Damenstrumpf Die Erfindung betrifft einen Damenstrumpf, der bis zum Beinansatz der Trägerin zu reichen bestimmt ist und der eine elastische Randeinfassung oder einen Dop pelrand aufweist.
Sie bezweckt, einen Damenstrumpf zu schaffen, der ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel, wie Strumpfhalter und der gleichen, getragen werden kann.
Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Beinaussenseite des Strumpfes an der elastischen Randeinfassung oder am Doppelrand das Ende eines Bandes aus gummielastischem Material befestigt isst, das bestimmt ist, um die Hüfte der Trägerin gelegt zu wer den, und dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, um unter Bildung einer Schlinge das freie Bandende am Band lösbar be festigen zu können.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Er findungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Vorderansicht der Trag weise eines Paares von erfindungsgemässen Damen strümpfen, Fig. 2 eine rückwärtige Ansicht der Strümpfe nach Fig. 1, Fig. 3 den Strumpfoberteil der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 1 und 2, Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht der Tragweise eines Strumpfes nach Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 eine zweite Ausführungsform eines erfin- dungsgemässen Strumpfes und Fig. 6 eine weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemässen Strumpfes.
Die dargestellten nahtlosen Damenstrümpfe A, A' sind genau gleich hergestellt. Sie weisen in üblicher Weise einen angestrickten Fussteil 1, 1', einen Beinteil 2, 2', einen die Oberschenkel umfassenden Teil 3, 3' und einen Ansatz 4, 4' auf, der beispielsweise eine Randverstärkung in Form eines Doppelrandes sein kann. Der Strumpf kann in bekannter Weise aus thermo plastischem Stretch-Garn gewirkt sein, um eine be trächtliche Dehnbarkeit zu erzielen.
Es können dabei monofile oder multifile Garne verwendet werden, die dem Strumpf die gewünschten Dehnungs- und Form eigenschaften verleihen.
Am oberen Rand ist der Strumpf mit einer elasti schen Randeinfassung 5, 5' versehen. Diese kann aus einer Gummilitze bestehen, die z. B. mittels einer Gumminähmaschine angenäht ist. Auf der Beinaussen seite ist an der Gummilitze 5, 5' ein Knopfloch-Gummi- band 6, 6' angenäht.
Dieses Band wird von der Trägerin um die gegenüberliegende Hüfte gelegt und sein freies Ende wird wieder zum Anfangsbereich des Bandes 6, 6' zurückgeführt und mittels eines Doppelknopfes 7 bekannter Art derart am Band 6, 6' befestigt, dass ein sich von der Hüfte nach unten erstreckender Bandteil 6a bzw. 6ä verbleibt. Auf gleiche Weise wird der andere Strumpf befestigt (vgl. auch Fig. 3, 4).
Anstelle einer am Strumpfrand angenähten Gummi litze 5 könnte, wie Fig. 5 zeigt, am Strumpf ein an sich bekannter elastischer Doppelrand 8 vorgesehen sein, der aus gummielastischem Material gestrickt ist. Es könnte auch einfach ein normaler Doppelrand vorge sehen sein.
Eine herstellungstechnisch besonders zweckmässige Ausführungsform zeigt die Fig. 6. Bei dieser ist die am Strumpfrand angenähte Randeinfassung 5 und das eine Schlinge bildende Band 6, dessen Ende mittels des Doppelknopfes 7 befestigt ist, aus einem einzigen Stück Knopfloch-Gummiband hergestellt. Dabei ist an der Stelle 9 das Bandende mit dem die Randeinfassung bildenden Bandteil vernäht.
Bei allen Ausführungsformen wird zweckmässig der Ansatz 4, 4' auf der Beinaussenseite etwas länger ausge bildet als auf der Beininnenseite, derart, dass er an der Stelle, wo der Bandteil 6a angenäht ist, am längsten ist.

The seamless women's stockings A, A 'shown are manufactured in exactly the same way. They have in the usual way a knitted foot part 1, 1 ', a leg part 2, 2', a part 3, 3 'encompassing the thighs and an attachment 4, 4', which can be, for example, an edge reinforcement in the form of a double edge. The stocking can be knitted in a known manner from thermoplastic stretch yarn in order to achieve considerable stretchability.
Monofilament or multifilament yarns can be used to give the stocking the desired elongation and shape properties.
At the top of the stocking is provided with an elastic rule edging 5, 5 '. This can consist of a rubber cord that z. B. is sewn by means of a rubber sewing machine. A buttonhole elastic band 6, 6 'is sewn onto the elastic cord 5, 5' on the outside of the leg.
This band is placed around the opposite hip by the wearer and its free end is returned to the starting area of the band 6, 6 'and fastened to the band 6, 6' by means of a double button 7 of a known type in such a way that it extends down from the hip extending band part 6a or 6ä remains. The other stocking is fastened in the same way (see also FIGS. 3, 4).
Instead of a rubber braid 5 sewn onto the edge of the stocking, a known elastic double edge 8, which is knitted from elastic material, could be provided on the stocking, as shown in FIG. A normal double border could also simply be provided.
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment which is particularly useful in terms of production technology. In this embodiment, the edging 5 sewn to the edge of the stocking and the band 6 forming a loop, the end of which is attached by means of the double button 7, are made from a single piece of buttonhole rubber band. At the point 9, the end of the tape is sewn to the part of the tape forming the border.
