In diesem Fall geht man z.

Anstelle der 96 Teile Kupferphthtalocyanin-tetra- sulfochlorid können - bei sonst gleicher Arbeitsweise wie in diesem Beispiel - auch 87 Teile (bezogen auf 100 % ige Ware) des durch Einwirkung von Chlorsulfonsäure auf Kupfer- oder Nickelph@thalocyanin erhältlichen Kupfer- oder Nickelphthalocyanin-trisulfochlorids in Form des feuchten, gut mit Eiswasser gewaschenen Saugkuchens eingesetzt werden;
man erhält dann ebenfalls klar blau färbende Reaktivfarbstoffe.
2,8-disulfosäure, I:somerengemisch aus 1-Amino-4--(3'- aminophenylamino)-anthrachinon-2,5- bzw.
1,4-Phenylendiamin-3- sulfosäure und Verseifung der restlichen Sulfochlorid- gruppen erhältlich sind;

EMI0001.0005
In this formula, F denotes the radical of an azo group-free organic dye, A denotes a five- or six-membered carbocyclic or heteroeycic ring, X denotes hydrogen or a substituent,
Y is hydrogen, halogen or an organic radical, halogen is a halogen atom,

The new dyes of the formula (1) can, depending on the nature of their substituents, be either water-soluble or sparingly soluble or insoluble in water. The radical F can contain the usual substituents in the dyes present, with the exception of azo groups, such as sulfonic acid, carboxylic acid, optionally substituted sulfonamide, sulfone, alkylamino, aralkylamino, arylamino,
Acylamino, nitro, cyano, halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy groups and the like. The dyes can also contain other fixable groups, such as mono- or di'halotriazinyl-amino, mono-, di- or trihalopyrinudinylanuno, esterified sulfonic acid oxalkylamide and oxyalkyl sulfone groups,
Sulfofluoride, haloalkylamino and halo genacylamino, urethane, unsaturated haloalkyl urethane, isocyanate groups and the like.

