Description
Luftreinigungsvorrichtung
Im Untertage-Bergbau benutzt man in neuerer Zeit vielfach Strahlentstauber. Diese Strahlentstauber werden mit Wasser beaufschlaot, um den Staub auszuwaschen.
Hinter der Waschstrecke sind vielfach Zyklonabscheider oder auch Nassfilterabscheider mit Prallabscheidern kombiniert eingesetzt.
Hinter dem eigentlichen Wasserabscheider hat man zur Druckrückgewinnung zusätzlich noch vielfach einen Austrittsdiffusor zugeordnet.
Diese bekannten Bauweisen sind sehr aufwendig und voluminös.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Luftreini- gungsvorrichtung in welche die zu reinigende Luft eingeblasen wird, mit Trenn- und Druckrückgewinneinrich tung.
Die erfindungsscmässe Luftreinigungsvorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch einen Radialdiffusor mit Drall schaufe ! n und einem diesen mit Abstand umlagcrnden Staubabschälmantel, der seinerseits son einem geschlossenen Mantel umgeben i st, welcher sich zu einer keilför- migen Staub-und Schlammkammer zusammenzieht.
Nachfolgend wird anhand der Zeichnung ein Ausfüh- rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes beschrieben.
Fig. 1 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel im Längsschnitt und
Fig. 2 zeigt dasselbe Ausführungsbeispiel im Querschnitt.
Die beispielsweise staub-und wasserhaltige zu reinigende Luft tritt bei 1 ein und wird über den Luftver drängerkörper 2 in die Drallschaufeln 3 des Radialdiffusors eingeleitet. Diese Schaufeln 3 sind so geformt, dass sie einen diffusorartigen Charakter aufweisen und einen Druckrückgewinn bringen.
Gleichzeitig wird die durch die Schaufeln 3 umgelenkte Luft in eine Drallbewegung gczwungen, so dass ihre Staub-und Wasserteilchen nach aussen gegen den Staubabschälmantel 4 gedruckt werden und beim Ausschleudern über die Schälschlitze 6 in den dahinter liegenden Raum und durch Schwerkraft in die Staub-und Schlammkammer 5 herabfallen, wo sie beispielsweise durch eine Schnecke oder durch eine Schlammwasserpumpe abgepumpt werden.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung erzielt mit einfachster und k) einster Bauweise eine Druckrückgewinnung mit Drallerzeugung und einen Staubabschaleffekt.

In recent times, jet dedusters have been used in underground mining. These jet dedusters are exposed to water to wash out the dust.
Cyclone separators or wet filter separators combined with impact separators are often used behind the washing section.
Behind the actual water separator, an outlet diffuser has also been assigned in many cases for pressure recovery.
These known designs are very complex and bulky.
The present invention relates to an air cleaning device into which the air to be cleaned is blown, with a separation and pressure recovery device.
The air cleaning device according to the invention is characterized by a radial diffuser with a swirl blade! n and a dust peeling jacket surrounding it at a distance, which in turn is surrounded by a closed jacket which contracts to form a wedge-shaped dust and sludge chamber.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is described below with reference to the drawing.

The air to be cleaned, for example, containing dust and water, enters at 1 and is introduced into the swirl blades 3 of the radial diffuser via the Luftver displacer body 2. These blades 3 are shaped so that they have a diffuser-like character and bring about a pressure recovery.
At the same time, the air deflected by the blades 3 is forced into a swirling movement, so that its dust and water particles are pressed outwards against the dust peeling jacket 4 and when being thrown out via the peeling slots 6 into the space behind it and by gravity into the dust and sludge chamber 5, where they are pumped out, for example, by a screw or a sludge water pump.
The device described achieves a pressure recovery with swirl generation and a dust peeling effect with the simplest and k) very simple design.
