'accrochage d'une cordelette 8 par exemple, cordelette destinée à la suspension d'une gravure ou d'un tableau.
Pour éviter un glissement intempestif des griffes 2 et 3 hors de la paroi 6, il est avantageux de ménager au moins dans la face de ces griffes 2 et 3 dirigées vers le bas, des stries transversales 9.
Dans la forme d'exécution préférée du crochet de suspension décrit ci-dessus, le corps 1 est formé à partir d'une tôle d'une épaisseur de l'ordre de 35/100 de mm, la hauteur des griffes étant d'environ S mm. Un tel crochet de suspension est capable de supporter une charge de 2 à 3 kg, une fois qu'il est planté dans une paroi 6.
Ce crochet de suspension présente l'avantage d'être d'une utilisation très aisée, étant donné qu'il peut être fixé contre une paroi, de la même façon qu'une punaise, par exemple. De plus, comme les griffes 2 et 3 sont formées à partir d'une tôle relativement mince, il est possible d'extraire le crochet de la paroi, sans que cette opération ne laisse de traces vraiment sensibles, ce qui évite tout endommagement de la paroi et notamment de la tapisserie recouvrant celle-ci.
De nombreuses variantes de ce crochet de suspension pourraient être imaginées. Ainsi, le nombre des griffes 2 et 3 pourrait être quelconque. On pourrait imaginer un tel crochet muni d'une seule griffe ou de plus de deux griffes, certaines de celles-ci pouvant être découpées directement dans la plaque formant le corps 1. Quant à la forme générale du corps 1, elle peut bien entendu varier à l'infini et avoir n'importe quelle forme géométrique ou figurative, telle que la forme d'une fleur, d'une tête d'animal, telle que tête de chat, d'ours ou de souris, par exemple, de cceur, de trèfle ou autres.
La plaque métallique à partir de laquelle le crochet est découpé peut, bien entendu, subir un traitement de surface destiné à lui donner une certaine teinte ou destiné à rendre cette surface inoxydable.
Wall hanging hook, especially for prints and paintings

The wall hanging hook shown in the accompanying drawings comprises a body 1 formed of a plate cut from a sheet, preferably a steel sheet. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, this body 1 has a generally triangular shape, two claws 2 and 3, also of triangular shape, being folded down from the upper side 4 of the triangle constituting the body 1. A tongue 5 is cut out. in the part of this triangle forming the angle opposite to the side 4 of the body 1. This tongue 5, in the form of a hook, is bent on the side of the claws 2 and 3, relative to the plane formed by the plate 1. As shown fig. 3, the claws 2 and 3 are bent at an angle a somewhat greater than 90 ° with respect to the plate 1. Preferably, this angle a has a value of the order of 1050.
The tongue S is bent under the plate 1 by a value such that when the hook is applied against a flat surface such as the face of a wall 6, by the back of the tongue 5 and the tips of the claws 2 and 3, these are substantially perpendicular to the surface of the wall 6, before the claws 2 and 3 are driven into said wall 6.
The establishment of this hook against a wall 6 is done simply by exerting pressure in the upper part of the plate 1, according to the arrow 7. This pressure can be exerted for example using two thumbs or possibly by the 'intermediate a tool handle or a small hammer. There then occurs a depression of the claws 2 and 3 in the surface layer of the wall 6, the tongue 5 straightening and the hook formed by it projecting on this wall 6, as shown in FIG. 4. After driving the claws 2 and 3 into the wall 6, they form with the perpendicular of this wall an angle b of about 15, which ensures the stable maintenance of the hook against the wall and allows it to support a relatively large load compared to its size.
To obtain a hook of sufficient rigidity, the tongue 5 is curved transversely. This transverse curvature of the tongue 5, particularly visible in FIG. 5, facilitates the hooking of a cord 8 for example, cord intended for the suspension of an engraving or a painting.
To prevent untimely sliding of the claws 2 and 3 out of the wall 6, it is advantageous to provide at least in the face of these claws 2 and 3 directed downwards, transverse grooves 9.
In the preferred embodiment of the suspension hook described above, the body 1 is formed from a sheet with a thickness of the order of 35/100 mm, the height of the claws being approximately S mm. Such a hanging hook is able to withstand a load of 2-3 kg, once it is planted in a wall 6.
This suspension hook has the advantage of being very easy to use, given that it can be fixed against a wall, in the same way as a thumbtack, for example. In addition, as the claws 2 and 3 are formed from a relatively thin sheet, it is possible to extract the hook from the wall, without this operation leaving really noticeable traces, which prevents any damage to the wall and in particular the tapestry covering it.
Many variations of this hanging hook could be imagined. Thus, the number of claws 2 and 3 could be any. One could imagine such a hook provided with a single claw or with more than two claws, some of these can be cut directly in the plate forming the body 1. As for the general shape of the body 1, it can of course vary. ad infinitum and have any geometric or figurative shape, such as the shape of a flower, animal head, such as cat, bear or mouse head, for example, heart , clover or others.
The metal plate from which the hook is cut can, of course, undergo a surface treatment intended to give it a certain color or intended to make this surface stainless.
