Tiroir
La présente invention a pour objet un tiroir, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué par un fond et une bande métallique continue formant les faces du tiroir, les deux extrémités de cette bande se recouvrant sur la face avant du tiroir, let par le fait que le fond et la bande sont fixés au moyen de pliures, réalisées par profilage de leurs bords sur au moins deux faces du tiroir.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, quelques formes d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue schématique d'un tiroir.
Les fig. 2 à 8 sont des coupes partielles des bords latéraux et du fond, dans différentes formes d'exécution de l'agrafage du fond avec les faces d'une part et de bordage du bord supérieur d'autre part.
Le tiroir représenté comporte un fond 1 et ses côtés sont réalisés en une seule pièce 2 constituée par une bande d'acier laqué et pliée de manière à former la face arrière 3, les deux faces latérales 4 et 5 et la face avant composée des deux extrémités 6 et 7 de la pièce 2.
Les faces avant 6 et 7 sont pourvues de trous 8 pour la fixation d'une poignée non représentée. En variante il est également possible de fixer dans les trous 8 une fa çade rapportée. Les vis servant à la fixation de la poignée ou de la façade rapportée permettant de relier les deux faces avant 6 et 7, de manière à ce que la pièce 2 constitue une ceinture rigide supportant le fond 1.
La liaison entre le fond et les faces du tiroir est réalisée par agrafage des bords de ceux-ci. Cet agrafage peut être réalisé soit sur les faces latérales 4 et 5 soit sur les quatre faces du tiroir
La fig. 2 représente un agrafage selon lequel la face vertioale 4 du tiroir présente un pli d'équerre 9 qui est pincé dans un retour à 1800 10 du fond 1. La fig. 3 est une variante selon laquelle le fond présente un rebord 11 bloquant les faces latérales.
Il est également possible de plier le fond 'sur tout son périmètre de 900 de manière à former un pli 12 qui est pincé dans un retour 13 à 1800 des faces (fig. 4). Dans ce cas le fond est simplement posé sur les faces latérales mais cette fixation est suffisante quand le tiroir est char- gé. Toutefois on peut également prévoir (fig. 5) un retour 14 du pli 12 du fond, ce retour étant bloqué par un retour 15 du pli 13.
La fig. 6 montre un agrafage Fselon lequel le bord 16 de la face latérale et le bord 17 du fond sont roulés.
Il est également possible de prévoir un agrafage tel que celui représenté en fig. 7 où les doubles plis 18 et 19 sont sertis lorsqu'une pression est appliquée dans le sens des flèches 20.
Le bord Isupérieur des faces latérales est plié et peut par exemple présenter une des formes représentées aux fig. 2 à 7.
I1 va sans dire que la face avant, puisqu'efle est double devra être traitée différemment des autres côtés, tant en ce qui concerne l'agrafage du fond que le bordage du bord supérieur. Seule l'une des faces 6 ou 7 présentera l'une des formes de pli décrites plus haut tandis que l'autre face sera coupée ou rabattue à 1800.
Le système d'agrafage prévu permet de plus de constituer un chemin de roulement du tiroir dans son support.
Il suffit pour cela de munir ce dernier de roulettes 21, représentées en traits mixtes au dessin, montées ou non sur roulement à billes. Cette roulette sera suivant le système d'agrafage disposée horizontalement (fig. 2 et 3) ou verticalement (fig. 4 et 5). La roulette 21 présente une gorge en V (fig. 2 et 4) ou en U (fig. 3 et 5) permetant le guidage latéral du tiroir.
Les tiroirs décrits jusqu'ici sont réalisés en tôle métallique mais il est bien sûr possible d'utiliser d'autres matériaux, bois ou plastique pour le fond. A la fig. 8 par exemple, le fond 21 est en matériau non pliable, du bois par exemple autour du bord duquel vient s'enrouler le bord 22 de la bande.
Drawer
The present invention relates to a drawer, characterized in that it consists of a bottom and a continuous metal strip forming the faces of the drawer, the two ends of this strip overlapping on the front face of the drawer, let by the that the bottom and the strip are fixed by means of folds, produced by profiling their edges on at least two sides of the drawer.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, some embodiments of the object of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a drawer.
Figs. 2 to 8 are partial sections of the side edges and of the bottom, in different embodiments of the stapling of the bottom with the faces on the one hand and of the edging of the upper edge on the other hand.
The drawer shown has a bottom 1 and its sides are made in a single piece 2 constituted by a strip of lacquered steel and folded so as to form the rear face 3, the two side faces 4 and 5 and the front face composed of the two ends 6 and 7 of part 2.
The front faces 6 and 7 are provided with holes 8 for fixing a handle, not shown. As a variant, it is also possible to fix an added facade in the holes 8. The screws used for fixing the handle or the attached faceplate making it possible to connect the two front faces 6 and 7, so that the part 2 constitutes a rigid belt supporting the bottom 1.
The connection between the bottom and the faces of the drawer is made by stapling the edges thereof. This stapling can be performed either on the side faces 4 and 5 or on the four faces of the drawer.
Fig. 2 shows a stapling according to which the vertical face 4 of the drawer has a square fold 9 which is clamped in a return to 1800 10 of the bottom 1. FIG. 3 is a variant according to which the bottom has a rim 11 blocking the side faces.
It is also possible to fold the bottom 'over its entire perimeter of 900 so as to form a fold 12 which is pinched in a return 13 to 1800 of the faces (FIG. 4). In this case the bottom is simply placed on the side faces but this fixing is sufficient when the drawer is loaded. However, it is also possible to provide (FIG. 5) a return 14 of the ply 12 from the bottom, this return being blocked by a return 15 of the ply 13.
Fig. 6 shows a stapling F according to which the edge 16 of the side face and the edge 17 of the bottom are rolled.
It is also possible to provide a stapling such as that shown in FIG. 7 where the double folds 18 and 19 are crimped when pressure is applied in the direction of arrows 20.
The upper edge of the side faces is folded and may for example have one of the shapes shown in FIGS. 2 to 7.
It goes without saying that the front face, since it is double, will have to be treated differently from the other sides, both as regards the stapling of the bottom and the edging of the upper edge. Only one of the faces 6 or 7 will present one of the fold shapes described above while the other face will be cut or folded back to 1800.
The stapling system provided also makes it possible to constitute a running path for the drawer in its support.
It suffices for this to provide the latter with rollers 21, shown in phantom in the drawing, mounted or not on ball bearings. This wheel will be according to the stapling system arranged horizontally (fig. 2 and 3) or vertically (fig. 4 and 5). The wheel 21 has a V-shaped groove (fig. 2 and 4) or a U-shaped groove (fig. 3 and 5) allowing lateral guidance of the drawer.
The drawers described so far are made of sheet metal but it is of course possible to use other materials, wood or plastic for the bottom. In fig. 8 for example, the base 21 is made of non-pliable material, for example wood around the edge of which the edge 22 of the strip is wound.
