Stylographe à bille, dont l'axe du logement de la bille est oblique sur l'axe general du stylographe
Les stylographes à bille actuellement connus ont leur bille placee axialement, autrement dit, le stylographe tout entier y compris sa bille possede un axe general de revolution: il est cependant possible d'ecrire en tenant le stylographe obliquement par rapport à la surface sur laquelle on écrit, mais ceci n'est possible que pendant peu de temps, surtout si cette surface n'est pas horizontale, par exemple tres inclinée ou verticale, auquel cas ni le stylographe ni la morphologie ne permettent l'écriture correcte.
L'invention a pour objet d'éliminer cet inconvénient.
Successivement, le stylographe à bille selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'axe du logement de la bille est oblique sur l'axe general du stylographe.
Selon des questions de choix ou d'opportunité, cet ecart angulaire peut etre réalisé en bout de tete, ou dans le corps de tete, ou au moyen d'une piece intermediaire entre tete et corps de stylographe.
L'invention sera deerite en se referant aux figures suivantes, donnees à titre d'exemples non limitatifs: la fig. 1 est une coupe axiale d'ensemble, où ledit ecart angulaire est réalisé en bout de tete; la fig. 2 est une coupe axiale, où ledit ecart angulaire est réalisé dans le corps de tete; la fig. 3 est une coupe axiale d'ensemble, où ledit ecart angulaire est réalisé au moyen d'une piece intermé- diaire entre tete et corps.
Sur ces trois figures, la bille 1 est montee dans un logement 2 d'axe XX faisant un angle a avec l'axe YY du corps (visse en 3) du stylographe selon l'invention.
Selon la fig. 1, cet angle resulte de la conformation ad hoc du bout 4 de la tête 5 du stylographe. Selon la fig. 2, cet angle α résulte de la conformation de la tête 5 du stylographe. Enfin, selon la fig. 3, cet angle α est assuré par un manchon coudé 6 interposé entre la tête 5 et le corps visse en 3 du stylographe.
REVENDICATION
Stylographe à bille, caractérisé en ce que l'axe du logement de la bille est oblique sur l'axe general du stylographe.
SOUS-REVENDICATIONS
1. Stylographe selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ladite obliquite dudit logement est réalisée en bout de la tete du stylographe.
2. Stylographe selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ladite obliquite dudit logement est réalisée par un embout coude se vissant sur le corps du stylographe.
3. Stylographe selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ladite obliquite dudit logement est réalisée par un manchon coude se vissant sur le corps du stylographe et sur lequel se visse la tete à bille.

Currently known ballpoint pens have their ball placed axially, in other words, the entire pen including its ball has a general axis of revolution: it is however possible to write by holding the pen obliquely with respect to the surface on which it is written, but this is only possible for a short time, especially if this surface is not horizontal, for example very inclined or vertical, in which case neither the stylograph nor the morphology allow correct writing.
The object of the invention is to eliminate this drawback.
Successively, the ballpoint stylograph according to the invention is characterized in that the axis of the housing of the ball is oblique on the general axis of the stylograph.
Depending on questions of choice or opportunity, this angular deviation can be achieved at the end of the head, or in the body of the head, or by means of an intermediate piece between the head and the stylograph body.
The invention will be deerited with reference to the following figures, given by way of nonlimiting examples: FIG. 1 is an overall axial section, where said angular deviation is made at the end of the head; fig. 2 is an axial section, where said angular deviation is made in the head body; fig. 3 is an overall axial section, where said angular deviation is achieved by means of an intermediate piece between head and body.
In these three figures, the ball 1 is mounted in a housing 2 of axis XX forming an angle a with the axis YY of the body (screw 3) of the stylograph according to the invention.
According to fig. 1, this angle results from the ad hoc conformation of the tip 4 of the head 5 of the stylograph. According to fig. 2, this angle α results from the conformation of the head 5 of the stylograph. Finally, according to fig. 3, this angle α is provided by an elbow sleeve 6 interposed between the head 5 and the body screwed at 3 of the stylograph.

Ballpoint pen, characterized in that the axis of the ball housing is oblique on the general axis of the pen.
SUB-CLAIMS
1. Stylograph according to claim, characterized in that said obliquity of said housing is formed at the end of the head of the stylograph.
2. Stylograph according to claim, characterized in that said obliquity of said housing is produced by an elbow tip screwed onto the body of the stylograph.
3. Stylograph according to claim, characterized in that said obliqueness of said housing is produced by an elbow sleeve screwed onto the body of the stylograph and onto which the ball head is screwed.