Depending on the number of reactive groups in the dyestuff radical or in the dyestuff precursors that are suitable for the conversion reaction, one or more groupings of the general formula (1I) can be incorporated into the dyestuffs. In the vast majority of cases, the number m 4 is not exceeded, but dyes, especially those with a higher molecular structure, with more than 4 z. B. to synthesize 8 groups of formula (II).
Some of the intermediates of the formula (1I) are known from the literature (compare, for example, Angewandte Chemie, 1960, 72, p. 973). From these, some of the products that can be used for the inventive implementation can be obtained by subsequent introduction of the corresponding reactive groups, e.g. B. build up by sulfochlorination. In general, however, it is advantageous to add the desired groups, e.g.
B. carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid chloride, nitro, amino, amide or acylamino groups, even before the closing z. B. to introduce the quinoxal indenvate into the aromatic nucleus A of the o-arylenediamino compound. In this case you go z.
B. of a 1,2-diaminobenzoic acid, sulfonic acid or a triaminobenzene compound (with at least two o-amino groups) or
a substituted or acylated derivative on the amino group in question, this reacts with oxalic acid to form a quinoxaline ring and leads the free hydroxyl groups, optionally after a modification of the substituents contained in the core A, into halogen substituents, eg. B. in the case of a nitro group after reduction.
Sometimes it is also possible, the modification of the hydroxyl groups in Halo genatome in one process step with an optionally desired conversion of a substituent contained in the core A, eg.
B. an amino group, for example by converting the amino group-containing dioxy compound with phosgene in the presence of dimethylformamide, into the corresponding isocyanate group-containing dihalogen compound.
From the large number of dyes obtainable according to the process, such products are particularly easily accessible which are derived from the aminoanthraquinone series and from Cu or Ni phthalocyanine derivatives containing amino groups with nucleus and / or externally bonded amino groups by reaction with such compounds that are in the aryl nucleus A have a carboxylic acid chloride or sulfonic acid chloride group, derive.
There is no need to go into more detail about the large number of starting components that can be used.
The new dyes are extremely valuable products that are ideally suited for a wide variety of uses. As water-soluble compounds, they are of preferred interest for dyeing nitrogen-containing and hydroxyl-containing textile materials, in particular native and regenerated cellulose, wool, silk,
synthetic polyamide and polyurethane fibers. Thanks to the reactive halogen substituents in the pyrazine radical, the products are particularly suitable as reactive dyes for dyeing cellulose materials according to the techniques that have recently become known for this purpose.
For dyeing cellulose, the dyes are preferably used in an aqueous solution to which alkaline substances, such as Al: potassium hydroxide or alkali carbonate, or compounds which change into alkaline substances, such as alkali carbonate, can be added.
Other auxiliaries can be added to the solution, but they should not react in an undesirable manner with the dyes. Such additives are, for example, surface-active substances, such as alkyl sulfates, or substances that prevent the migration of the dye, or dyeing auxiliaries, such as urea (to improve the solubility and fixation of the dyes), or inert thickeners, such as oil-water emulsions :
n, tragacanth, starch, alginate or methyl cellulose.
The solutions or pastes produced in this way are applied to the material to be colored, for example by padding in a padder (short liquor) or by printing, and then heated to an elevated temperature, preferably 40 to 150 ° C., for some time. The heating can be carried out in the hot flue, in the steamer, on heated rollers or by placing it in heated concentrated salt baths, either on its own or in any order one after the other.
When using a padding or dye liquor without alkali, the dry goods are passed through an alkaline solution to which common salt or Glauber's salt is added. The addition of salt prevents the dye from migrating from the fiber.
You can also act vorbe the material to be colored with one of the aforementioned acid-binding agents, then. treat with the solution or paste of the dye and finally, as indicated, fix at elevated temperature.
In the so-called cold padding process, subsequent heating of the padded fabric can be saved by storing the fabric for 15 to 20 hours at room temperature. In this process, soda is preferably used as the alkali.
For dyeing from a long liquor, one goes into an aqueous solution of the dye (liquor ratio 1: 5 to 1:40) at room temperature and dyeing, if necessary while increasing the temperature up to 85 ° C., with the partial addition of salt, e.g. B. sodium sulfate, and then alkali, for example sodium phosphates, sodium carbonate or alkalis, 40 to 90 minutes.
After the fixation has taken place, the material to be dyed is rinsed with hot water and, if the intended use of the dyed material requires it, finally soaped, whereby insufficiently fixed residues of the dye are removed. Excellent wetfast dyeings are obtained, although the preferred dyes have little or no affinity for the material to be dyed.
For printing on materials containing hydroxyl groups, a printing paste composed of the dye solution, a thickening agent such as sodium alginate, and an alkaline or alkali-releasing compound such as sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate, potassium carbonate, potassium acetate or sodium and potassium bicarbonate, is used and this is printed Material rinsed and, if necessary, finally soaped.
If the dyes contain groups which form metal complexes, the dyeings and prints can sometimes be treated with metal donating agents such as copper salts, e.g. B. copper sulfate, chromium, cobalt and nickel salts, such as chromium acetate, cobalt sulfate or nickel sulfate, can be improved in their fastness properties.
Textile materials containing amide groups, such as wool, silk, synthetic polyamide and polyurethane fibers, are generally dyed in the acidic to neutral range according to the usual dyeing methods for this purpose, and sometimes a final increase in the pH of the dyebath z. B. to pH 6.5 to 8.5 is advantageous.
The dyes are applied, for example, to synthetic polyamide fabric as solutions or, preferably, in dispersed form and then, if necessary, post-treated together with (preferably smaller quantities) acid-binding agents such as sodium carbonate. Particularly favorable results are achieved with those dyes that are difficult or impossible

