PATENTANSPRUCH I
1. Verwendung nach Patentanspruch II für Türen.
2. Verwendung nach Unteranspruch 1 in einer Türschliessvorrichtung.
3. Verwendung nach Patentanspruch II für Fenster.
4. Verwendung nach Unteranspruch 3 in einer Fensterschliessvorrichtung.

Alarm triggering device
The invention relates to an alarm triggering device that makes it possible, for. B. to protect roads and railway lines from avalanches and ruff disasters.
An embodiment of the invention can be seen from the drawing. The two permanent magnet parts shown are connected to one another via a hinge joint. The lower part of the permanent magnet is installed below the floor level, and the upper part of the permanent magnet protrudes perpendicular to the floor. By z. B. an avalanche moving over the upper permanent magnet part, this upper magnetic part is deflected to the right and pressed to the ground, whereby a circuit is influenced by means of the contact clips on the upper permanent magnet part and an alarm signal is triggered. As soon as the pressure on the upper permanent magnet part is released, it automatically returns to its vertical position due to the magnetic force of attraction between the opposite poles adjacent to the hinge joint, and the alarm triggering device is again ready for a subsequent avalanche or ruff.
PATENT CLAIM I
Alarm triggering device, characterized in that it has two permanent magnet parts which are rotatably connected to one another by a hinge joint, one permanent magnet part being fixed and the other rotatable around the hinge joint between two end positions, one of which corresponds to the normal position and the other to the alarm position is, and an increasing air gap between the two magnet parts when turning into the alarm position is created, whereby the magnet parts attract each other via this air gap, the whole thing in such a way that a certain value exceeds
force acting on the rotatable magnetic part in the normal position, this is rotated into the alarm position and automatically returns to the normal position due to the mentioned mutual attraction of the magnetic parts when the said force decreases or does not occur.
PATENT CLAIM II
Use of the alarm triggering device according to claim 1 as an oil joint device between parts that are movable relative to one another and connected to the permanent magnet parts.
SUBCLAIMS
1. Use according to claim II for doors.
2. Use according to dependent claim 1 in a door locking device.
3. Use according to claim II for windows.
4. Use according to dependent claim 3 in a window closing device.
