Description

  

      Abfallaufbereiter    insbesondere für gewerblichen und Haushaltsgebrauch    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen vorzugsweise  mit Ölhydraulik betätigten Apparat, der für das Zusam  menpressen oder zum Zerschlagen von Konservenbüch  sen, Glas- oder Plastikflaschen und weiteren ähnlichen  Gegenständen verwendet werden kann.  



  Der Apparat kann von Hand ohne jede elektrische  Ausrüstung oder mit Hilfe eines Elektromotors     antreib-          bar    ausgestaltet werden; in diesem letzteren Falle mit  einem elektrischen Zuleitungskabel, so dass er an irgend  einem elektrischen Steckkontakt     angeschlossen    werden  kann.  



  Dieser Apparat eignet sich für das Gastgewerbe sowie  für Privathaushaltungen. Er kann aber auch von anderen  Gewerben sowie von Betriebsküchen oder Militärkanti  nen verwendet werden.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des  mit Elektromotor     angetriebtnen    Erfindungsgegenstandes  in seiner Ansicht zur Darstellung gebracht. Die Zeich  nung stellt einen Längsschnitt des gesamten Apparates       (Fig.    1) und eine Aufsicht der Druckplatte dar     (Fig.    2).  



  Mittels des     Kraftzuleitungskabels    1 kann der Elektro  motor 2 und die     Hydraulikpumpe    4 und das dazugehö  rende Ventil mit Hilfe eines kombinierten Handrads 3  oder mit der Schliessung der     Einfüllklappe    12 in Betrieb  gesetzt werden. Der Elektromotor überträgt die Kraft auf  die     Hochdruck-Hydraulikpumpe    4. Die     Hochdruck-Flüs-          sigkeit    wird durch die Leitung 5 in den Hydraulikzylin  der 6 geleitet und drückt den Kolben 7 nach vorne  (links). Der Rücklauf des     Kolbens    wird mit Hilfe von  Federn 8 durchgeführt.

   An den freien Enden des     Hy-          draulik-Kolbens    ist die mit Brechkanten 18 versehene  Druckplatte 9 befestigt. Die Druckplatte bewegt sich  gradlinig im Arbeitsraum 10. Unterhalb des Arbeitsrau  mes ist für die Sammlung des Abfalles ein Eimer oder  Papiersack 11 angebracht. Die Druckplatte ist seitlich mit  Stufen 17 versehen, so dass zwischen der Druckplatte 9  und dem Gehäuse 14 keine dünneren Gegenstände  hineinrutschen können, um dort zu unerwünschten     Ver-          klemmungen    der Druckplatte 9 zu führen. Der Arbeits  raum ist nach unten nur teilweise mit einem Gitter 15  geschlossen. Dieses Gitter kann fest oder     auskippbar     gebaut werden.

      Will man den beschriebenen     Abfallaufbereiter    in  Gebrauch nehmen, so steckt man den in der Zeichnung  nicht dargestellten Stecker in die dazugehörige Steckdose.  In den so arbeitsbereitgestellten Apparat kann dann der  Abfall von oben, nach der Öffnung der Klappe 12 durch  das Fenster 13 in den Arbeitsraum 10 eingesetzt werden.  Anschliessend kann die Hydraulik in Vorwärtsrichtung  in Betrieb gesetzt werden, und zwar mit Hilfe des  Handrads 3 oder mit der Schliessung der     Einfüllklappe     12, die wiederum die folgenden Organe in Betrieb setzt:  Elektromotor 2,     Hydraulikpumpe    4 und das auf der  Zeichnung nicht abgebildete     Hydraulikventil.     



  Unter dem Druck der     Hydraulik-Flüssigkeit    ver  schiebt sich der Kolben 7 und die Druckplatte 9 nach  vorne, dass der Abfall zerquetscht oder zerschlagen wird.  Nach dem Pressvorgang stellt der Elektromotor 2 und  die     Hydraulikpumpe    4 automatisch ab. Nach Öffnung  des kombinierten Handrads 3 oder der     Einfüllklappe    13  kann das Öl vom Arbeitszylinder 6 durch     Hydraulikven-          tile    in den Ölbehälter 16 zurückfliessen, während die  Druckplatte 9 mit Hilfe der Federn 8 in die Ausgangslage  zurückgeschoben wird.



      Waste preparer in particular for commercial and household use The present invention relates to a preferably oil-hydraulically operated apparatus which can be used for compressing or smashing canned food, glass or plastic bottles and other similar objects.



  The apparatus can be designed to be driven by hand without any electrical equipment or with the aid of an electric motor; in this latter case with an electrical supply cable so that it can be connected to any electrical plug contact.



  This device is suitable for the hospitality industry as well as for private households. However, it can also be used by other trades such as company kitchens or military canteens.



  In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject of the invention driven by an electric motor is shown in its view. The drawing represents a longitudinal section of the entire apparatus (Fig. 1) and a plan view of the printing plate (Fig. 2).



  By means of the power supply cable 1, the electric motor 2 and the hydraulic pump 4 and the associated valve can be put into operation with the aid of a combined handwheel 3 or by closing the filling flap 12. The electric motor transmits the power to the high-pressure hydraulic pump 4. The high-pressure liquid is passed through the line 5 into the hydraulic cylinder 6 and pushes the piston 7 forward (left). The return of the piston is carried out with the aid of springs 8.

   The pressure plate 9 provided with breakable edges 18 is attached to the free ends of the hydraulic piston. The pressure plate moves in a straight line in the work space 10. Below the work space a bucket or paper sack 11 is attached for collecting the waste. The side of the pressure plate is provided with steps 17 so that no thinner objects can slip in between the pressure plate 9 and the housing 14 in order to lead to undesired jamming of the pressure plate 9 there. The work space is only partially closed with a grid 15 at the bottom. This grid can be built fixed or tiltable.

      If you want to use the waste processor described, you plug the plug, not shown in the drawing, into the associated socket. In the apparatus thus made ready for work, the waste can then be inserted from above, after opening the flap 12 through the window 13 into the work space 10. The hydraulics can then be put into operation in the forward direction with the help of the handwheel 3 or by closing the filler flap 12, which in turn activates the following elements: electric motor 2, hydraulic pump 4 and the hydraulic valve not shown in the drawing.



  Under the pressure of the hydraulic fluid, the piston 7 and the pressure plate 9 move forward so that the waste is crushed or smashed. After the pressing process, the electric motor 2 and the hydraulic pump 4 switch off automatically. After opening the combined handwheel 3 or the filling flap 13, the oil can flow back from the working cylinder 6 through hydraulic valves into the oil reservoir 16, while the pressure plate 9 is pushed back into the starting position with the aid of the springs 8.