is salted out, washed and dried at 30 to 40 C in a vacuum. It represents a dark blue powder that is soluble in water with a blue color and dyes cotton and regenerated cellulose according to one of the above are soluble in water.
These are processed into a dye dispersion according to conventional techniques and with the addition of the known auxiliaries and used as such in the dye and / or pad bath or in a printing paste. The tools suitable for this application are u. a.
Compounds that prevent the migration of the dye on the fiber, such as cellulose ethers, alkali metal chlorides and sulfates, wetting agents such as condensation products of ethylene oxide and fatty alcohols or phenols, sulfonated fatty alcohols, solvents such as thiodiglycol, and also thickeners, such as starch, tragacanth, alginate thickening, gum arabic, etc.
The aftertreatment of the dyeings, impregnations and prints obtained on polyamide fiber fabrics is preferably carried out at a temperature of 50 to 110 ° C. and for a duration of 5 to 60 minutes. Here, too, the colorations can be used in the event that the dyes used contain metal complex-forming groups with metal-releasing agents, such as copper salts, e.g.
B. copper sulfate, or chromium, cobalt and nickel salts, such as chromium acetate, cobalt sulfate or nickel sulfate, can sometimes be improved in their fastness properties.
The dyeings obtainable with the new dyes are generally characterized by good to very good fastness properties, in particular by excellent wet fastness properties.
<I> Example 1 </I> 96 parts (based on 100% strength goods) of the copper phthalocyanine tetrasulfochloride freshly prepared in the customary manner by the action of chlorosulfonic acid and thinoyl chloride on copper phthalocyanine or of the isomer, from 1-sulfobenzene-3,

Suspended water and 500 parts of ice, the solution of 50 parts of the sodium salt of 1,3-diaminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid in 500 parts of water was added and the pH was adjusted to 8.5 with soda. The suspension is stirred for 24 hours at room temperature and the pH is always kept at 8.5 by continuously adding soda.
The resulting condensation product is precipitated at pH 1 to 2 by adding sodium chloride, filtered off with suction, washed and then redissolved in 1000 parts of water until neutral. The solution of 80 parts of 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride in 300 parts of benzene is added dropwise to the blue solution with vigorous stirring and the hydrochloric acid released is constantly blunted with soda solution to pH 5 to 7 at 30 to Stirred at 40 C until no more free amino groups can be detected.

reactive dyes which also have a clear blue color are then obtained.
Even if you work as indicated in this example, but start from 87 parts of copper phthalocyanine trisulfochloride and instead of 50 parts of the sodium salt of 1,3-diaminobenzene-4-sulfonic acid, 90 parts of the sodium salt of 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl-2,2 ' - disulfonic acid or 90 parts of the sodium salt of 4,4'-diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid is used, reactive dyes are obtained,
which dye cellulose materials in wet, rub and lightfast, clear blue tones using one of the above methods.
If you start from 4 ', 4 ", 4', 4" "- tetraphenyl-Cu-phthalocyanine, then after sulfochlorination and conversion with 1,3-phenylenediamine 4-sulfonic acid and acylation with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6- carboxylic acid chloride is a reactive dye that dyes cellulose materials in the presence of acid-binding agents in clear, wet and lightfast green tones.

Blue dyes with similar properties are obtained if one proceeds as above, but instead of the water-soluble aminoanthraquinone derivative mentioned there, equivalent amounts of the aminoanthraquinone sulfonic acid derivatives listed below are acylated with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride:
water-soluble amino-anthraquinone derivative 1-amino-4- (3'-aminophenyl) -amino-anthraquinone-2,5'-disulfonic acid 1-amino-4- (2'-chloro-3'-am @ inophenyl) -amino-anthraquinone -2,5'-d @ isu, ifo acid 1-amino-4- (2'-methyl-3'-methylaminophenyl) -amino-anthraquinone-2,5'-disulfonic acid 1-amino-4- (4'-aminophenyl ) -amino-antihraquinone-2,6,3'-trisulfonic acid 1-amino-4- (3'-aminophenyl) -amino-anthraquinone-2,6,4'-trisulfonic acid 1-Amno-4- (4'-aminophenyl )

