Elektrisches Schaltschütz
Das Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, ein Schütz au schaffen, das mit einem Minimum an Material und mit geringem Arbeitsaufwand gebaut werden kann. Zur Verminderung der Montagekosten wurde eine möglichst günstige Befestigung von Oberteil auf Unterteil gesucht.
Die erfindungsgemässe Lösung für ein Schaltschütz, bestehend aus einem Oberteil mit den Kontakten und der Kontaktbrücke samt Anker und einem Unterteil mit Magnetkern sowie Erregerspule, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Oberteil mit vier Beinen versehen ist, welche in Aussparungen des Unterteils eingreifen, wobei an den Beinen und im Unterteil Verzahnungen vorgesehen sind, welche ein Herausgleiten der Beine aus dem Unterteil verhindern, dass aber durch elastisches Verbiegen der Beine diese Verzahnung gelöst werden kann.
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist als Beispiel der Er- findung eine Ausführungsvariante eines solchen Schaltschützes in Seitenansicht dargestellt.
Das Oberteil 1 ist auf jeder Seite mit je zwei Beinen 2 versehen, welche in die Aussparungen 4 des Unterteils 3 eingreifen. Die Nasen 6 der Beine 2 hintergreifen die Vorsprünge 7 in den Aussparungen 4 und halten so das Oberteil 1 am Unterteil 3 fest. Die ganze Anordnung ist zur Mittelebene 5 des Schützes symmetrisch.
Zum Lösen der zwei Teile voneinander kann ein zweckentsprechend geformtes Werkzeug von unten her in die vier Aussparungen 4 eingeführt werden, welches an den schrägen Flächen 8 am unteren Ende der Beine 2 auf der Seite der Nase 6 angreift und die Beine derart elastisch verformt, dass die Nasen 4 neben den Vorsprüngen 7 vorbeilaufen können.
Beim Aufsetzen des Oberteils 1 auf das Unterteil 3 werden beim Zusammendrücken der zwei Teile die Beine 2 durch Auflaufen der schrägen Flächen 8 auf den ebenfalls schrägen Flächen 9 in den Aussparungen 4 elastisch verformt.
Für die Herstellung des Oberteils 1 mit seinen vier Beinen 2 eignet sich vor allem ein thermoplastischer Kunststoff mit guter Elastizität.
PATENTANSPRUCH
Elektrisches Schaltschütz, bestehend aus einem Oberteil mit den Kontakten und der Kontaktbrücke samt Anker und einem Unterteil mit Magnetkern und Erregerspule, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil mit vier Beinen versehen ist, welche in Aussparungen des Unterteils eingreifen, wobei an den Beinen und im Unterteil Verzahnungen vorgesehen sind, welche ein Herausgleiten der Beine aus dem Unterteil verhindern, dass aber durch elastisches Verbiegen der Beine diese Verzahnung gelöst werden kann.
UNTERANSPROCHE
1. Schaltschütz nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzahnungsanordnung je zweier Beine im Unterteil symmetrisch zur Mittelebene (5) des Schützes ist, wobei eine Nase (6) jedes Beines (2) einen Vorsprung (7) in der zugehörigen Aussparung (4) des Unterteils (3) hintergreift.
2. Schaltschütz nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diejenige untere Kante (8) jedes Beines (2), welche auf der Seite der Nase (6) liegt, abgeschrägt ist.
3. Schaltschütz nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Oberteil (1) samt den vier Beinen (2) aus elastisch verformbarem Thermoplast hergestellt ist.

The aim of the present invention is to provide a contactor which can be built with a minimum of material and with little labor. In order to reduce the assembly costs, the best possible way of fastening the upper part to the lower part was sought.
The solution according to the invention for a contactor, consisting of an upper part with the contacts and the contact bridge including armature and a lower part with a magnetic core and excitation coil, is characterized in that the upper part is provided with four legs which engage in recesses in the lower part, with the legs and teeth are provided in the lower part, which prevent the legs from sliding out of the lower part, but that these teeth can be released by elastic bending of the legs.
In the accompanying drawing, as an example of the invention, an embodiment of such a contactor is shown in a side view.
The upper part 1 is provided with two legs 2 on each side, which engage in the recesses 4 of the lower part 3. The lugs 6 of the legs 2 engage behind the projections 7 in the recesses 4 and thus hold the upper part 1 on the lower part 3. The whole arrangement is symmetrical to the center plane 5 of the contactor.
To detach the two parts from one another, an appropriately shaped tool can be inserted into the four recesses 4 from below, which engages the inclined surfaces 8 at the lower end of the legs 2 on the side of the nose 6 and deforms the legs elastically in such a way that the Lugs 4 next to the projections 7 can pass.
When the upper part 1 is placed on the lower part 3, when the two parts are pressed together, the legs 2 are elastically deformed by the inclined surfaces 8 running onto the likewise inclined surfaces 9 in the recesses 4.
For the production of the upper part 1 with its four legs 2, a thermoplastic material with good elasticity is particularly suitable.