3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carbonic acid chloride is a violet reactive dye. <I> Example 5 </I> A solution of 107 g of a mixture of equal molar proportions of copper phthalocyanine trisulfonic acid (3,3 ', 3 ") mono- (m-amino-p-sulfophenyl) amide and copper phthalocyanine @ -trisul'fonsäure- (3, 3 ', 3 ") - di- (m-amino-p-sulfophenyl) -amide is adjusted to 1.3 liters and pH 6 and 40 g of finely powdered 2,
3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride entered. The temperature is increased by 5 to 10 ° C. per hour while stirring and, finally, left at 45 to 50 ° C. for several hours.
At the same time, a pH of about 6.1 to 6.9 is maintained by dropping 3N NaOH until, on average, every dye molecule is provided with at least one dichloroquinoxaline-carboxamide residue, which is easy on the one hand due to the consumption of sodium hydroxide solution and on the other hand due to an ammo group determination can be determined. The 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride can also be added in solution in acetone.
For work-up, the dye solution can also be heated to 80 ° C. or higher at the specified pH without reducing the reactivity of the dye with the cellulose. Unreacted 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride and the saponification product formed therefrom are separated off by filtration or in a separator. The reaction product is precipitated by adding 150 g of table salt per liter of dye solution.
It is suctioned off and dried in vacuo or at normal pressure at about 50 C. 195 to 200 g of crude dye are obtained, which still contains about 30% sodium chloride. The salt can be largely removed by stirring the raw dye with 250 ml of water and sucking it off again.
The dye dyes cellulose materials in the presence of soda from a long liquor at 40 to 80 C as well as by the cold padding process, by the thermosetting process at 140 C and by the steaming process in wet, rub- and lightfast turquoise tones. The dye mixture used as the starting material can be obtained by methods known per se, for.
B. by adding 3 moles of 2,4-diamino-benzenesulfonic acid at a pH of about 6.5 to an aqueous suspension of copper phthalocyanine trisulfonic acid chloride free of sulfonic acid groups at 0 to 20 C and at the same time catalyzing the saponification with 3 moles of pyridine,
whereby the above-mentioned mixture of Pc sulfonamides is formed.
A similar product is obtained if a mixture is used as starting material which contains the components mentioned in a molar ratio of 4: 1. This mixture is obtained from the same copper phthalocyanine trisulfonic acid chloride and 2 mol of 2,4-dianunobenzenesulfonic acid by the same process.
Instead of the above, starting materials can also be used which contain nickel instead of copper as the central atom or which are made from copper phthalocyanine trisulfonic acid chloride (4,4 ', 4 ") or phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid chloride (3,4', 4", 4 "') or - (4,4', 4", 4 "') or using other arylenediaminesulfonic acids, such as toluylenediamine- (2,4) -sulfonic acid- (5), 4,4'-diamino-dibenzyl- disulfonic acid- (2.2 '),
Naphthylenedlamine- (1,5) -disulfonic acid- (3.7). Such products and their production are widely described in the patent literature. Their reaction with 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride can always be carried out in the same way.
This also applies to the conversion of the 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride with the copper and nickel phthalocyanine intermediates leading to green reactive dyes, such as those used, for.
B. by polysulfochlorination of tetra- (3,3 ', 3 ", 3"') - (p-tolyl-mercapto) copper phthalocyanine with chlorosulfonic acid, condensation of 1 to 2 sulfochloride groups per molecule with 1, 3- phenylenediamine-4-sulfonic acid or
1,4-phenylenediamine-3-sulfonic acid and saponification of the remaining sulfochloride groups are available;
the uniform or mixed amino and sulfo group-containing arylation and alkylation products of tri- and tetramercapto copper (or nickel) phthalocyanine can be prepared in an analogous manner by acylating their amino group with 2,
3- dichloroquinoxaline-6-carboxylic acid chloride can be converted into valuable green reactive dyes.
<I> Example 6 </I> If the instructions in Example 4 are followed, but instead of the 54.7 parts of the disodium salt mentioned there, the 1- amino-4 - ([2'-methyl-3'-aminophenyl) - amino] -anthraquinone-2,5'-disulfonic acid 63.5 parts of the trisodium salt of 1-amino-4 - [(3'-amnophenyl) -amino] -anthraquinone-2,4 ', 6' - (or. 2,2 ', 6) -trisulphonic acid, a reactive dye is obtained
the cellulose fibers are dyed in very good wetfast, clear reddish blue tones using one of the usual dyeing processes
